4* but some extra toiletries in bathroom would be nice. Body cream and shampoo. Although room, especially bathroom, clean would have beem nice if cups washed up when room serviced. Restaurant on first floor had no lift access. I managed stairs for breakfast but not comfortable as hand rail on only one side.

Plenty of staff everywhere reception, cleaning, dining hall. We stayed with breakfast added and it was a lovely display each and every morning. We sat in the salt cave for an hour, free with the hotel. Lovely hotel.

Bodde i suiten som var jättefin m stor fin terrass. Hade fri minibar som inte var påfylld när vi checkade in och som dom glömde fylla på om vi inte sa ifrån. Trist att deras Salt Cave bara var öppen varannan em mellan 13-20 så vi fick tyvärr inte använt den trots vi var där tre dagar. Frukosten ok men inte mer än så med tanke på 4*. Lobbybaren var stängd tyvärr när vi var där o ingen info om det på hemsidan. Bästa m hotellet var vårt rum.

Hotel antigo, mas razoavelmente conservado. Boa localização. Elevadores extremamente pequenos. O estacionamento é pago separadamente da reserva. Ponto ruim: a banheira do banheiro é muito pequena (quase do tamanho de um navio de cruzeiro) e muito alta, ocasionando um banho desconfortável

The hotel was great, Great Breakfast, excellent service and great location. The only improvement you could suggest is the working hours of the gym facilities. I liked training in the morning, but unfortunately, the gym was not open before 10:00.

Great place! Superb family room, save parking in front of the hotel (15€ per night) nice winebar besides and the free salt cave was cool. The Hotel has long tradition, you could easily film an old film inside the lobby. Just one elevator is definitely not enough when everybody checks out and all come down with luggage from the 5th floor.

The Staff was nice, the hotel room warm and confortable, just renewed. Other part of the hotel need a good upgrade, Corridors, Reception, Elevators and the Gym also need the equipment to be efficient.

I didn’t get the chance to use the salt cave at the wellness area because it was Sunday and fully booked. Sauna was extra charge of 8€ per person and I didn’t opt out for it. The room was nice with a big window overlooking the Main Street and the bathroom was renovated apart from the bathtub which was just painted over. The quality of the mattress and the pillows is basic but I had a water kettle plus coffee and tea bags. Not soundproof rooms so I could hear talks from other guests. Cleaning was not so good as there were hairs in the bathroom and the bathtub. The staff in the front office was very polite and efficient. Especially Max who helped me a lot with communication with the railway offices. I was satisfied based on the value for money principle but the hotel needs a fundamental renovation to continue its operations providing high quality accommodation and services to its guests.

Really enjoyed our stay Exceptionally clean hotel Our room was on the top floor and had a nice balcony which was a surprise! Very quiet Breakfast was excellent and we dined in the restaurant food was second to none and good value ! The duck three course meal well recommended

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, vor allem der Matratzen, muss unbedingt verbessert werden !!!! Das Frühstücksbuffet TOP !! sehr grosse Auswahl

Wir hatten die große Suite gebucht. Die Suite war an sich toll aufgeteilt und die Dachterrasse super, allerdings ist es etwas abgewohnt und war auch nicht überall sauber.

Prima hotel met prima ontbijt, enigszins verouderd. Hygiëne kan verbeterd worden (o.a. bedlinnen, vloer etc.).

Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich, gutes Frühstück. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich gekühlt und das Zimmer hat nach Tabakrauch gerochen. Wir hatten trotzdem ein schönen Aufenthalt.

The Apollo Hotel is a very clean and tidy hotel. The breakfast are excellent, with a wide range of foods, from continental, salad, cold meats, fresh Fruit and yoghurts to an hot option of Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Tomato, mushrooms and pancakes. There was also s large selection of drinks ranging from various fruit juices to hot beverages. When entering the hotel you can see that it has been maintained to a high standard, with the corridors and public areas clés and well maintained. The Room on the top floor had x xxx l

Breakfast was very good and hotel was clean

Great - Room on a smaller size but very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast buffet, super friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again. Improvement opportunities - rooms overheated. Difficult to regulate heat. Not all light fixtures worked. No USB ports for charging devices.

Rummet var litet och slitet på flera av dörrarna. Fanns inte handdukar och badlakan till alla på rummet. Frukosten var jättebra men överlag för dyrt för bekvämligheten rummet var så litet att kylskåpsdörren slog i sängen då man öppnade. Internet var jättesegt på rummet. Luftkonditioneringen hördes väldigt högt med jämna mellanrum.

Hotel is conveniently located out of the old center but close enough to be reached easily. There is a nice shopping mall nearby and several stores and restaurants. The room is small but decent. What bothered: minibar not icing and air conditioning not cooling. Took time for the maintenance team to fix both, but still not perfectly. Shower is good but the box is just partially closed so water flows out and wets the whole bathroom id you are not careful. Breakfast was very complete and well served. Reception crew was friendly.

Nice hotel and close to public transport, the shower head holder was unfortunately broken though and was told it couldnt be fixed during my stay. The breakfast was very tasty. Overall good stay for exploring Bratislava

Everything went well this time (second stay), including an upgrade. The only constructive comment would be the fact that the shower doesn’t have something to hold, so we need To hold it while taking a bath

nice hotel - go to the salt cave. we had a nice balcony room only problem was other people smoking on their balconies made it unuseable. Wouldn't bother with a balcony unless you are a smoker!

I genuinely do not understand how this Hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel. The hotel is dark and uncozy while walking in the corridor finding your room. The room itself smells old - and it would not surprise me if it previously was ok to smoke in the rooms. That would explain a lot. The most dissappointing thing with this stay was taking a shower. There was hardly any water coming out - no water pressure. In addition I turned the heat to the maximum and still the water was cold. So getting the soap out of my hair took forever and I was freezing. And the breakfast was horrible. These two last things; having a good breakfast and just being able to take a shower that is warm with enough water-pressure is the bare minimum of what a 4 star hotel should provide. My message is clear; stay away. The only good thing I have to say is that the hotel location was good for me since I was planning to take a bus from Nivy station which is right next to it. That was also why I booked the hotel in the first place.

The Apollo Hotel is situated in a very good area if you like travelling. It is a 15 minute Uber away from the airport and an 8 minute walk away from the Nivy Shopping centre, which houses the main bus station underground. From there we travelled into both Hungry and Austria with ease. The Hotel itself is very well presented with 24 hour reception. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. Breakfast is excellent, with a vast range of hot & cold buffet food. Plenty of options for vegan and vegetarian, but I preferred the cooked sausage & scrambled eggs! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful when questioned about the local area. Rooms were spacious, with a very modern shower room/toilet, fridge and coffee making facilities. Hotel Bar prices were also very reasonable, if you didn't fancy venturing out in the evening. Overall, a very comfortable and happy stay. Highly Recommend.

L' hotel è un ottima struttura, camera spaziosa per tre persone con letto disponibile per una quarta.Due televisori che purtroppo nessuna delle due era in chiaro, c'era probabilmente da inserire una card,non ho avuto il tempo di verificare ho soggiornato una sola notte! Buona pulizia.Personale poco incline a soddisfare le nostre richieste,poca dimestichezza nell' accoglienza turistica!Una buona colazione dolce e salata, migliorabile , parcheggio a pagamento sempre all' aperto al costo di €18 al giorno! Essendo in macchina non ho potuto constatare il trasporto pubblico.In buona sostanza un ottimo hotel con qualche accorgimento potrebbe diventare eccellente.Vi auguro un buon lavoro

Služby sú v poriadku, aj vybavenie hotela. Avšak k **** hotelu patrí aj určitá úroveň personálu a detaily, ktoré tvoria celkový dojem. Personál sa správa veľmi nemiestne, pokrikujú na recepcii po sebe apod. Veľmi neprofesionálne správanie. Za úsmev sme si mali asi priplatiť..

Service Zero. I do not recommend. We arrived at the hotel at 13:30. Since it was not 14.00, they did not check-in and kept them waiting. Room furniture and bed width were nice. That was the only positive side. Negative issues are: There is no insulation on the walls. Husband and wife in room 424 fought many times at 12 am and 7 am, and their voice was in our room. Another negative is that the ventilation in the bathroom was broken and it was working loudly until the morning. The receptionist came and said I'll be back in 5 minutes and left. When he didn't come even though it was 10 minutes, I went down to the reception. It turns out that the officer in question finished his work 5 minutes ago and left. A second receptionist came and looked at the malfunction and advised us that instead of giving us a new room, the sound stops when the key is cut, and remove the key. Well, when you remove the key, the whole room becomes dark. TV and lights not working. Our day was a nightmare. I will make a negative comment. He didn't care when I said it wouldn't be served this way. The breakfast was lousy. There were neither olives nor cheese varieties. There was a kind of cold bleach. We couldn't eat the egg made where they cook the pork either. We were hungry. I do not recommend this hotel. I suggest you stay at the hotel closer to the train station and historical places.

Hôtel à proximité de la station de bus et facilement accessible en transport en commun du centre historique (25 minutes à pied). La chambre bien que donnant sur la rue était calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel disponible et bon niveau de service.

Fabulous breakfast, this time we didn’t have time for salt cave. It is about 20 minutes walk to old center, 10 minutes to bus station.

The property is outside the city but there easy access to transportation to old town.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Hotel ist 2 km von der Stadt entfernt aber im viertel sind viele Bars. Kaffees , Restaurants. Sehr romantische Gegend. 1A

About a 20 minute walk from the historic centre but very convenient if arriving by coach from Vienna Airport into Nivy bus station (5 minute walk). Some public areas a little dated but room was fine other than the air conditioning struggled to cope.

Breakfast buffet was very good. There's a number of dining options, bars and coffee places in the vicinity of the hotel.

The property was in a great location with a bus stop right outside the front door. Room rates were very affordable. The breakfast was TOP NOTCH! I would stay there again without hesitation.
