Showed up and they were under renovation and our construction workers didn't want to stay there. The front desk apologized for all the mess and said they'd happily refund the room. I asked Hotels.com for a refund and now they are denying the refund. Would not recommend.

Asked for non smoking,said all rooms are,ashtray in room,room smelled like smoke,put me in a room back in the corner no lighting outside my door,key card would not work,had to get another made.chair stained,outdated old furnitures.This place needs to be shut down.,these rooms are not fit for anyone to stay in Didn't meet my expectations by a long shot

The pictures online do not match the room at all... It looked like a roach motel. The jucuzzi didn't work. There was chipped paint and plaster everywhere. Lights in the bathroom were broken. I really feel like I was catfished. I thought I was taking my spouse on a beautiful romantic night for father's day and ended up in a nasty dirty room. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped there was dirt in the tub. Either no one rented the room in a long time or they just do a terrible job cleaning. If I would've had the extra money I would have canceled and gotten a room somewhere nicer

Front desk woman was great. Very friendly. Room was in bad need of a deep clean. Lots of mold in bathroom. (I didn’t even shower) bedspread had cigarette burns (non smoking room) curtains barely covered the window.

Not so good... The first room was given. The toilet didn’t flush & a/c knobs didn't work....I immediately went to the office to request another room.....The second room did have face towels, they only had 2 big drying towels in the room. There were spirder webbs in the corners of the bathroom. I saw a roach underneath the sink area. The curtains didn’t close properly, the tile on some parts of the floor had air bubbles, the furniture that the tv sat on was had gap when the draws was closed. The bed sheet had cigarette burns on them. When I paid for a non smoking room......

Photos on website are not accurate at all. When we arrived there were multiple people loitering outside. I was given a key that had 214 written on it but our room number was 113. When I asked desk clerk about it she said well it’s to 113. The room had flies in it. Tile grout was black from dirt, bedstead had stain and a cigarette burn on it when we were supposedly in a non smoking room. Then my dog found a chicken bone in the floor. Needless to say, we left and did not spend the night there. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and Expedia.

There were bugs (roaches) in the restroom and the toilet was leaking The room looked bad #208 The beds in there were two different sizes , one king one queen. And the tub was dirty

I didn't like anything about it. Room smelled like bleach, floors were sticky, cigarette hole in comforter, sheets were stained, stains on shower curtain, handle on the shower fell off in my hand.

The linen as well as blanket was very dirty, the faucet on the sink was broken, the tub was filling with water as I showered because the thing that controlled the shower wouldn't stay in place so I could shower

The management was fantastic and truly cared which is such a huge bonus in the customer service world... the hotel has some age but was a good value for the money and if I ever stayed in Bastrop again I wouldnt hesitate to stay again regardless of other possibilities

The blinds didn't completely cover the windows and there are bright lights outside. The 2 beds were totally different. 1 more current mattress and 1 that had the old fashion springs that you could hear and feel when you moved. Pillows were anywhere from 2" thin and limp, to 5" thick and hard. They keep the AC off when not in use. When you open the door, it's like walking into a sauna. Didn't use the shower because I was only stopping to sleep. I was close enough to home to wait. But I don't think I would have enjoyed it very much.
