Me gusto mucho, bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo, Cerca de la zona histórica, y de supermercados y restaurantes. El salón de huéspedes en el 3er piso con café es buenísimo para esperar la habitación si llegas temprano. Nos guardaron las maletas un par de horas luego del check out. Me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Any pot for pasta , only for meat or eggs, if you want cooking need to buy It. At third floor relax room with kitchen free for all, and a good italian coffe machine. No free parking or reserved, need looking for payment parking (free from 00:00 to 08:00)

Just as described. Good location to explore what Bratislava has to offer. Easy check in process. Free coffee on 3rd floor -and also a chill space if you arrive early or want somewhere else to relax. Apartment has a good amount of space and amenities needed for a larger group. The bathroom extractor fan needs fixing as the lack of ventilation is making it smell musty. Lacking blackout curtains!

On November 27, 2024, I had a terrible experience at the Best City Hotel. The hotel offers a paid laundry service that is supposed to operate until 10 PM. I placed all my clothes in the washing machine and arrived exactly at 10 PM to collect them. However, the laundry room was already closed, and the staff had left. I called the reception desk using the number provided, but the receptionist was unavailable. I believe he left before 10 PM because I arrived on time, even a few minutes earlier. I will check the security camera tomorrow to confirm that I arrived at exactly 10 PM. I need to leave at 8 AM, but the receptionist told me he would only be available at 9 AM. This is completely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint and demanding compensation for the inconvenience. As a lawyer, I know my rights and will ensure that this issue is addressed properly. This situation has been unnecessarily stressful, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Excellent accommodation right in the centre of Bratislava, with excellent amenities - a Lidl is next door and also a Yeme food court. The apartments are really nice and clean with good kitchen facilities if you want to cook and also a sofa in each room too. The relax room has a coffee machine and laundry room with washers and dryers so great if you are travelling. The reception staff are very helpful too - we ended up having to stay longer due to an accident and they were very accommodating. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I stayed several times in the past 10 years in this place but this time I saw dirty towels, dirty sheets, not polite people in reception and damaged and old furnitures inside the room. Unfortunately, It is not anymore like the past years.

Well located on the edge of the old town with a supermarket next door. Functional room with adequate provision of kitchen items to self cater if needed. Good bathroom & shower. Good laundry facility but not possible to buy detergent there. Hard mattress that was well stained and so was one sheet. Rather sullen receptionist at desk several times.

Apart from the location, everything else was a complete nightmare. We got to the hotel right at 3 and they us up, except, the room was a complete mess. There was bread all over the floor and counters. The beds were not made, and there was garbage everywhere. Turns out, the room had not even been cleaned. They made us wait another hour before we could go in. Even after the hour, it looked rushed and Furthermore, the man at the front desk was very cold. The towels they left for us were damp. When I went back to ask for fresh dry ones,

Check in was easy and fast, you need to ring the reception to get the entrance door open. Late checkout is possible at 12 at the latest for additional 12€. Place is a bit run down, very slow elevators, never seen slower TV controller, horrible pillow, no soundproof so you will hear absolutely everything from the echoing hallway. Apartment was basic but in a perfect location and for a good price.

It's a pleasant place in a good location (even though it might be bit noisy late evenings and night). Room was spacious and clean. Small kitchenette had everything needed for making nice breakfast (fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle) and grocery shop was just few steps away from apartments so very practical for getting fresh products.Tram stop was very close but most of the main attractions were within walkable distance. Unfortunately beds were not that comfortable and quite noisy too but for a short stay it was managable. Room had great big windows and air con was a life-saver during hot days.

The hotel itself was perfect. Big rooms, very clean, easy to walk to several squares to eat and enjoy the life. The downside was having to switch rooms after one night--that was my fault because I didn't book consecutive nights. But there isn't a night receptionist, so if you are having a tour that drops you off after 9 pm, you can't get it the hotel because you don't have a key fob. Then they told us they couldn't put the luggage into our new room because they wouldn't know what luggage was ours. They finally used a lock box outside with our keys in it and did move the correct luggage after I gave them specific instructions, but we were never sure how it was going to turn out. I almost made my husband stay back because they seemed so uncertain about whether they could do it properly. Our tour group made lots of phone calls to them to check and see if it was going okay. It turned out well and we were very pleased with the property and especially with the location.

Stayed twice at City Center Best Place apartments. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Really appreciated being able to leave luggage before and after check in. Apartment in really central location and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

I tried to communicate that we may arrive later than the check in time, expecting a PIN code for a late arrival, this was not given. Luckily, our flight was bit late. Room ok. Curtains don’t meet in the middle. Large bathroom. Old towels. Room smelt of smoke. There was an issue, the room next to us was full of men being very loud at 1am, not one of us, including children could sleep. I went to reception and told the man, but he didn’t care and refused to do anything, albeit a notice in the room saying there would be a fine! I then knocked on the door myself and luckily they stopped the noise. It’s located in a walkable distance to the old town.

Apartment was very good and comfortable, great location with bars, restaurants and Lidl on the doorstep and across the road from the Old Town. Check in was a big let down as our room wasn't ready and had to wait 1hr before we could get in.

It works. Everything you will need from an apart hotel is there (comfty bed and sofa-bed, tv, wifi, kitchenette, blowdryer, electric kettle, washing machine and dryer, luggage storage, elevators, room key and electronic key to the building, etc. Having said that, I had to call the reception phone number 3 times during my 2 day stay because no one was there, and shouldn't have had to. Also, the furniture distribution in my room made no sense at all. Finally, the hotel has no personality or glam. It has a very hospital/clinic feel to it. Everything is white or grey and that's it. It's not that my experience was bad at all, and the location is superb, but I would probably check what else is out there if I went back to the city. 7/10

Flat is great and has everything you need for a short stay. Location is great, near everything. There’s a supermarket right under, parking on the street and main attractions nearby. My only complaint is about the grumpy guy in reception (day shift). He has a terrible attitude and we saw him being rude at other guests as well. The lady and the night guy were good though. I recommend it!

Goed verzorgde schone appartement. Wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar verder alles aanwezig. Zeer aantrekkelijke ligging tov centrum (max 5 minuten lopen). Geluk gehad met parkeergelegenheid recht voor de deur (2 minuten loopafstand).

Perfect location. Less than 5 minute walk to the main square. Great for our Christmas market stay. Other local attractions are within 10 mins walk. Property was 10 mins from the airport. Cost 7 euros in bolt taxi. Would definitely recommend.

Bra boende med gamla stan över gatan. Gångavstånd till mycket så åker vi tillbaka till Bratislava så bokar vi här igen. Åka Bolt var billigt och något som rekomenderas.
