Friendly helpful staff, a little harder to find, charging now for parking but minimal fer

I was disappointed that the hot tub was only about 80°. There was a light in the pool that was hanging out which to me was assigned that an electrocution could easily happen if a younger guest would start playing with it. I was also very disappointed by the amount of noise from the road that you could hear throughout the night.

Over all stay was nice, every worker was fantastic and super friendly. The hotel is right next to the highway so it’s a bit noisy which was fine for me but might bother some. Biggest issue was the pool was over chlorinated and not clean very well there was scum all along the edges of the walls that people carving their names into so it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a while and the whirlpool was warm it wasn’t even hot

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool ended up being closed for seasonal maintenance and that was not dis loser on the site. They also have windows that open on the 2nd floor and there screen is barely secured on and someone can fall out. We traveled with 2 Autisic children (ages 2 &3) so that was very dangerous. Would not stay there again

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Only issue was hot tub wasn’t hot. It was cool water. But they said they were waiting on a part. Other than the hot tub it was a nice place to stay.

It was a nice clean hotel, staff was great and cheerful. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was the hot tub wasnt hot, it was a little warmer than the pool. I was really looking forward to relaxing in thr hot tub.

Advertised indoor pool with a whirlpool, but heater was broken no sign or notice was up until I brought it to their attention, then the next day I saw a sign on the pool door. 10° outside and there were no blankets in the room had to go up to the desk and ask for blankets.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. However the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool and the pull out sofa bed mattress was very worn and dipped in the middle.

Front desk staff were pleasant. However, during our three night stay, housekeeping was non existent!

Our first visit was great and it won’t be our last. The condition of our room as well as the common areas was very very nice.

Upon checking in, the hotel seemed nice however after entering our room what we found was disgusting. There was blood on the shower curtain, hair everywhere (even on/in the “clean” pillowcases), toenail clippings found on carpet, garbage from previous guests behind entertainment center and beside nightstand, and dust and hair all around behind the toilet. The pillows were extremely flat and pillowcases threadbare. We had a suite booked with a pull out sofa that was not only too small for two children but it was also so saggy it was impossible to sleep on pulled out so one kid had to sleep on the couch and the other on the floor. Zero pool towels by pool and breakfast was mediocre at best.

The bed was comfortable but it smells a bit musty in the room. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom and the tv in the King size bed room is very small. The breakfast was not great and they ran out of paper plates. Coffee was decent.

When stepping into our room, we were met with a powerful sickly sweet smell that was masking an overall dank, musty and damp room. While the bedroom and sink parts of the room were clean, the shower was disgusting with mold and molding all over the tile and shower head where the water sprays. The shower head also had heavy rust buildup where the water sprays. The staff were courteous but not overly friendly. The lobby was clean. We were hit with a $3 charge to park our car in the parking lot, which while nominal, was annoying. Why do we have to pay $3 to park our car in the hotel lot? We decided to skip breakfast because we were so disgusted by our room, that we wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I would never stay here again, even for just one night.

No clean towels available to guests for a day or so. Drawers didn’t close in room’s dresser.

My first time staying here. I stayed in the king suite. Staff was friendly. Place was clean and modern. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing was finding this place at night was a small challenge. Pretty dark in the area. Gps said to make a turn down a road that I wasn't even sure was a road but other than that, no issues

Air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower so our XC runner didn’t get any sleep couldn’t use it so it was too warm in the room

Improve the windows for exterior noise reduction. Highway noise very noticeable. Great otherwise.

Nice adequate hotel that met our needs. Minus a star for being close to highway and being able to hear trucks go by and not a luxury hotel so three stars. Staff is great! Pool and hot tub great! Room good and met our needs while we stayed to visit daughter at messiah university

So this is a weird one. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating giving a late check out. The issue with my stay is both mornings, with a do not disturb sign and a 1:00 check out on day 2 I had house keeping smashing on my door at 9:30am. Quite frustrating while traveling on mini business trip with some late nights. I'd recommend this hotel however I'd try somehow if you want to sleep to make sure you don't get an early unexpected wake up call you don't want.

Checking in- front desk was on the phone the entire time and not paying attention. Got to the room and the keys didn’t work. Room was musty and humid, had de-humidifiers running in halls. Bathroom had visible leftover something from a previous guest on the counter. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t full in the shower. Breakfast was empty when we got there and had to spend almost an hour waiting on food to be brought out. When we asked for more plates we got a sigh and eye roll from staff, guess we were supposed to hold our eggs in our hands?? Night 2 we asked for more towels only to be told there were none. After walking around a theme park all day, we had no towels to shower with and when asked they said they were washing them. 2 hours later we asked again and were told there’s a tournament and those kids used them all. Told the lady I did not care about that as we paid to stay there too and we should be able to shower. She said she would “pass it along”. An hour later we took our kids to the pool. It was trashed with old towels and socks and garbage like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Hot tub was colder than the pool. We discovered there were no pool towels either. Went to the front desk again and were told they don’t have those either and have no idea when they will have towels. My kids then got to walk through the whole place dripping wet and causing a slip hazard. We checked out a day early because this place was far from helping us have a relaxing weekend getaway.

The staff here was absolutely the friendliest staff I have ever come across at a hotel. Every single staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Never had an experience like this. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable.

front desk turned off the phone so he didnt have to deal with customers. i drove the whole way in, to find the front desk sitting comfortably watching tv. i will never stay at this location ever again.

From the begining our stay was beyond perfect! From the snacks they offered at check in to the friends faces Everytime we entered the property! Annie was absolutely amazing and the gentlemen who checked us out.. the stay was perfect and comfortable and very reasonable!!! We will be back!

The rooms were nice however they told us when we checked in that breakfast would be available at 7 AM. We went down and the front desk was very apologetic and said the staff is running late but will be here in five minutes. Fast-forward about an hour and they still weren’t there. And we had the check out and go eat somewhere else. Probably will not be returning.

Always enjoy staying at the Marriott. However, this day when we walked into our room, we were hit with a very strong pet odor. I wish for hotels that allow pets they would give us the option of room that has pets opposed to a room that they don’t have pets in so we ended up having to change room so thanks to the assistant manager for getting a squared away. And this hotel is right by the interstate so lots of noisy trucks going back-and-forth all night so it is not quiet, but it’s a nice day.

Our stay was great. We don’t “vacation” and hadn’t been on a family vacation since 2016. Needed to not feel like I made a bad decision in choosing this hotel and I didn’t. Clean, safe and affordable. Staff were so nice as were some of the other guests in the elevator. Liked how close we were to downtown Harrisburg without being in a crowded area.

The shower, though adequate was quite moldy this stuff on eggs that were not the most warm and receptive of people. The breakfast was actually lacking some things not much variety, no fresh fruits or anything. Most importantly, we found when we opened our breakfast sausage that it had mold on it the biscuit and sausage package. Overall, I would write the state is OK would never plan on staying there I can

Good points: comfortable beds, pleasant staff, good breakfast, good hot tub. Needs improvement: some of the sheets and towels were very threadbare, we could only have 1 hand towel, musty smell in room, fee for parking that was not noted at check- in. Also, towel rack in bathroom needed repairs. We stayed 5 nights and were only able to schedule 2 room cleanings.

Better hotel in area than most. Breakfast served too late (6:30) for anyone needing to be to work at 7 a.m.

Did not find the pair of a previous occupant’s socks in the bottom of the closet to be amusing. There was literally nothing available on the breakfast buffet except apples that met the criteria of my pre-surgical diet. Other fruit options would be appreciated. This property just didn’t seem up to the high standards I am used to at Fairfield.
