Bastante caro para lo que es. No hay ascensor, o sea que si llevas maleta grande, sufrirás. La habitación no es muy grande y el colchón se hunde. Cómo bueno, está cerca del Duomo y te guardan la maleta el día de salida.

Posizione molto comoda per muoversi in centro e vicinissima a Piazza dei Miracoli. Stanza non ampia, ma ben organizzata e ben illuminata. Comodo bagno, buona aria condizionata. Connessione WiFi non sempre stabile. Servirebbe un piccolo controllo per risolvere piccoli dettagli però capaci di migliorare la qualità della permanenza (es. alcune prese elettriche erano ballerine ed il caricatore non sempre era alimentato)

Posizione centralissima, di fianco a porta Nuova, con vista sulla Torre; molti parcheggi nelle vicinanze (a pagamento ma come in tua Pisa...). Non troppo pulita e un po' datata, sicuramente non adatta a carrozzine in quanto sprovvista di ascensori o montascale. Personale estremamente gentile ed accomodante. Stazione di San Rossore a 5 minuti a piedi, comoda anche se si viaggia in treno.

For tourism purposes location was great, right beside the Duomo complex but nothing much in the area staying open for food and drink. Had a ‚superior‘ room so heaven knows what standard offered - aircon didn‘t work, TV didn’t work, decor old and shabby; breakfast room and terrace but no breakfast (supposedly included) though little bakery next door was good. The rooms themselves were really clean and the housekeeping staff were friendly and cheery. Not cheap for a run-down place with no facilities and better value to be had elsewhere in Pisa.

A couple of things about the hotel it mentioned that it has breakfast that he had a bar of which none of those two was true it might have been a long time ago but not anymore. The rooms are badly maintained and housekeeping does a poor job of keeping them clean. The terraza s in bad shape and not maintained at all. The only thing going for this place is How close it is to the sights in Pisa.

A lady from the staff walked in on us while we were sleeping and it was quite uncomfortable. There was also mold everywhere in the room. It was quite disgusting. We tried to leave at night for water and the outside door was locked

The hotel was awful, the room was filthy and covered in hair and bugs, there was no hot water in the shower and there was a disgusting smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. The only window in the room was a sky light which was covered up and could not be opened. Both me and my partner woke up covered in bug bites. The room felt unsafe as there was no way to lock it from the inside. We spent one night out of the three we had booked for and had to book a different hotel as we could not stay there any longer and were not given any sort of refund from the hotel. Yes this may be cheap but please if you are travelling to Pisa book somewhere else as this hotel is not just poor but needs to be demolished and finding a replacement hotel will cost you more overall.

Hotellet ligger fint til rett ved det skjeve tårn. Ble møtt av en i resepsjonen som en nesten ikke kunne se bak skranken.Dårlig i engelsk. Veldig slitt og møkkete hotell.Små og trange rom. Badet var helt ok, men dusjen var møkkete og slitt. Dusjhode var det lekkasje på, som tilslutt gjorde at det knakk av i koblingen. AC virket veldig lite.

Empezando cuando llegué el personaje que estaba de turno de noche pésima atención totalmente cerrado a cualquier tipo de comunicación no hablaba español no hablaba inglés no quiso utilizar el traductor de su teléfono no me ayudó con la maleta y había que subir dos pisos no hay ascensor Luego en la habitación no se podía apagar el aire acondicionado no se podía regular tampoco la temperatura en la mañana corrí la cama porque se me había caído una moneda y estaba todo lleno de mugre debajo de la cama no han hecho el aseo en al menos 5 meses Tampoco tienen desayuno ni la facilidad de un café El recepcionista del día súper amable y atento a todo 21/09 en la noche y 22/09 en la mañana para evaluar a quien corresponde

Nuestra experiencia en relación a la cercanía de los sitios turísticos a sido buena ya que esta al alcance de todo. En cuanto a la infraestructura es muy antigua. Las duchas incomodas. The room was fine for the night but the shower had lots of mold. We dod not use it because of that. The smell of the mold went into the room if the door to the bathroom wasn’t shut. The bed was fine. We did have AC. The best part was it’s location- right next to the leaning tower!

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Dirty room, hair everywhere and sticky surfaces and floor. The blanket had stains that I don’t want to even know what they were, a very bad almost toxic smell of the room in general and the pillow and blanket in particular made it impossible to sleep. It was also not possible to close the window above the bed and a thunderstorm was forecasted for the night. The interior of the room and the lights made it look like a scene straight out of a horror movie. All this made me leave the hotel after 2 hours and book a room in another hotel nearby. After traveling almost 20 countries this is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I found cockroach in the property and AC is totally useless. These are very old ACs and not enough to cool the room. I was forced to use Fans and couldn't sleep full 3 nights and management is not very co-operative. When I complained about AC they told it will be like that only and everything looks ok. I asked him to vistit the next door McDonald and see how AC works. He refused to give the Fan and I need to report to expedia then I got a fan. My money is totally wasted. Since I couldn't cancel the hotel I was forced to stay there.

This reservation was created by mistake (defaulted to a day of booking vs desired day of sta), and attempted to cancel within 1min! While Expedia service support and I directly tryied to change to a proper day (not even cancelling) and offering to pay some premium, hotel management didnt budge. This is not just a lack of customer service, but rather lack of desire to mantain customer's business.

You are about 30 seconds walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Staff were super friendly and the room was ready early. I was able to leave my bags when I checked out so I didn't have to walk with them before my flight.

Im Ganzen waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt für fünf Tage. Für die Preis Leistung direkt am Domplatz ist es top. Wir empfanden die Rezeptionisten jedoch für nicht sehr freundlich bzw. zuvorkommend. Checkin war um 14 Uhr und unser Zimmer war erst gegen 15 Uhr bereit. Die lange Wartezeit hat uns etwas genervt. Auch die stickige Luft im Zimmer war kaum zu ertragen, da die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert und man bei Regen durch die schrägen Fenster nicht aufmachen konnte.

This place was horrible. Do not stay here. I booked before reading the reviews, which I normally don’t do. When I arrived I encountered an extremely unpleasant and rude front desk clerk. The hotel was shabby and dirty; in a sketchy part of town. Although my reservation was non-refundable, I chose not to stay. I would have rather slept in the car. Chalk it up as a loss. Oh well.

A perfect location in Pisa, a few steps from the Piazza dei Miracoli with il Duomo, il Battistero and of course la famosa Torre Pendente! Also steps from the bus stop for the 1+ autobus for the city centre and La Stazione Centrale. This is a no frills hotel but it represents great value for money. My single room on the second floor (no lift) was fine, with a comfortable bed, good aircon, fridge, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. Fresh towels were provided daily. Nice terrace to relax away from the crowds outside, with a view towards the Mura di Pisa and the dome of il Battistero di San Giovanni. Perfetto!

Location is good, right by the Tower. Hotel is a dump- in ‚superior‘ room neither aircon nor TV worked. No breakfast or bar facilities but good bakery next door, unfortunately closing early evening. Lovely, friendly cleaning staff who left the rooms spotlessly clean. It was just a base so hotel only for sleeping but could have had better value elsewhere.

The hotel is in a bustling market area and only a 500 metre walk away from the Leaning Tower. My room was serviced daily. For an independent traveller it proved to be an excellent base for visits to Florence and Siena. There's a cafe/ bakery nearby for breakfasts.

Läget är bra resten är inte mycket att ha. Bilderna är betydligt bättre än verkligheten. Bortsett från placeringen av hotellet med närhet till tornet är det inget positivt alls. Ingen möjlighet till frukost men finns att köpa nära.
