Fantastisk trevligt hotell i för oss perfekt läge. Kom redan på förmiddagen och fick tillgång till rummet direkt vilket uppskattades väldigt mycket. Personalen vid incheckningen var väldigt trevliga. Mysig hotellbar med bra utbud. Kommer gärna hit snart igen om prisläget är rätt. Övernatta här första gången 1991 och hotellet har behållit sin klass.

Ich bin regelmäßig zu Gast und sehr zufrieden. Ordentliche Betten, sehr nette Mitarbeitende, alles tiptop sauber. Hervorragende ÖPNV-Anbindung (U- und S-Bahn direkt am Haus), parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus nebenan lächerlich billig. Die Hotelbar ist Legende, auch wenn leider inzwischen die Jukebox fehlt. Wirklich stilvolles Achtziger-Ambiente; man würde sich nicht wundern, wenn plötzlich Helmut Kohl reinkäme. Der Barkeeper ist spitze, die Cocktails lecker. Immer dort absacken!

Alles bestens. Sehr sauber, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, besucherfreundlich, lobenswertes Personal in jedem Bereich. Die Einrichtung ist jedem zu empfehlen, Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso preiswerte gemütliche Lokalitäten. Ein großes Lob der Gastlichkeit in diesem Haus!

Super Service, alles blitzblank sauber. Die Inneneinrichtung spiegelt den gehobenen Standard der 90er Jahre wieder. Damals wurden hier wohl auch größere Tagungen abgehalten. Das wirkt heute vielleicht auf einige altbacken, ich finde das ganz interessant. Zimmer Richtung Innenhof sind zu bevorzugen.

Nicht vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild und der direkten Straßenlage abschrecken lassen! Die Einrichtung ist zwar nach heutigen Maßstäben veraltet, aber dafür spürt man noch den Luxus von damals und alles ist weitläufig gehalten und sehr gut gepflegt. Gefällt mir persönlich besser als in den stylischen, neuen Hotelketten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer war relativ geräumig mit Einzelbett, großem Schrank + Regal + Gaderobe, Schreibtisch, Tischchen + Stuhl und modernisiertem, großen und sehr sauberen Bad. Die Lage (direkt U-/S-Bahn) ist ideal; bei geschlossenen Fenstern (hatte Zimmer zur Schloßstr.) kriegt man nichts vom Verkehrslärm draußen mit und hat trotzdem nicht das Gefühl nachts zu ersticken. Ansonsten lassen sich die Fenster (hatte vier Stück) auch öffnen und tlw. kippen. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen; kostet 20 Euro extra und lohnt sich für mich nicht, da ich morgens nur einen Kaffee und - falls überhaupt eine Kleinigkeit zu essen - brauche. Gleich gegenüber liegt das Backwerk und rings herum gibt es viele Cafes, Restaurants und Imbiss-/ Snackmöglich-keiten für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Excellent location in one of Berlin's nicest suburbs, at the end of Schlossstrasse, the second busiest shopping street in the city. The hotel is perfectly acceptable in all aspects, save for the strength of the wifi connection. It would be impossible to work in one's hotel room.

This was my first stay at Hotel Steglitz International and even though its a little outdated it is still a nice place to stay. It is clean, very quiet and the staff is friendly and approachable and always willing to assost with any needs you may have. I stayed in room 483 which had a nice virw over the plaza and the Rathsus and a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Public transportation right in front of the door and shopping within walking distance! The only thing that was a little annoying was the wifi thst was a bit weak. But other than that i have nothing bad to say about this place! I would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to others!

The hotel was very conveniently located, near restaurants, transportation and shops. Unfortunately, the rooms were very small and the first floor rooms do not have mini bars or refrigerators. Additionally, they charge for everything and there is not even any complimentary water in the rooms.

My own fault - did not check about air conditioning. Actually didn't think I had to these days. The room was VERY hot and opening the windows meant it was VERY noisy. There was a free standing fan but only moved the hot air around.

Für 4 Sterne erwarte ich eine Klimaanlage und eine bessere Isolation bzgl. der Lautstärke, da das Hotel an einer sehr beliebten Kreuzung liegt. Die Einrichtung ist alt, hier sollte renoviert werden. Die Erreichbarkeit mit den Öffis ist super und auch die Umgebung sehr belebt mit Kultur, Restaurants, Shopping, etc

Zentrale Lage mit bestmöglicher Anbindung an die U-Bahn (Station direkt vor dem Haus) und großem, günstigen Parkhaus in direkter Nähe. Äußerst umfangreiches Frühstück, beste Auswahl! Warum dann nur 2 von 5 Sternen? Es ist unglaublich laut, der Straßenlärm dringt fast ungedämpft in die Zimmer. Da ist baulich etwas nicht ok, denn es macht fast keinen Unterschied, ob man die Fenster öffnet oder schließt. Sehr schade, denn wenn man in einem Hotel nicht ruhig schlafen kann, ist der Rest -egal wie gut er ist- leider nicht mehr viel wert.

Prima hotel voor een city trip naar Berlijn. Tegenover het metrostation en ca. 10 minuten met de metro naar de Kurfürstendam. Helaas geen airco op de kamer dus snel warm en met raam open redelijk veel geluid van het verkeer. Geen koffie voorziening op de kamer of een koffieautomaat elders in het hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zeer schoon. Ik zou ondanks bevenstaande punten wel weer terugkomen.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, ist dafür aber auch recht laut. Der Service ist ausbaufähig. Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass es morgens kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen gibt. Es gab dazu weder ein Bedauern, noch eine kleine Entschädigung.

Das Hotel ist okay, aber von der Einrichtung her in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war gerade das Internet ausgefallen und die TV-Sender funktionierten nur teilweise. Der Techniker hatte seine Ankunft erst für nach meiner Zeit dort angekündigt. In der Rezeption hielt man es nicht für nötig, den Gästen eine Kompensation anzubieten. Auf meine höfliche Frage nahm man meine Visitenkarte entgegen und versprach, sich bei mir zu melden. Das ist jetzt einige Tage her und nichts ist passiert. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders!

Excellent location in one of Berlin's nicest suburbs, at the end of Schlossstrasse, the second busiest shopping street in the city. The hotel is perfectly acceptable in all aspects, save for the strength of the wifi connection. It would be impossible to work in one's hotel room.

Sehr ordentliches, großes Hotel in Steglitz. Durch die Anbindung an S- und U-Bahn sehr prakisch gelegen. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Inneneinrichtung entspricht vielleicht nicht mehr dem aktuellen Zeitgeschmack, ist aber praktisch und tip top in Ordnung.

Mycket bra boende i Berlins trevligaste stadsdel Steglitz. Nära till U-bahn och bussar samt S-bahn. Bra shopping och sanslöst många affärer i området. Sist men inte minst tre av stadens bästa pubar ligger inom gångavstånd.

Prima hotel voor een city trip naar Berlijn. Tegenover het metrostation en ca. 10 minuten met de metro naar de Kurfürstendam. Helaas geen airco op de kamer dus snel warm en met raam open redelijk veel geluid van het verkeer. Geen koffie voorziening op de kamer of een koffieautomaat elders in het hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers zeer schoon. Ik zou ondanks bevenstaande punten wel weer terugkomen.

Nicht vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild und der direkten Straßenlage abschrecken lassen! Die Einrichtung ist zwar nach heutigen Maßstäben veraltet, aber dafür spürt man noch den Luxus von damals und alles ist weitläufig gehalten und sehr gut gepflegt. Gefällt mir persönlich besser als in den stylischen, neuen Hotelketten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer war relativ geräumig mit Einzelbett, großem Schrank + Regal + Gaderobe, Schreibtisch, Tischchen + Stuhl und modernisiertem, großen und sehr sauberen Bad. Die Lage (direkt U-/S-Bahn) ist ideal; bei geschlossenen Fenstern (hatte Zimmer zur Schloßstr.) kriegt man nichts vom Verkehrslärm draußen mit und hat trotzdem nicht das Gefühl nachts zu ersticken. Ansonsten lassen sich die Fenster (hatte vier Stück) auch öffnen und tlw. kippen. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen; kostet 20 Euro extra und lohnt sich für mich nicht, da ich morgens nur einen Kaffee und - falls überhaupt eine Kleinigkeit zu essen - brauche. Gleich gegenüber liegt das Backwerk und rings herum gibt es viele Cafes, Restaurants und Imbiss-/ Snackmöglich-keiten für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.

The bad The hotel lets itself down on the most important thing, a restful night. Unfortunately the hotel is not suited for the busy area where it is located. If you are unlucky enough (like us) to have a room located on the street facing side of the hotel then you will be greeted to numerous sirens and people talking and shouting on the street the whole night long, this is due to the cheap nature of the windows where all noise gets true. Coupled with the fact our room was between two sets of young football teams there really isn’t a chance you will sleep. The good Breakfast is great, scrambled eggs are delicious for hotel breakfast eggs and the price is incredibly reasonable. The staff themselves will do what they can to make your visit better but the build of the hotel makes this unfortunately not possible. The connections to the city are abundant. U-Bahn and sbahn will get you quickly into the city centre. The cocktail bar is also a nice addition with very charming bar man and very good offers.
