Ottima esperienza, colazione super con una grande varietà di scelta, soprattutto dolce. Abbiamo scelto una doppia basic, forse il bagno potrebbe risultare un po' piccolo, ma per un weekend è una sistemazione di tutto rispetto. Molto comodo con la zona pedonale di Desenzano, parcheggio in loco a 8 euro consigliato anche perchè in zona ci sono tutte strisce blu.

Sentralt. 10 minutter å gå til og fra tog stasjon , 4 minutter til båt å brygge kai. Gamle byen er 2 minutter unna med mange gode restauranter og koselige butikker. Hotellet hadde veldig hyggelig personell og rommet var rent og ny vasket hver dag. Nye håndkle hver dag. Frokosten var enkel og god. Veldig koselig dame som ordner alt for deg.

All staff were wonderful. Friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was lovely. The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout. Walls are a bit thin! Could hear people speaking in the room next door. Location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to the lake/shops/restaurants. Lovely hotel.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent one-week stay at your hotel. There were several aspects of my experience that I appreciated, but also a significant issue that affected the quality of my stay. Positive Points: The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient The breakfast service was of high quality and enjoyable Area of Concern: Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue with the acoustic isolation in my room. There is a connecting door between my room and the adjacent one, which resulted in me being able to hear all conversations, television sounds, and other noise from the neighboring guests. Despite using ear plugs, the noise level significantly disrupted my sleep throughout my stay. I reported this issue to the front desk staff on multiple occasions during my stay, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. It's disappointing that a hotel with so much potential to be an excellent choice has this fundamental issue affecting guest comfort. I believe addressing this acoustic problem would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to improve your services.

It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.
It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

My negative feedback about this hotel relates to the ignorance and rudeness of reception staff. I rang the hotel looking for my husband and staff were incredibly rude, claiming they couldn’t find him as a guest. Then the receptionist was necessarily rude to my autistic son because he didn’t say hello to him. It’s unbelievable that they allow staff like that. I would never stay there again

Staff at this hotel is incredibly rude. Bad even by Italian standards. They don’t answer WhatsApp or phone. They take days to respond to emails. They are rude to people with special needs and say nasty things in Italian assuming British people don’t understand. It’s disgraceful
Staff at this hotel is incredibly rude. Bad even by Italian standards. They don’t answer WhatsApp or phone. They take days to respond to emails. They are rude to people with special needs and say nasty things in Italian assuming British people don’t understand. It’s disgraceful

All staff were wonderful. Friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was lovely. The whole accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout. Walls are a bit thin! Could hear people speaking in the room next door. Location is great, close to public transport and walking distance to the lake/shops/restaurants. Lovely hotel.

Hotellet hadde veldig hyggelig personell og rommet var rent og ny vasket hver dag. Nye håndkle hver dag. Frokosten var enkel og god. Veldig koselig dame som ordner alt for deg.

Friendly service. The receptionist / bar keeper was welcoming and went out of his way to show us our room and the breakfast room. He also recommended local restuarants to try. We wanted to try Grappa when we returned after our meal and he explained the different types and recommended one based on taste in wine. On departure, the owner was on reception and explained the Ferrari theme in the bar and breakfast room. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location is ideal - about 10 minutes from the railway station and a quiet location about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal and harbour.

Ottima esperienza, colazione super con una grande varietà di scelta, soprattutto dolce. Abbiamo scelto una doppia basic, forse il bagno potrebbe risultare un po' piccolo, ma per un weekend è una sistemazione di tutto rispetto. Molto comodo con la zona pedonale di Desenzano, parcheggio in loco a 8 euro consigliato anche perchè in zona ci sono tutte strisce blu.
Ottima esperienza, colazione super con una grande varietà di scelta, soprattutto dolce. Gut gelegenes und ausgestattetes 3*** Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sogar mit zwei TVs ausgestattet. Das Bad ist geräumig mit großer Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz okay. Etwas mehr Brotauswahl wäre noch toll gewesen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und wirkte auf Zack.

Lovely hotel - will stay again! Great location - a short walk from the train station, only 2 mins walk from ferries & main streets, tucked down a quiet side street away from any traffic or street noise. The hotel itself was nice and quiet, well decorated and maintained, with very pleasant rooms and good facilities. The bed was very comfy! Breakfast was excellent (a nice range of foods & good coffee machine) & all staff were friendly and polite. The 24hr check-in was very convenient for us as our plane was delayed and we ended up arriving close to midnight!

A fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is impeccably clean throughout, and there was a good choice for breakfast. Location is perfect and quiet, yet less than a two minute walk to the main square and ferry point. A special mention goes to the staff who are so incredibly friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here.
