I booked the wrong day. Tried to reach out to the staff to hear if there was a possibility to change the date of arrival. After 2 weeks of no answer i finally got a reply just telling me that there was a 100% refund fee. So all my money would be lost. No help to see if we could move the check in or any other solution. So don't know how good or bad the hotel is. But the service was bad.

Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again.

A lot of Hotel for the price. The rooms were nice and big. There was little confusion about the rooms, but was quickly handled by the reception. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.
