Very nice amenities and location for a hotel convenient to the airport. Having a high quality restaurant with waterfront dining and full bar available late was very nice. Lovely dipping pool, as well as ample seating beachfront right across the street. Easy on street parking.

George who works behind the front desk is lovely and was very helpful in giving us advice and directions, however the hotel itself is pretty old and the showers are small. The double bed we got was 2 singles pushed together and not very comfortable at all. You could head the springs in them every time you moved. We didn’t realize it was the off season and their restaurant, bar and pool were all closed. That was a bit of a disappointment.

For the price this was such a find. The outdoor area was a delight and for the time we had to hang around before going to the airport, it was perfect to chill and be surrounded by style and a super pool bar man!

Small rooms, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, tiny lift with doors that flap open whilst travelling! Staff were lovely, breakfast was really good and the the pool area and attached cafe were very nice. We ate at Conga down the road which was very nice. Handy for airport and a very pleasant sea swim

I stayed just one night before heading back to the airport, but the staff was so lovely and kind. The room was on par with other Greek hotels I've stayed at, but it was nice that the hotel has a small piece of beach with chairs and umbrellas that guests could use (though you do need to cross a road with no crosswalk). The Mediterranean is beautiful. Perfect for what I was looking for!

We had a sea view on 3rd level (2nd floor) with a nice size patio with 2 chairs and table. Had lunch at restaurant on site. Great burgers. Beach right across the street with free sunbeds for hotel guests Manager was so nice and helpful. Night manager as well. Gave us suggestions for dinner. Enjoyed staying here very much. Tried to add photos but wouldn’t upload

Very convenient to the airport but in a quiet low key neighbrohood. Great amenities for an airport convenient hotel. The restaurant and bar are open late and offer waterfront dining. There is a beach filled with lounge chairs right across the street available for guests. Easy on street parking. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel with a pool and sea access for swimming. No sandy beach, but a cute little cafe area with easy access to enter the water. WiFi was excellent quality and they had an elevator and 24/7 lobby. Only complaint was that the shower head support was broken, so I had to hold the shower head over myself to wash in the morning.

Warning: the landscape is beautiful, but this hotel looks like a cheap roadside motel. For the price they charge, it's a real rip-off. It's on the seashore, but there's no beach. The interior of the hotel is old, dirty, and neglected. We were given a room with a wasp nest in the bathroom window. There was a disgusting, dirty, rusted refrigerator in the room. There's a moldy shower curtain in the bathroom. The side wall of the room had a crack. It's outrageous to charge more than 50 euros for a night. It's really a shame that they charge more than 150 euros for this motel. Just in case, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the balcony view we had… there was a dumpster. In short, the place is AWFUL. This is a tourist trap, so don't fall for it. Beware most of the 10/10 reviews are fake.

Positive: the people that worked the front desk were absolutely lovely. Negative: Oh boy. The lock on the door is a push button like you’d have for a bedroom in a house. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online—this hotel is a catfish. The hallways to all the rooms aren’t lit and the shower didn’t work. The bed comforter was covered in holes and bleach stains, and the breakfast was as sad as a lactose intolerant dairy farmer. My friend and I paid for three nights before seeing it, and we ended up just eating our money and leaving after one night. The hotel isn’t close to any sort of city life, but it is by the water—not by the “beach”, by the water. This was a no for me, dawg.

This is such a cute hotel. It is a little older but well kept and clean. The breakfast was excellent and had many options. Front desk staff was friendly and very informative on how to catch the bus, train, etc…

En la recepción todo ok la piscina súper bien el bar espectacular la comida pero sí es cierto que las habitaciones daban mucho que deseará en cuanto a la comodidad y en cuanto que habían lámparas rotas bombillas que no encendían incluso en el baño la regadera estaba colgando

A really nice experience at a small hotel. The service was excellent and the rooms clean and large enough. The breakfast was basic but with good quality and enough for us. The restaurant had good food for reasonable prices. Porto Rafti dies not have so many foreign tourists but if you like locals this is the right town. There were only two things that might be inconvient for others and that is that the bed is kinda hard and that there is some light coming in from the bathroom. Nothing that was bothering us. We will definitely coming back!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport for our last night in Greece. It’s a beautiful location overloong the sea with great views. There is a small pool and beach access for the hotel guests. A few restaurants around serving fresh seafood. The rooms are on the small side and fairly basic but we were quite pleased with the choice overall.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was included and was plenty adequate to get your day going. The pool is small but the sea is across the street. The bathroom was very small, and the tiny, wraparound shower curtain was too small - a standard shower curtain ROD would be much better. Only shower gel and shampoo were included. Hair conditioner would have been nice.

We spent our last night in Greece in this hotel because it’s conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and also on the beach and boardwalk in a beautiful town. The hotel was very clean the service was great and the breakfast was good. The only issue was WiFi was not available in all the rooms only at the hallway. They should invest in a network extender. Otherwise it was great and it expensive.

Kiani Akti has undergone some renovation. The first nightvhere i stayed in an unrenovated room. It was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable beds i've ever tried to sleep on. The second night i moved to a renovated room. It was lovely with a comfortable bed. The hotel's beach is tiny, but the water is clear and good for swimming.

We stayed here on the last day of a multi-day Greece tour. The rooms were tiny and dated, but the price was right, the AC worked great, and the location right on the ocean was unbeatable. There are multiple restaurants within easy walking distance and a small convenience shop just across the street. I’d definitely choose this place again.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility itself nice, however the room on the other hand was something else. The room was extremely small for 2ppl. The shower could not even fit my small and petite frame. When taking a shower the entire bathroom is wet. Let me not forget about the sting in the room. And if you are use to having nice soft thick cotton towels and wash clothes forget about it. You want quality and soft towels bring your own. In any event, my stay there was quiet and peaceful. The boardwalk is literally across the street. I went during low season so most of the restaurants were closed. I’m guessing there were on holiday.

The room was a good size, but the beds were very hard. Balcony view of the water was lovely, however the street below was a bit loud. The lift worked properly and was convenient. Reception was helpful, professional, and polite. The comforters smelled like perfumed smokers' covers. The shower was extremely tiny and the shower curtain clung to you as you tried to shower. Bar tenders at the attached restaurant failed to make a Gin & Tonic, giving me a straight Gin instead. The bathroom door could not open if the bathroom window was tilted for ventilation.

Nobody was at the desk, they were always away. Did not receive the size of car that we requested. They did not answer back to any of my messages but the first one, said they sent an email, which they didn't and I kept messaging them over and over with zero response. Terrible customer service....

The one thing I can’t say enough about here was the help I received from the desk staff they really went above and beyond what a joy to have on that stay and the ocean views are excellent !

We booked this hotel on our way home since it was a little closer to the airport. We arranged a ride through the hotel to pick us up from the airport and it went well. We checked in and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. And then, the discomfort starts when we tried to get settled in in the room. We tried to figure out if there was a heater since it got cold. The plugs did not work and the internet was slow. It got worst when the booked ride didn’t show up in the morning to take us to the airport. So we scrambled to get help since no one is working in the front desk. We called the number left for emergency contact and no answer. We even went out the property and get the taxi number in the waiting area so we can get a ride. Then, finally a guy connected to the hotel returned our call and we told him that the taxi didn’t show up on the agreed pick up time. So he did contact the taxi and told us to wait inside the hotel. That was a relief when the taxi showed up knowing that there was no way we can find a ride in that area. Overall it was a bad experience.

The six days we stayed at the Kiani Atki, we were treated as royalty. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Irene was able to reserve taxi for us from Athens Airport to Hotel, there to Piraeus, and next week from Port to Airport, at very good rate and with same trustworthy driver Demetri.

the staff here were amazing. i had a one night stay and this hotel was exactly what i needed! they let me leave my bags as i was early for check in so i could go explore the area, such a beautiful area, right on the beach, check in was a breeze they were so helpful and kind and whenever i had a question about anything they helped in a very nice manner. the room itself was exactly what i needed, air con and a beautiful bathroom. would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here on the last day of a multi-day Greece tour. The rooms were tiny and dated, but the price was right, the AC worked great, and the location right on the ocean was unbeatable. There are multiple restaurants within easy walking distance and a small convenience shop just across the street. I’d definitely choose this place again.

This is a great place for a night before a flight, especially if you have snorkeling gear. The beach here is clean and deep and filled with large schools of fish that one doesn't see snorkeling on the main tourist islands. There are good restaurants nearby. The locals come out to enjoy the evenings and the place is not touristic.

Beautiful kovstion And close to the airport, which is a major plus. Hotel is located near the beach beach much nicer to stay in the inner city of Athens. Service on the beach needs to get better but overall well worth it.

Amazing location and 20 minutes from Athens airport without having to do Athens. 30 minutes from Rafina port to catch a ferry to the Cyclades islands. Amazing staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful sea room view and sea across the street

Perfect location, friendly staff, working AC and elevator, across the street from the beach with beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place close to the airport! Too bad it’s not close to the city. Even far from the city I would love to stay there again!

We stayed one night. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Quality of breakfast items was poor and unappealing. Room where breakfast is served is very dark. AC worked appropriately. Overall, main issue is with breakfast and room used is depressing.

Lovely hotel. Hard to believe it is only rated 2 stars! The staff were so friendly and attentive, on reception, in the bar, in the restaurant, on the beach, it felt like a family hotel. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but a more than good enough selection, a nice relaxed start to the day. The meals in the restaurant were excellent, even better when sitting on a table next to the ocean - idyllic! The rooms were ok, quite small, but with a balcony, private bathroom, tv, and most important - air conditioning! So absolutely no complaints. The beach is 30 seconds from the hotel, literally across the front road, and waiter service is available all day and night. The location is also great, just 20 minutes from the airport, and the hotel arranged taxis for us (at a reasonable reduced rate). It's also just an hour from central Athens and the Acropolis so we had 24 hours in Athens! We would happily go back to Kiani Akti and Porto Rafti.

We had a sea view on 3rd level (2nd floor) with a nice size patio with 2 chairs and table. Had lunch at restaurant on site. Great burgers. Beach right across the street with free sunbeds for hotel guests Manager was so nice and helpful. Night manager as well. Gave us suggestions for dinner. Enjoyed staying here very much. Tried to add photos but wouldn’t upload
