The staff here was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, but it is overall a great area to stay in. The restaurant is amazing and so are the amenities (like the spa and pool). It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Room was spacious with a super king bed. Place was well kept and clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. Hotel location is a few minutes by car from Ubud city centre. Gym could have been bigger with more equipment.

Peaceful Retreat in Ubud – Highly Recommended! I had a lovely stay at Element by Westin Ubud and would definitely return. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It offers great facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, and a well-equipped gym. Although it’s a non-smoking hotel, there are two designated outdoor smoking areas that are thoughtfully placed so as not to disturb other guests—very considerate for both smokers and non-smokers. Great service by all staff, lovely pool and spa, the buffet was great, especially the indian counter- credit to the balinese chef who nailed the indian breakfast, kids loved the buffet....the Nasi Goreng was my favorite...overall a great experience, the staff made the differnce

The hotel is excellent and in particular, the staff is remarkable. We extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights and we could have stayed even longer. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff goes the extra mile and guests can relax to the fullest. There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to take you to the center of Ubud.

The hotel was lovely although our room had a musty/mouldy smell. We asked to look at another room, but this smelt the same. Not enough umbrellas around the pool. Breakfast food in serving dishes was not hot. Too much expectation on using apps to locate information, ie there is a cinema on site but couldn’t find out what was showing. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Overall though loved the hotel.

スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、笑顔でいつも「ok!」と対応してくれます。 朝食も豊富で飽きません。 ウブド中心地へはシャトルで10分程度。11時のシャトルはいっぱいで予約できない日もあったので、早めに予約するのがオススメです。 ただ、部屋の湿度が高く少しカビ臭さもあります。洗濯物は乾かないので、朝換気をした方がいいと思います。

The property was quiet, breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately the bathroom grout was very old and worn and shower handle was leaking. The vanity sink was rough and dated. Walk to the room was quite a lot. They should offer partial refund if a customer checks out early after using only 25% of the day rather than the full day rate.

I solo travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful and helpful and made me feel at home. The food is good & the views is so amazing from the rooms. When the airline lost my luggage they went out they way to call the airport and help me out.

The staff here was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, but it is overall a great area to stay in. The restaurant is amazing and so are the amenities (like the spa and pool). It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Excellent stay in Ubud. Long walk into city centre and not ideal walking conditions but the hotel itself was great. Staff fantastic. Booked the shuttle to return and they left me and my daughter stranded but the front desk was super apologetic and comped us about 500k idr. Clean place.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile. Restaurant has excellent breakfast buffet and great dinner menu. The pool is also very nice!

Absolutely loved every minute at this resort! Resort staff were so friendly and went out of their way for us. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Beds were incredibly comfy. I did not want to leave this place. I suggest booking a longer stay here!

Staff was really nice but huge communication issues. I think hotel.com is using really old pictures building is aging. Noise was a big issue. Breakfast was nice, staff was caring. Would have been 10/10 if per night would be less than 100$. I would categorize this as 5 star I don’t blame hotel but I blame hotel.com.

Rooms are clean and fresh. The staff from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, guards at the entrance…everyone is professional, friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Staff is amazing at every level. The room is squeaky clean, the bed is amazing and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I have extended my stay here several times. I enjoy being here.

Rooms are well Maintained, if I talk about staff most of the staff are humble and polite but some have communication issue. Issue I have faced are below. 1. They didn’t take my Marriot membership number and informed me that they will not take it since booking was done through Expedia, this is pretty strange. 2. We booked room with dinner but their chef didn’t know how to prepare Indian food. This is pretty strange that lots of Indian are staying in this property and everyone was complaining about this. Ideally they should give training to their chef on his to cook Indian food. We wasted our money by booking room with dinner. 3. Bad and rude behaviour of their restaurant manager Bima. They doesn’t behave properly with customer and was very rude with us.

Peaceful Retreat in Ubud – Highly Recommended! I had a lovely stay at Element by Westin Ubud and would definitely return. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It offers great facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, and a well-equipped gym. Although it’s a non-smoking hotel, there are two designated outdoor smoking areas that are thoughtfully placed so as not to disturb other guests—very considerate for both smokers and non-smokers. The staff truly stood out—they were warm, helpful, and always available to assist. Room service was quick and efficient, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud center and the Monkey Forest, running every two hours. Too loud, and totally not relaxing.Heavy bass ground, totally destroyed the ambience of a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself was a little too far away from the centre of town. The shuttle service helped, but should be every hour instead of every 2 hours.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à cet hôtel. Nous avons apprécié la facilité de réserver nos activités et transports directement à partir de l'hôtel. Le déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Il était aussi possible de commander de la nourriture et des boissons à la piscine, c'était vraiment bien. Le shuttle gratuit pour se rendre au centre-ville d'Ubud est aussi un bon service offert par cet hôtel.

Love that they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from Ubud City Centre or the Monkey Forest. ( though it runs every two hours). My 3 year old loved it as its like a mini golf cart.

The hotel is excellent and in particular, the staff is remarkable. We extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights and we could have stayed even longer. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff goes the extra mile and guests can relax to the fullest. There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to take you to the center of Ubud.

Hotel is set back from street giving it a tranquil setting. Location is fine to take transpo to the center. You can technically walk to the center but it is a bit over a mile. Hotel has a tram service you can take. Walking for adults would be fine, but wouldn't recommend for kids. Once in hotel gates it is quiet and you wouldn't know there is a city right outside. Couple places to eat close by but most is in the center. Hotel restaurant is great.

The hotel was lovely although our room had a musty/mouldy smell. We asked to look at another room, but this smelt the same. Not enough umbrellas around the pool. Breakfast food in serving dishes was not hot. Too much expectation on using apps to locate information, ie there is a cinema on site but couldn’t find out what was showing. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Overall though loved the hotel.

Great service by all staff, lovely pool and spa, the buffet was great, especially the indian counter- credit to the balinese chef who nailed the indian breakfast, kids loved the buffet....the Nasi Goreng was my favorite...overall a great experience, the staff made the differnce

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay!
