Quiet, no frills hotel. The beds were in my room were very comfortable. The front desk was so helpful. They had a small grab and go breakfast available. The ice machine was out of order, honestly, i just walked next door to the next hotel and got ice..no big deal❤

Staff was great and room was clean. Ice machine was broken, sheets were clean but thread bare. Older property in need of some renovation and repair. For the money we paid average.

The room we were in the floor was uneven and pulled up most of the way across the room. It shifted and lifted just walking across the room. The toilet didn't look like it was cleaned properly having stains inside of it. Most of the exterior lights for was drive way and parking area were out. For the price of the room I didn't complain but over all I will not be back.

This property is well beyond its due date. Had a bug in our bed and linens were torn and ripped in multiple places. Asked for a better room or our money back. She gave us another room with at least no bugs but still dirty. Worst place we ever stayed. Shame on Super 8 and Wyndham for having such property under their banner.

The motel was run down and dirty. The owner came to the office barefoot with dirty feet. The room was filthy. The vert was covered in dust. Tile to bathroom was a tripping hazard for me as I have vision problems and it was very uneven. Dead bug on the comforter. Baseboards filthy. Totally unaccessible for our wheelchair bound daughter. Red spots all over the walls in various places. The microwave had mold all in it. The refrigerator was dirty. We ended up checking out early due to this and our daughter being immune compromised and losing money that we couldn't afford to lose as a single income family because they refused to refund us. They should NOT be associated with Wyndham by ANY stretch of the imagination! And these just a few pics, not even the entire room.

Dirty room that smelled, sheets were dirty. Lots of road noise. Towels had holes in them. We asked the cleaning lady for disinfecting spray to clean something and she didn’t have any on her cart and had to go find some - which seems like a big red flag that things aren’t getting cleaned between people. Dogs were $25 each so they cost more than the room itself.

Sheets on the beds had holes and hair on them. Hair in the bathtub. Fan vent did not work in bathroom and cover fell off. Tiles on floors rolled up and was a tripping hazard.

Do not stay here. I booked two room for this stop. Room 1 had a few cosmetic issues, and DEAD BOLT would not lock, no slept for me, I was well armed Room 2 this room was not in a livable state and a health roach infection. Changed room It was a little cleaner, but it had infestation of BED Bugs. I move my family to another hotel, Please avoid

Floor was uneven, tub was.......bad!! A/C worked but REALLY loud. Air filter in bathroom was disgusting, looked like it has never been changed. Bed was meh. I guess you get what you pay for.

Electrical outlet at sink didn't work and sink drain cap missing (don't drop a ring!). Stains on bedding (clean, but simply looked worn.) Otherwise, a fair and comfortable stay and appropriately priced beneath its nicer looking neighbors. If just needing to sleep on a budget, this will do.

I always have a great stay here and I like the rooms. This last time kind of made me upset because I was basically accused of stealing towels in which I would never do. Especially since I am a repeat customer and this is the location I prefer to stay when I'm in Chipley. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay as always.

The lady behind the desk was rude. I told her to put the $40 deposit on my credit card and the room on my debit card. She took $80 for a deposit on my credit card and the then the room on my debit card. When I got to the building with the rooms I noticed most of the rooms don’t have a room number. When I finally found a number close to my room number and worked my way down to find my room I took my things inside. Once I closed the door I realized the security lock was missing a piece. I called the front desk and asked for another room. I was told all they had was a smoking. I decided to go somewhere else. In the 10 minutes since I left the office they had processed my payments, double what the deposit was supposed to be. I was told the refunds would get back to me in 4-5 business days. I was traveling. I didn’t have enough money to go anywhere else. They didn’t care and neither did their customer care line.

TERRIBLEEEEE, COCKROACHES, UNCLEANED,BAD ATTENTION, NOT PET FRENDLY, HORRIBLE NIGHT, if you change your pet between the rooms that were reserved, you must pay 50 dollars. The manager didn't respect the prices from the online page, the page state that the pet fee is 10 dollars, and the manager said the pet fee was 20 dollars Thank god it was just a night

This hotel is not even a one star, The non smoking room the owner offered was full smelling smoke and holes in the sheets. Asked for another room, same smell and dirty. I didn’t stay there that night. I took another hotel because it looked unsafe and all abandoned. Owner said he will refund and when I called Expedia and they called him to verify, he denied it and charged my card even though I didn’t stay there. Lobby and breakfast place really bad. Rating 1 out of 10

It was the last night of a cross country road trip before getting home. I stayed at several budget motels during this trip. This one was by far the best. Old, no frills, a little run down, but clean and friendly service. I would have given 5 stars except I left at 6:30am and the office wasn’t open for breakfast yet, though it stayed that it started at 6am.
