While the location and staff are wonderful, the condition of the building is really deteriorating. It is frequented by families, and with the pool and water slide above the rooms, can be very noisy. The pub/club that is located beside the hotel plays very loud music, very late into the night; not the hotel’s fault, but if you are a light sleeper, beware!

Tuve una buena experiencia al alojarme en este hotel. Tiene una excelente ubicación y el precio es muy accesible considerando que está en San Carlos. Las albercas están en buen estado y se disfrutan bastante. Lo único que podría mejorar son las instalaciones en general, ya que el edificio es algo antiguo y no le vendría mal una remodelación para hacerlo aún más atractivo

The hotel is old and run down, but clean, the water was hot and the ataff was efficient. We were there Saturday night and there were 2 or 3 very loud music venues completing for most volume until some time after 2:30am.

The king bed was very comfortable. The room was very large and very nicely decorated with two comfortable chairs to relax in, table to eat at and a desk. There was a pergola area. An Oxxo was across the street. Parking by room had great light for safety. We will be return customers again in thd future.

Me fue muy bien en el hotel: en recepción muy amables, no batallé con el estacionamiento, las albercas muy divertidas y funcionales, el servicio y atención en general es bueno y acorde al precio. La limpieza es buena en área de baño y cama, sin embargo en el área de balcón y en el par de sillones no tanto; una de las lámparas de los buros como que se había roto y la pegaron y parecía q se iba a caer fácilmente, deberían mejor retirarla. Hay restaurantes para desayunar, comer o cenar tan cerca como para ir caminando.

Decent option for an inexpensive overnight stay. All of the travel sites categorize this hotel as pet friendly, however on arrival, there is signage everywhere stating no pets. After initially being denied, the front desk agent finally came up with one room that would accept our puppy. It was clean and spacious, but definitely showed some wear and tear. Particularly, the mattresses. But it was ok. The only real discomfort was that the room was on the second floor, with no elevator, at the far corner of the building, right above the taquerias, blasting their boom boxes 'til 3 am. I'm sure the place would be fine for someone without a dog, staying in a centrally located room.

Excelente ubicación. Muy padre el área de albercas. Me gustaría que tuviera mas camastros. En la noche en fin de semana hay mucho ruido de los comercios, aún así dormimos muy bien pero es importante tomar eso en cuenta (por si alguien espera descansar en silencio, no es buena opción). En la balanza la relación precio - calidad estuvo muy bien. Sobre todo lo estratégica de la ubicación, las vistas desde el rooftop y las albercas y toboganes.
