Position optimale si vous souhaitez sejourner au Centre ville interdit aux voitures. Pas pratique pour qui a beaucoup de bagages ou des difficultés pour marcher. On peut y arriver grâce à un permis qu'il faut faire soi même mais c est facile. Pas de communication directe mais par whatsapp. Pas très bien insonorisé. Cafés autour et bruits nocturnes possibles. C est propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner dans un bar très bon !

Great location just within the old town. Decent room, only drawback was that the hot water in the shower came and went a bit. Otherwise recommended!

The room was nicely appointed with more room than average in an Italian rental to move around. There were two comfortable arm chairs to relax in. A shampoo/bodywash came with room and the room was serviced daily which was nice. The instructions to enter the building and room was excellent and we had no problem getting access. Things we noted included the walk up to the 3rd floor(no elevator) with luggage was hard enough but there was no light in stairway going up and we had to get creative with the phone flashlight while carrying luggage. The stairway was very dark. Next, we stayed Friday and Saturday night and on both evenings there was a lot of noise from the street below. There are two restaurants next door as well as some meeting hall across the narrow street which is probably where the noise is coming from. It was the weekend, so weekdays may not be as rambunctious. It is only 5 min walk to Duomo so from that standpoint is great.

L'enregistrement se fait en ligne via des mails reçus en anglais. Il faut payer en ligne les taxes pour recevoir le code d'accès. Je préfère avoir quelqu'un à la réception, c'est plus simple. Impossible de joindre au téléphone le personnel sur les 2 numéros fournis.

Chambre très propre et logement, très bien situé pour visiter le centre de sienne. Seul petit hic l’insonorisation n’est pas top et les Voisine avaient décidé de faire une fête.
