What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs.The location is on point, smack in the middle of town.

It is hard to imagine a more romantic place to stay - a beautiful Palazzo complete with ceiling frescos and a lot of old works charm and delightful staff. Plus the location was superb - an easy walk into the centre and with some amazingly good local restaurants (many in the same street). This hotel puts you in the mood for Florence before you even get out of the door.

Quiet, convenient for Florence areas of interest, very clean, comfy beds. Service rather poor for calibre of hotel. One waiter working hard to cover breakfast, consequently took 35 minutes to take our order/bring a drink/milk for cereals. Disappointing.

まず豪華な雰囲気でテンション上がります 4泊しましたがお掃除も行き届き全てに細かい配慮が感じられ日中歩き回って疲れた身体を十分休めることができました。駅にも近くドゥオーモにも近く治安も良いので夜遅く帰っても不安はありません。最終日は朝食前にシニョーリア広場まで散歩しました。まだ観光客もいないので気持ちよかったです。朝食もゆったりいただける雰囲気で焼いていただいたオムレツがおいしかった。パンやデニッシュ、飲み物も豊富。そしてスタッフさんたちがどなたも親切で上品でとても感じが良かったです。ぜひもう一度泊まってみたいホテルです。

Beautiful hotel, very Baroque in style-so much so that the suite was off putting, which doesn’t show in their pictures. Beautiful and very large tub in suite. Sadly, the entire suite wreaked of sewage smell, most likely from a sour drain. It made the experience awful and unbearable. We had to keep the doors to the bathroom shut tight at all times. We should have known based on the 5 or so bottles of incense/perfume scattered throughout the entryway and suite. Luckily, we only booked 2 nights there and spent every waking minute outside. The hotel location was very near the train station and shopping areas, which was ideal. Looking back, we should’ve requested a room change immediately upon arrival when we noticed the odor.

Penso que o hotel é muito bom, mas não gostei do loft. Era uma edificação à parte, grande, com dois quartos, banheiro e cozinha, mas não tinha um cheiro agradável. Tinha que subir uma escada estreita para chegar a ela. Depois, havia outra escada para ir para o quarto do casal. Achei inconveniente as duas escadas. Pensei que era só uma. Parecia as instalações do empregado do palácio. Não iria novamente para esse ambiente. Além de ter sido muito caro.
