We wanted a cheap but nice hotel and this was the hotel we picked. One thing which we didn't know was there wasnt an elevator. There are 3 floors so you have to use the stairs to haul up your luggage. Otherwise it was fime because we weren't in our room only to sleep then eat and leave the next day.

There were no lock cylinders on either entry door to the lobby. On the side entrance we were greated by a vagrant that told us the side doors didnt lock either and you could go in when & where ever you liked. The room appeared clean- but the carpeting had a damp feel and there was no bar soap left for washing hands. We both use cpap macines and there were no outlets within 10' on one side of the bed to plug in a cpap or a cell phone. The over all stay was nothing short of awful and can not understand how this could be a property associated with Wnydham Hotels. The property and ownership should be banned from Wnydham association

The back entrance door remained unlocked thruout the evening wish was uncomfortable. The bathroom floor near the tub seem to have meldew in the corner the plate behind the shower head was defect.

Upon entry second floor door latch/lock nonexistent. Unsecured entry. Room located next to entry so heard people smoking/ talking on phones random times ALL night and early as hell this morning. Floors coated with French fries, we had La Topatia, Mexican food. The locals had us up early/ even heavy police presence, so was safe just unsettling, lot full of cop cars, to find the tub drain clogged and then to notice tub full of SOMEONE else’s hair. So we checked out 9:20ish am to go find shower elsewhere. Thanks for a terrible night. Good thing won’t let me up load photos!

Nothing Super about this hotel, that's for sure. It could be a good hotel as there have been some updates done in the lobby area. But as it is being operated now, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I kept my valuables locked in my car when I was not at the hotel. The best thing it has going for it is location and dirt cheap rooms (for a reason). There was a vibe that something was going on there at this particular hotel. You can just walk in to the lobby day or night as there are no working locks on the front doors. Staff was frequently outside or in a back room not visible to guests. The building, including our room, had a smell that was trying to cover up something so we had to open the window. Non smoking hotel allegedly but there was a faint smell of marijuana and cig smoke through the building. In the 4 days I stayed there my room was never serviced. I also had to go to the front desk for a bar of soap as none was provided in the room. A couple people on staff were very nice like one of the front desk people and a building maintenance guy, but most of the staff seemed bothered to do their jobs particularly the front desk where they seemed inconvenienced if you needed something. At least try to be a decent hotel. There is no reason this Super 8 couldn't be a charming budget hotel with the right management and staff in place.

Entire place smelled like an ash tray. Bathroom floor was so dirty in the corners you could wipe it up with a tissue. Bathtub had grime in it that could be scratched off.

Im a commercial plumber and was there to help on a project. Super 8 's are nothing special and i thought the price was a bit high but it exceeded expectations. Room was clean, had air conditioning and a decent bed. Thats all i needed.

Arrived for an overnight stay. Room looked descent and clean at first. I began to put my bathroom supplies away and I noticed a half full shampoo bottle as well as a gummy used bar of soap covered with hair..... I threw these items away. Walked to the bed and pulled back the overs to find 37 cents lying on the top sheet and the bottom sheet was covered with black hair...... Obviously not mine. The counter had a sticky coffee spot. I told the front desk and they wrote the info down and gave me clean sheets to remake my bed. The stay itself was ok..... But these issues made me positive that the room had not been cleaned between customers.

The room as a whole wasn't in the best shape (which I expected for the rate), but the carpeting was absolutely disgusting. My feet were literally black from walking on it after showering. It looked and felt like it had never been cleaned. Staff was friendly.

Overall it was fine. It was clean and well taken care of however, even though Wisconsin law says no smoking. This place reeked of cigarette and weed smell. It was suffocating!! For a family with breathing issues this is not the place to stay!

What I didn't like about the hotel was the employees. They were rude especially the woman at the desk. When I came in to check in she came around the corner and said, yes... Yes what do you need? I said I have a reservation. She asked for my driver's license and a credit card to have on file for incidentals. I was nice and handed them to her. In return she basically threw them and tossed them on the counter. The room was ok. It wasn't exactly clean. Dried cheese crumbs on the carpet by the desk. No wash rags. The towels were damp and not dry. When picking up the floor towel to use when getting out of the shower there was used wash rags underneath. It was cheap place to stay and that's what I needed. You get what you paid for. Next time I will pay the extra .

I well all the hotels I was interested in where all filled for my time of stay Call the hotel spoke with Mrs Vicky and expressed my concerns and she shared with me to call back by 1 o’clock to check vacancies She also helped me check the websites for additional rates I’m greatful to her because she had great customer service and was polite Her knowledge of the hotel policies was understandable and accurate Thanks for all your service Mrs Vicky and Mr Joe By the way Great breakfast

Nice, middle of the road hotel…it wasn’t fancy but also wasn’t a dive. We were just passing through so it was just fine for the 1 night stay. Breakfast items were fresh and they offered a good variety of things.

For the price this place was amazing. We just needed some place to sleep. Really clean great staff. The place needs to be renovated but they work well with what they have. Plus a hot breakfast included you can not bet the value. If you need a place to just lay your head, this is the one. No thrills no frills.
