Fabulous building, just a few elements that meant we wouldn’t rate it 5 star. Poor experience at check in despite the glass of complimentary wine because we had to wait 15 minutes to be seen, despite there being two desks and only one couple at one of them. Tea and coffee provided in room but no cups or spoons. Could never contact reception (dial 9) because it always eventually was answered by a recorded message. The hotel provided complimentary bikes which was great but they need to be maintained better. There was an app whose functionality was questionable I.e.couldn’t book to eat. All in all a relaxing stay, staff were very good and keen to help, particularly Miguel and Andrea. We never used the Spa facilities so can’t comment and nobody mentioned the normal swimming pool to us so unfortunately I must guess that was closed. Food was excellent in parts but very average in others.

A truly wonderfull hotel with very helpful staff. We arrived a few hours early and was lucky enough, that the cleaning team could set our room up in just 10 minutes. That's what you call a nice welcome. Other than that the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel is probably one of the best we ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. Comfy bed. The spa pool was very relaxing. I specially enjoyed the heated outside pool We also had something to eat at the gastro bar. Cocktails were top notch and food was tasty. I would go back. Highly recommended

Our visit to this old Monastery was fabulous such a Jewel. Stunning old building. Spa was excellent & lovely outdoor space. Ate In restaurant & food was excellent. On downside the sound proofing not excellent as lying in bed we could hear too clearly other people’s conversations & kids crying : sound seemed to echo around a lot.

Una experiencia que busca ser completa, pero en la que el hotel queda a deber: llegamos y obtuvimos un ascenso pagado, con el que nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ventanas que pudieran abrirse y en la que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El staff del hotel argumentaba que debíamos darle oportunidad a la habitación de enfriarse, pero la realidad es que un trabajador del hotel nos reconoció que no se estaba permitiendo que los aires acondicionados funcionaran en su totalidad. Solicitamos el "downgrade" a una segunda habitación en la que después de tres horas de "darle oportunidad de enfriar", tampoco funcionó. Fue hasta la tercera habitación en la que al menos logramos no tener calor. Lo frustrante es que el staff buscaba hacernos sentir como que el problema éramos nosotros. Muy altos precios para este nivel de atención en el que esperas que todo sea perfecto.

I loved everything at this property accept one of the reception staff who was not welcoming at all upon our arrival, didn’t make eye contact and was the same throughout our stay and when she checked us out upon departure. The rest of the staff and venue superb.

A spectacular property in the midst of one of the great wine regions on the planet. The site and amenities, including the waters and spa, are wonderful. Unfortunately, the food and service, especially the food service, do not do justice to the site itself. If you have other lunch and dinner options, definitely use them (and there are many in the Ribera). The breakfasts are ok, not spectacular, and the food service in particular is subpar, not worthy of the magnificence of the property. Having to flag down waiters or be served ice cold eggs Benedict is not in keeping with these price points.

Historic, tranquil, beautifully renovated converted monastery with several on site restaurants serving delicious food. The breakfast spread is expansive and includes a warm menu an la carte and cold buffet, smoothies, coffee machines, and wines. The breakfast may be one of the many highlights. Our family also enjoyed the self guided tour of the monastery, cloisters and beautiful chapel for about €3 each. The valet and check in staff very friendly and receive guests with a glass of champagne. The monastery is located adjacent to the Duero River and there is a beautiful park between the river and property with a hiking trail. The town is quiet - almost looks abandoned so we just stayed on the property which was magnificent. Because there are steps throughout to access restaurants and even within floors it may be difficult for grandparents to maneuver.

Très bel hôtel, ancien monastère, chambre très jolie, petit havre de paix dans un écrin incroyable. Chouette piscine et spa accessible. Bonne restauration et personnel aux petits soins. Visite du monastère à faire (payante - 3€ de mémoire avec une réduction d’1€ pour les guests de l’hôtel). Somme toute un peu cher et pourrait monter en gamme dans le service (ex : avoir un service de préparation du lit comme cela se fait dans les grands hôtels et assez appréciable). Pas grand chose à faire à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel. Je recommande !

O quarto foi muito bom, porém a parte de alimentação e atividade no hotel, não condiz com a qualidade vendida. O restaurante é um desastre, meu prato estava errado e cru, quando pedi para trocar à garçonete ficou com muito mal humor, depois pedi outro prato que estava cru, mas pelo mal humor da atendente , eu nem pedi para trocar.
