Breakfast menu is very limited. Front desk staff (Magaly) is very rude and non accommodating. We like this location because it is convenient for us. Our commute is about 4 hours away. We arrived to the hotel about 1 hr before the check-in time. First: the lobby bathroom was out of order. So we sat in the lobby to wait for the check-in time. We were told by Magaly, the lobby as closed, because employees were having their lunch and the lobby needed to be closed. I asked Magaly if we need to wait outside, she did say, she would look into an early check-in with no extra charge. We booked 2 rooms in February for 4 different stays. March, May, June and Sept. When we stayed in March, the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and booked our 2 rooms a few doors from each other. This time in May, Magaly would not even book our 2 rooms on the same floor. I expressed to Magaly, I booked these rooms in February and requested the rooms close to each other at least the same floor for each stay. That was not concerning to Magaly, she said, the rooms are assigned when we check in. My husband and I book the 2 rooms, but Magaly would not allow my husbands credit card for both rooms. I had to use a separate credit card for the second room. The rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly, Magaly needs to chill and be more helpful and accommodating. We do have a couple more stays at this location.
