5 minutes walking from the main train station which made it convenient for a quick stop over. The hotel was very nice! Clean, nice bar/restaurant and the staff were very friendly. Tram to the city center is right outside the hotel door!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location by the station. Excellent breakfast and a very good lobby bar with Slovakian wines. Room was fresh and clean - enjoyed having a decent TV which has Netflix and casting options, not just the usual channels.

The hotel was well located for my needs. As I was only spending one day in Bratislava, I wanted to be close to the train station so I could walk with my luggage. The staff was quite professional and friendly. The fitness center was adequate. The only frustration was that the water was off for a few hours when I checked in as there was a problem.

Vi fick utmärkt turistinfo när vi checkade in. När vi skulle resa men hade gott om tid för att gå på stan fick vi förvara väskorna på hotellet. Sådant underlättar. När vi ändå hade väntetid fixk vi tillgång till ett VIP-rum.

The hotel was in a great location, walkable to many historic buildings and a major train station. The hotel bar had a nice selection of drinks. The breakfast had many options. We had access to a lounge that had many books, games, drinks, and snacks. Completely worth the price we paid.

We had been to Switzerland. Germany and Austria before but this hotel was the best so far. Great breakfast buffet, the best of all the hotels we had stayed at. Great facilities and bigger rooms. VERY close to the train station and a walking distance to the old town.

Check in was easy and he was very nice and helpful . Access to VIP lounge was a bonus ….especially for coffee & snacks . Also met some other people who were enjoyable to talk to . The weather was raining & cold but still enjoyed my stay . Cons : The bed was uncomfortable and did not have a good pad underneath ( yuck ). The pillow cases did not smell that clean or pillows were old ? Bed linens were scratchy ( not on par with other hotels with nicer thread count and or all cotton ). Bathrobe was not soft either …. But it was a great stay and VERY convenient to rail station and easy access using bolt .

Carpets in the whole hotel are filthy room was by worse though they need to be replaced, stayed 3 nights never got the room cleaned, the pillows are a joke believe me.

The hallway carpet and the carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The hallway smelled horrible. On the plus side the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, the bathroom was clean, and the hotel is very close to the train station.

Property was OK and staff was nice, but cleanliness was not the best. My bedsheets had blood stains on them upon arrival. The staff at the desk was helpful in replacing the sheets, but the new sheets he provided were also stained with something else. I did not attempt to request another replacement and instead slept without a blanket. Also, the bathroom layout was confusing. The shower was separated from the room by a glass window and could only be covered by curtains on the OUTSIDE of the bathroom…. Very strange.

It was a very friendly, spacious hotel. It was having some upgrading done in the reception and bar area so was it was quite noisy. The staff were apologetic. The room was very nice and colourful. The hotel was also nicely located.

Very nice hotel in the area near main train station. Tram stop was just opposite the hotel and takes 10 minutes to the old town area. Hotel room was spotless, comfortable large bed and large shower/toilet room. I was on the top floor and had an average view over a courtyard. Rooms are cleaned when you ask , just leave the card on your room door. Breakfast was expensive ar €16 a day , i tried it once in my 5 night stay but it was disappointing, bacon was almost cold , no butter or jam for toast , not much fruit option and cold potato pancakes. Fruit juice was ok but only slightly cold. There is a €3.50 per night tourist tax payable at the hotel on departure too. Staff were all friendly and polite . Overall very good i would stay there again.

problems with the shower. the shower door did not close properly. all the water poured out onto the floor in the bathrothe hose was leaking. they called and it was repaired. but the problem of water leaking through the shower cabin was not fixed. we were sailing in a boat around the bathroomom. we had to soak up the water with a towel.

Excellent location at station. Handy it walk to if you have luggage. Just at the bottom of the hill where the tram line crosses. Turn left after tramline and there it is. Short walk into the old town from there.

A smart hotel with a nice reception and excellent reception staff. The position is just two minutes walk from the central railway station and bus terminus (where there is an airport bus). The room was modern and spotlessly clean.

Possui ar condicionado, uma raridade na Europa. Hotel antigo, mas funcional. Tem um estilo de quarto que não gosto, mas que já vi em outros hotéis: o banheiro não tem porta e apenas uma divisória aberta de vidro o separa do quarto. Além de “roubar” a refrigeração do ar, é terrível tomar banho no frio, pois o espaço não é isolado. Minha diária não incluía café da manhã. Localização distante de pontos turísticos, mas há um ponto de bonde quase na porta.
