Stayed 4 nights

My sister and I reserved a room with two queen size beds and at check-in was told they had a king size bed for us. I let them know that was not acceptable and they found me a room with two beds, but it had no air conditioning. They told me they had overbooked and that was all they could offer. Keep in mind it was during a very warm week. Spent four nights in the hotel and three of them without air-conditioning. They gave us a fan. The last day they finally had service workers to fix air-conditioning for several of the rooms and changed my room. Every morning the coffee in the lobby was cold and the hot water was cold at 6:30AM when I checked. Eggs in the restaurant were brown from being over hard, definitely not over easy. And watery oatmeal. Paying over $300 a night for this level of hotel amenities/service is outrageous. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it has gone to a new low. The management needs to go stay at the Fairmont in San Francisco or Seattle to see how to do things right if they are going to charge the same rate.

Rooms did not match what was booked and described online. Room suite had no privacy from bedroom not being seperate as shown online, and the restroom having no privacy due to poor bathroom door design leaving a huge gap and pretty much no privacy in the bathroom. Pull out bed was completely disgusting filled with stains, dirty litter, and just in horrible condition.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a quick and easy check-in. Facility is a great venue for socializing and enjoying the outdoor patio and fireplace with live entertainment. The food is decent. We also enjoyed the coffee and tea bar. The only negative was a few issues with the facility maintenance, including lukewarm or no hot water, hard to turn sink faucet and loud banging door to our room and broken curtain slide.

The furniture surfaces were not cleaned (greasy substance). There was no hot water, so i took a cold shower. (was told there was a boiler room dysfunction). The night time clerk gave me wifi instructions that lead to no internet access and "insecure" status. The checkout clerk said he was not able to compensate me with a reduced rate, since I paid for room via third party.

We traveled from Pennsylvania to stay at this hotel for a wedding, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The overall condition of the room and facilities did not meet reasonable expectations. The bathroom was extremely unclean and appeared to have been inadequately maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and we did not have hot water during our stay. We also did not receive the welcome gift that had been arranged by the bride and groom for their wedding guests. Given the cost of the stay and the fact that we were traveling from out of state for a special occasion, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service. We hope management will address these concerns to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.
