Check in time is 3pm and we arrived at 5:25pm. Our room was not ready for us. The booking said there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The front desk informed us there are no fridges so I had to go out and get ice for the coolers. I was told the room would be ready in 10-15 minutes so we went to get ice and fill the fuel in our vehicle for the morning. I returned and parked outside the room waiting for it to be finished. We did not get into our room until 6:10pm. I had been on the road driving since 7:30am and was exhausted. I won't be staying at this location again.

This experience was horrible. The ice machine was broken The concrete steps leading to the second floor were so degraded and crumbling apart. Once we got into the bedroom hotel room we saw blankets that were just shredded with holes throughout them. We asked for extra blankets and they said they had none. The only light that worked in the bathroom was the shower light. The wall the beds were up against had light fixtures that did not work and none of the outlets on that side of the room worked. The front window was completely cracked. Me and my daughter were by ourselves so I brought my .45 Colt revolver and slept with it next to my head. The neighborhood was scary. And upon arriving I was told not to worry that all the druggies had been run out of the area. I asked for a discount and they stated that any thing concerning a discount or refund I would need to come to you guys. This was a horrible experience. If you could refund that would be amazing Thank you.

This property was in terrible condition, a lot of broken windows, overflowing trash cans around the property, trash left lying around the grounds and walkways, water damage inside the rooms, the shower curtains are held on by bobby pins, and no comforters on the beds. I will never return to this property.

The building was very run down, with many of the Windows boarded over. Some of the rooms we walked past had the bottom half of the door kicked in. The room was advertised with a refrigerator and a Microwave, but there was None. The smoke alarm was just wires hanging out of the ceiling. The towel racks were falling off the wall. The bathroom fan had fallen out of the ceiling. activity and noise in the parking lot did not stop until about 3 AM. sheets were clean, Mattress was OK, television was a big screen with basic Cable

Staff were nice however, the place needs a major refresh....no microwave, mini fridge and even the ice maker was broken on a 100degree day. Rooms look very old like the owner will not put any $$ into as they have a newer one across the street. Avoid

Room did not have a fridge or microwave as promised. Room was very dirty and in disrepair. Lights not working in bathroom. Light switch was actually missing. Lobby ice machine not working. Placed smelled like cat urine. Staff not able to help.

Room they assign first was occupied. Second room was just fine as all I needed was a bed and shower. This location should be torn down and built from scratch. They had a no refund policy and that is disturbing as a traveler. Ice machine did not work.

Bed sheets had blood stains on them, only one pullow per bed(which were very poor quality. The bathroom had mold on the roof and bugs in the shower. The staff was great, checking in and out was very easy.

The single most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The sheets were obviously not changed because they were covered in dig hair and dirt, not just stains. The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet was completely covered in filth, crusted urine and feces. That toilet hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. I wish I could share the pictures.

The first room had a broken window… The second room I was given was stinky, had not been cleaned for a while as there were many item under both bed obviously left by previous guests and never noticed by cleaning staff. The register on the AC was filthy, so I didn’t run it. Bed sheets looked like somebody had already slept in them. I used my own travel comforter and pillow and since I couldn’t sleep in this stitch I left 2 hours later. Terrible experience for $74.-

The lady working at the front desk was nice and her dogs were cute. Everything about this place other than the lady working here is a dump. Sheets were stained, the room smelled like pee, towels were stained, looked like there was blood on the shower curtain. I reserved my room days ago already paid for it. Got here and they had no reservations for me and didn’t have a room for me had to send me across the street.

The room was dirty, full of flies, there was no toilet paper or wash cloths, no remote for the tv, the bedding wasn’t clean, the room needed to updated desperately. We were actually worried for our safety and propped our baggage against the door. The staff were very kind and accommodating as much as they could be with the limited resources they were allotted.

Room was dirty, cigarette burns on bed spread, ice machine out of order, almost no water pressure, the entire property needs a deep clean. I tried calling the desk multiple times both days during my stay with no answer. Also had to have my room card reprogrammed twice because of proximity to my cell phone, or car keys. It’s a ridiculous expectation to essentially tell your guests they can’t keep a room key in their pants pocket. All of these conditions, and still a “newly renovated” sign out front. It’s almost laughable.

There was bugs on the floor/ bed, we were moved to a second room where there was more bugs, toilet was plugged with black in it and the shower had plastic bags with black on them. The sheets in the third room had dirty spots on it. Scared to sleep under covers No hot water to shower. Rate from 0-10, 0 for disgusting

We had a long travel day. Looking for bed to crash for night. It is pet friendly and they don’t charge for your dog. We had n/s room but it did smell smoky. The bedding and pillows are what you would expect from a motel 6. Clean (cigarette holes in blanket) It did look a little sketchy outside but inside room was clean. There was a nice young man that greeted us at the desk. He checked us in ver efficiently. If you are just looking for a bed to crash and are not too picky this would work for you.

Beds were not made. No curtain on window people could just walk by and see in. Phone was broken. No remote for the tv. Room stunk. Door handle was broke just fell off. Moved to another room 1 pillow per bed. Sheets and comforter were stained. Room stunk nor remote for tv did eventually got one from front desk. Phone was broke. Bathrroms were nice.

Desk clerk changed my room to 1st floor & was very friendly about it. Room was very clean & bathroom was recently updated. Blackout curtains actually covered ENTIRE window with a little left over at each side. I like a cave when I sleep, since I react to light easily due to being hearing impaired. Only drawback was you could only set AC to 70. I am comfy at 60~65, due to meds I take.

We booked a room with two queen bags. Neither bed had a bedspread or comforter on it. Each queen size bed had one pillow on it. The blankets that were exposed because of no comforter had cigarette holes on both of them. One of them had another large hole that was not a cigarette burn.

This was my worst hotel stay ever. No toilet paper, no waste paper basket. No glass to take my meds. No bedspread. One tiny blanket and the ac was turned to 60°. The clerk left the office for over 45 minutes. The phone didn’t work. The internet didn’t work. And there was only one bar cell service. This is a truly horrible place to stay.

It is less than 10 minutes away from multiple stores and restaurants. Nobody bothered me and pets are always free. I reserved a deluxe room with microwave and refrigerator on the app, and i got a standard room. Front desk said they didn't have any deluxe rooms to switch me to so they brought a microwave and refrigerator to my room. I have renewed my room for a second week.
It is less than 10 minutes away from multiple stores and restaurants. Nobody bothered me and pets are always free. I had a reservation and arrived at 10 pm. Office was locked and no note as to why. I asked at their sister property across the street I was informed that the desk clerk was out cleaning rooms. I went back, she showed up and informed me that a room would be ready in about 10 minutes. I asked to verify that it had refrigerator (which I had specifically paid extra to reserve) as I travel for many days and have a cooler full of food. I was informed that they no longer had fridges as they "walk away" and additionally the ice machine was broken so I would have no option to keep food cool. She offered to cancel my reservation. I let her know I would need to find another hotel before we could do that. She became impatient, told me she needed to go back to cleaning rooms and walked out leaving me alone in the lobby. I found another place to stay, went to find her to cancel my reservation. As I wandered through the property trying to find her I noticed that there was very little lighting. The breezeway between buildings was completely dark. Most rooms I passed were vacant, and several the curtains were open and I could see that the rooms were trashed, furniture askew, broken tv's laying on the beds, dirty, a mess. There were piles of trash around the trash cans everywhere. The entire property felt unclean and unsafe. I have been a business traveler for many years and this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I feel lucky that I did not have to stay here.

I went back, she showed up and informed me that a room would be ready in about 10 minutes. I asked to verify that it had refrigerator (which I had specifically paid extra to reserve) as I travel for many days and have a cooler full of food. I was informed that they no longer had fridges as they "walk away" and additionally the ice machine was broken so I would have no option to keep food cool. She offered to cancel my reservation. I had reserved a room on line over a week before my stay. I knew I would have a late check in so I called in advance to make sure that would be okay. They assured me that it would not be a problem. So the day of my stay, I call again to make sure that my late check is was still alright, as I would be in around midnight. They assured me again this would be fine. When I get there to check in. They now cannot find my reservation. I show them my confirmation number, my receipt from the booking and the confirmation email. The guy at the front desk, accused me of showing him false credentials for the room. Told me he's not in the habit of giving away free rooms. But then also admits that the night audit was done early that night and they deleted and erased my reservation. He refused to help me further. So I lost $100. I am disappointed.

Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to attend the front desk upon check-in. Kids were constantly running around on the upper levels making all kinds of noise. There were homeless living along the perimeter of the motel. I went across the street to the econolodge where the prices were comparable, the the EL's rooms were much nicer.

Check in was terrible. There were two Motel 6 properties on either side of the street. Tried to check in at 12:45 a.m. after driving for 10 hours. Door was locked with a note saying to go across the street to check in. Went over as instructed. There was nobody at registration. Waited for over 15 minutes before learning the guy was checking in someone at the original location. Extremely unpleasant experience at that time of night. I would not stay here again, and probably never again at a Motel 6 period. The outside of the Motel was pretty bad… even a full car wheel leaning up against the wall among the other garbage laying around. Step up your game!!

Reserved on Expedia. Upon arrival at the motel, the clerk had us "check out the room" first due to multiple complaints. The room was fairly clean, but only had 2 pillows for 3 people. I was told they were short on pillows and probably didn't have any, but would check in 30 minutes. It was quite late. 10:30pm or so. He reassured me that my credit card wouldn't be charged even after I told him i reserved as non refundable. The charge is still showing up. I have tried a virtual chat with Expedia with no resolution.

Our stay was terrible and the hotel and corporation have been non-responsive in addressing the issue. Upon arriving we found that we had to drive to register at a separate location. At the second location we had to call and waited a long time for someone to arrive. After driving back to the first location we found that our room had only 1/4 inch of toilet paper, no towels but a hand towel and one washcloth, missing a pillowcase, bed not made well, one thin and stained blanket. We called the other place and were told that we could drive back to get the missing items for our room, but we requested that they be brought. She said she would when she had time, but she never did. We were so tired after 14 hours of driving, so we went to bed. When using the bathroom we saw that the toilet was not just stained, but actually very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in a couple weeks. Very gross. I got no answer when calling the front desk. Because there were no towels, we could not shower, and we left very early in the morning to go to a gas station for a bathroom with toilet paper. I repeatedly tried to call the hotel but got no answer. I went to Motel 6 customer care website and although they claim to "take my concerns very seriously" and "care about my experience," three different customer care reps only said to call the hotel, even though I called about a dozen times and no one answered. Horrible experience and customer service from the motel and from corporate. Still waiting!!

Motel is understaffed and overworked. Despite this the person, who had already worked 13 hours, was pleasant. Because they are understaffed they were not sure what rooms were available and already cleaned and this was at 6:30 at night.

It is less than 10 minutes away from multiple stores and restaurants. Nobody bothered me and pets are always free. I reserved a deluxe room with microwave and refrigerator on the app, and i got a standard room. Front desk said they didn't have any deluxe rooms to switch me to so they brought a microwave and refrigerator to my room. I have renewed my room for a second week.
It is less than 10 minutes away from multiple stores and restaurants. Nobody bothered me and pets are always free. Ended up not staying. Online photos must be dated. Damage to the building and abandoned cars parked out front of many rooms. I have never handed back my key card before but we didn’t feel comfortable staying here.

This is in an industrial area; couple of hotels around, closest food or coffee is a drive away; wouldn't walk in the area. Motel room did not even have a chair of any sort, nor tissues or any amenities. Fan barely worked, really bare bones, there are better places for about the same price in Billings.

The location of this hotel was in a very sketchy area … the bed was very used (sunk in the middle ) Worst part of the start was walking out of my room to a junkie holding a knife and scarping the paint off the railing … -5 stars

I truly enjoyed seeing local security going through the parking lot. The area was not populated and by construction type business, so not really close to a restaurant. Staff was friendly. No working ice machine.

The walls has filth all over them and shower walls. There were no bed covers, meaning bedspread or comforters. One of the beds didn’t have a bottom sheet. There were no towels or pillows…we got them after we checked in. All linens, towels were dingy and unclean looking! Only a smidge of toilet paper was in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get some. I had to ask for ice bucket. Curtains were half falling down. The description said there was a refrigerator but there wasn’t. Also, no coffee pot in the room or lobby. No microwave. Filth outside along building and sidewalks. Load music after midnight for hours. No phone to contact front desk. Smoke detector half hanging off the wall. Fan vent in bathroom half hanging off the wall. No chairs or luggage holders, no hangers in the room. Being disabled it wasn’t handy to have to go back and forth. They couldn’t even print a receipt! I was told take a picture of it. Another thing it seemed like with the manager of the place had their whole family staying there. Many were from the reservation. I recognized the license plate numbers. We’ve stayed at other Motel 6’s and it’s never been this terrible!!

The neighborhood was like a war zone, the room smelled, no coffee maker, refrigerator, or microwave, no soap or shampoo, one thin blanket and a hole in the drywall was filled with a washcloth.

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed! You need to remove this place! It was absolutely filthy! Blood stains on pillow cases and in the shower! Lord of full time people living there. Garbage piled up outside in the hallway! Lots of people drinking and hanging around outside! Really want a refund for this!!

The technology at checkin was not working. The key to the room didn’t work. The night clerk was trying to be helpful but didn’t have the resources. I cancelled the reservation on Wednesday and the credit still hasn’t shown up on my card.

The single most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The sheets were obviously not changed because they were covered in dig hair and dirt, not just stains. The bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet was completely covered in filth, crusted urine and feces. That toilet hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. I wish I could share the pictures.
