The property was close to a big supermarket and great Cafe. Turn left down the road. For great restaurants turn right. We made the mistake of walking for miles the first 2 nights. The pool is beautiful and clean. The outdoor dining space was fabulous. We spent every night out there. The hosts have thought of everything. The utility space was great and provided detergent for washing. Cutlery upstairs and downstairs made it very easy to dine whenever we wanted. The hosts were lovely and brought a delicious pastry for us on the second day. You will have neighbours whilst staying here, but ours were pleasant. We would highly recommend staying g here but bring bug spray!!

A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the property plus a patio at the back by the pool there was plenty of outside places to relax. You will definitely need mosquito repellent in the summer months, but the villa is equipped with plug ins and candles. We took extra and needed them due to the proximity to the canal at the back. We would definitely stay again if we visited this part of the world. No improvements needed.

The house has plenty of space and is so well furnished with 2 kitchens, a brilliant sized pool and very private surroundings. We loved how secure the property was and the layout was great. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photos, we were blown away! The owners came to visit halfway through the week and brought us pastries, so kind! The area is great, the beach is genuinely 3 mins walk away and there’s lots of food spots, shops, bike rentals and activities in very close proximity.

Die Lage ist super. Einkaufsläden, Restaurants/Kaffees und der Strand sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche, Waschmaschine, Tubler usw.). Der Pool mit den Liegen war das Highlight. Absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Las instalaciones son fantásticas. Tiene una cocina principal arriba y otra abajo cerca de la piscina muy útil. Dispone de todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios para cocinar. Muy cómoda. Los propietarios se acercaron a saludarnos y a traernos una ensaimada para desayunar

Villa is a semi detached property, so adjoining neighbours. Lovely large villa, 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs along with 1 bathroom). Large Bbq, nice sized pool with comfy loungers. The outside covered seating area in bigger than the photos make it look. Utility room for food preo, sink etc very handy, with loads of crockery. The front balcony dining area is perfect for breakfast. Surrounded by tennis courts, and only 2 streets away from thr beach area. Large lake at side of property at end of the road. Great week, nice helpful hosts. Would book again. Thank you.

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa, great location, within minutes walk of the beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The house is lovely with everything you need. Pool and terrace area complete with shaded outside dining. The owners are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Am sure we will be back again x Absolutely Nothing!!

The villa is beautiful, looks even better than in the photos, great place for a family, with well equipped kitchen, clean towels provided, comfortable beds, great barbecue area, with charcoal provided, and the pool very clean and very well maintained..We were surprised to find attached our arrival 2 hampers with fruits and other goodies like vine and chocolate..the kids really enjoyed it..at one point the owners visited and gave us a huge pastry..huge thanks for the incredible stay..we will definitely return..️️️

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Lage, nur kurze Wege zum Strand und Supermarkt. Super ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool. Zu Beginn gab es einen Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Keksen usw., zum Grillen war ebenfalls alles Vorhanden (Grillkohle, Anzünder usw.).Mitte der Woche haben die Gastgeber noch ein leckeres Gebäck vorbei gebracht. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben von ihnen sowohl einen liebevoll hergerichteten Korb mit frischem Obst, Sekt, Milch, Keksen und Wasser als Willkommenspräsent als auch zwischendurch ein riesiges Dessert frisch vom Bäcker erhalten. Das Ehepaar war außerdem total hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Der Pool wurde zwei mal die Woche gereinigt und mit frischem Wasser gefüllt. Der Service war schnell und gründlich. Alles in allem ein angenehmer und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen :)

Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit 7 Männern untergebracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es war genügend Bettzeug/Handtücher etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch an Küchenutensilien stand wirklich alles zur Verfügung was man braucht. Es gab einen Begrüßungskorb mit frischem Obst, Wasser und 2x Sixpack Bier. Zusätzlich gab es auch für den Grill am Pool Kohle. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Liegen für alle. Das Meer sowie nähere Restaurants sind in weniger als 5-10 Minuten super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Besitzer kam auch einmal morgens als wir frühstückten und hat sich nach unserem Wohl erkundet. Dieser war wirklich sehr nett. Die Kommunikation und Check-in sowie Check-out liefen auch reibungslos. Auch der angebotene Shuttle-Service der Unterkunft vom Flughafen Palma bis zur Unterkunft war preiswert und zu empfehlen. Selbst ein Tagesauflug zum Ballermann war entspannt per Shuttle möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. 10/10

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Besitzer, die sogar Sandspielsachen und Roller für unsere Kinder bereitstellten. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Hof und der Straße. Kurzer Weg zum Meer, ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker (sehr leckere Produkte) sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Alles prima! Nichts, wir kommen wieder

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus im mallorquinischen 70iger Jahre-Stil,mit großem Pool. In ruhigerer Sackgassenlage und 3 min Fußweg zum Sandstrand, es muss lediglich die vielbefahrene Hauptstraße überquert werden. Ebenfalls fußläufig ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, Restaurants, vor und hinter dem Haus Tennisplätze und ein Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, lediglich das Kücheninventar könnte teilweise verbessert werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns zur Ankunft eine komplette Frühstücksausstattung hingestellt hatten und uns am Folgetag mit einer mallorquinischen Torte begrüßten! Auch ein Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche wurde wieder mit Kuchen versüsst. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Insgesamt problemlose An-und Abreise und einfacher Kontakt mit der Agentur.

Skønt hus - gåafstand til indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter og ikke mindst dejlig badestrand. Veludstyret med køleskabe på hver etage og rigeligt service og bestik. Dejligt pool med velfungerende spiseområde. Meget imødekommende værter så kom forbi med kagespecialitet fra Menorca. Vi var 7 voksne og 1 barn og der var rigelig plads til alle.
Skønt hus - gåafstand til indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter og ikke mindst dejlig badestrand. Veludstyret med køleskabe på hver etage og rigeligt service og bestik. Dejligt pool med velfungerende spiseområde. Meget imødekommende værter så kom forbi med kagespecialitet fra Menorca. Vi var 7 voksne og 1 barn og der var rigelig plads til alle.

A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the property plus a patio at the back by the pool there was plenty of outside places to relax. You will definitely need mosquito repellent in the summer months, but the villa is equipped with plug ins and candles. We took extra and needed them due to the proximity to the canal at the back. We would definitely stay again if we visited this part of the world. No improvements needed.

The house has plenty of space and is so well furnished with 2 kitchens, a brilliant sized pool and very private surroundings. We loved how secure the property was and the layout was great. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photos, we were blown away! The owners came to visit halfway through the week and brought us pastries, so kind! The area is great, the beach is genuinely 3 mins walk away and there’s lots of food spots, shops, bike rentals and activities in very close proximity.

Villa is a semi detached property, so adjoining neighbours. Lovely large villa, 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs along with 1 bathroom). Large Bbq, nice sized pool with comfy loungers. The outside covered seating area in bigger than the photos make it look. Utility room for food preo, sink etc very handy, with loads of crockery. The front balcony dining area is perfect for breakfast. Surrounded by tennis courts, and only 2 streets away from thr beach area. Large lake at side of property at end of the road. Great week, nice helpful hosts. Would book again. Thank you.

This is our second stay at Villa Eden Lago and it was as lovely as the first time. The villa has everything you need from cutlery, plates to coffee machine, BBQ and of course the lovely pool. The villa is set in a nice quiet part of Alcúdia but within a short walk of nice restaurants and bus stops for either direction within a 5 minute walk. Supermarket Eroski just 5 minutes away whose prices are reasonable. The owners as always were very accommodating, polite and popped in a lovely pastry treat mid week. Only issue we had was the air con unit in the upstairs main bedroom was leaking and took until Wednesday to sort. Not the owners fault as parts take time but we felt a lack of communication from the agent regarding updates and felt we had to do the chasing. If you’re looking for the perfect villa in Alcúdia then this is the one for you! Response time to communication via WhatsApp. When there is an issue the holiday makers expect a quick response and not having to chase things up.

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes und geräumiges Haus im mallorquinischen 70iger Jahre-Stil,mit großem Pool. In ruhigerer Sackgassenlage und 3 min Fußweg zum Sandstrand, es muss lediglich die vielbefahrene Hauptstraße überquert werden. Ebenfalls fußläufig ein gut sortierter Supermarkt, Restaurants, vor und hinter dem Haus Tennisplätze und ein Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, lediglich das Kücheninventar könnte teilweise verbessert werden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns zur Ankunft eine komplette Frühstücksausstattung hingestellt hatten und uns am Folgetag mit einer mallorquinischen Torte begrüßten! Auch ein Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche wurde wieder mit Kuchen versüsst. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Insgesamt problemlose An-und Abreise und einfacher Kontakt mit der Agentur.

Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit 7 Männern untergebracht und hatten eine super Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es war genügend Bettzeug/Handtücher etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch an Küchenutensilien stand wirklich alles zur Verfügung was man braucht. Es gab einen Begrüßungskorb mit frischem Obst, Wasser und 2x Sixpack Bier. Zusätzlich gab es auch für den Grill am Pool Kohle. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr sauber und es gab ausreichend Liegen für alle. Das Meer sowie nähere Restaurants sind in weniger als 5-10 Minuten super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Besitzer kam auch einmal morgens als wir frühstückten und hat sich nach unserem Wohl erkundet. Dieser war wirklich sehr nett. Die Kommunikation und Check-in sowie Check-out liefen auch reibungslos. Auch der angebotene Shuttle-Service der Unterkunft vom Flughafen Palma bis zur Unterkunft war preiswert und zu empfehlen. Selbst ein Tagesauflug zum Ballermann war entspannt per Shuttle möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. 10/10

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Besitzer, die sogar Sandspielsachen und Roller für unsere Kinder bereitstellten. Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem großen Hof und der Straße. The villa is beautiful, looks even better than in the photos, great place for a family, with well equipped kitchen, clean towels provided, comfortable beds, great barbecue area, with charcoal provided, and the pool very clean and very well maintained..We were surprised to find attached our arrival 2 hampers with fruits and other goodies like vine and chocolate..the kids really enjoyed it..at one point the owners visited and gave us a huge pastry..huge thanks for the incredible stay..we will definitely return..️️️

Zu Beginn gab es einen Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Keksen usw., zum Grillen war ebenfalls alles Vorhanden (Grillkohle, Anzünder usw.).Mitte der Woche haben die Gastgeber noch ein leckeres Gebäck vorbei gebracht. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Dort befanden sich alle Dinge, die man für das alltägliche Leben brauchte. Die Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern funktionierte einwandfrei. Wenn etwas kaputt ging/war, waren die Gastgeber direkt am nächsten Tag mit Ersatz ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief über den Sprach-Übersetzer auf dem Handy des Gastgebers und war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Zur Ankunft bekamen wir einen Präsentkorb, in dem sich beispielsweise Wein und Obst befanden. Wer anfällig für Mückenstiche ist, sollte sich gut vorbereiten: hinter der Unterkunft befindet sich ein stehendes Gewässer und am Abend muss man mit sehr vielen Mücken rechnen. Der traumhafte Strand von Alcudia war innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall empfehlen. Nichts

We had a great holday in this lovely house. Everything you could want was provided. .A lovely welcome hamper on arrival of essentials. Layout of house was good as was the location. Across the road from a gorgeous beach. 4 min walk to supermarket. Local restaurants and bars close by. Bus stop 3 mins away for bus to Alcudia Port and town. We got a lovey suprise of a large cake delivered to us as a gift from the owners. Great pool and a sun lounger for everybody. We were a party of 7. One small thing..the WIFI to the tv wasn't good. Kept buffering but only a small complaint. Would have no hesitation in recommending Eden Lago to anyone. Thank you .

Sie war super ausgestattet und hatte grosszügige Zimmer. Der Pool draussen war sehr schön und es war sehr ruhig. Die Lage war optimal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Busstation und der Strand in nächster Nähe.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Lage, nur kurze Wege zum Strand und Supermarkt. Super ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool. Zu Beginn gab es einen Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Keksen usw., zum Grillen war ebenfalls alles Vorhanden (Grillkohle, Anzünder usw.).Mitte der Woche haben die Gastgeber noch ein leckeres Gebäck vorbei gebracht. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

It's a short stroll over to the beach and there are lots of amenities within walking distance (lovely coffee, fresh juice and croissants from the nearby cafe). Would stay again.

Very good place which had all the facitilities we needed. Nice house, good pool with sunbeds, nice big table under roof so we sat there even in bad weather. We had a fantastic week in the house.

Very nice location, close to the sea. Clean. Washer + Dryer are good appliances of accomodation. Gril. Very nice swimming pool. Kitchen is already older. handles in the kitchen are sticky... Cloth towel missing in kitchen - towel for hands...

A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the property plus a patio at the back by the pool there was plenty of outside places to relax. You will definitely need mosquito repellent in the summer months, but the villa is equipped with plug ins and candles. We took extra and needed them due to the proximity to the canal at the back. We would definitely stay again if we visited this part of the world. No improvements needed.
