Very nice for the price. Only downside is that it doesn’t have an elevator.

Internet didn’t work on second floor front desk told me they working on it. She was sincere and I did feel like they were trying to fix it. No elevator which was a pain with the second floor.

They were remodeling but that did not affect the service. Very quiet even being next to a road. Very friendly staff.

No elevator, had to carry luggage to second floor. TV with 2 remotes; neither worked. Not a horrible experience, just mediocre across the board.

I looked as though they were remodeling some things so the hallway was cluttered, but other than that, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location.

Got there evening time. Found out everything closes at 9pm. No dinner that night. Wish there was an elevator.

We had a wonderfull stay at this location. Breakfast was wonderfull- staff was very helpful & pleasant. Loved that they had a luggage cart- helped with moving medical equipment to car & room. Will stay again!😁

We were traveling with family with physical limitations requiring an elevator to go up to their room, they were both fall risks, we had no idea there was no elevator and were basically told it was not their problem. Very disappointing.

Cleanliness was satisfactory with the exception that we found a piece of half-eaten hard candy on the floor next to the bed and hair in the drain of the bathtub when we first checked in. I have faith that we would have been accommodated with an alternate room had I have said something. No trash receptacle or smoker's pole available for cigarette butt disposal so people have resorted to leaving their butts on the ground. I understand the city is trying to discourage smokers but removing an acceptable space to leave the butts does nothing to discourage people from smoking; this is actually counter-productive in the sense that it encourages littering from less eco-conscious individuals. It is clear this is an older building that needs some love, as evidenced by the condition of the mirror in the bathroom having a hole in it and the toilet seat looking like it was purchased at a second-hand store. We could tell they were making attempts by the half-completed painting job in the stairwells, this was a good sign. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist at any time. I read reviews of people being upset about no elevator but it is only 2 stories high and the stairs were easy to manage. Housekeeping dropped off clean towels and washcloths and made our bed the next morning but did not touch any of our personal belongings, which I was happy with. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Horrible, disgusting and filthy with a musty smell that was attempted to be covered up by cleaner or spray. We actually didn’t even end up staying due to feeling unsafe because the back door close to our room was open to anyone and didn’t require you to use your key to enter even though there was a keypad there. Do not recommend!!!!

The room smelled nice and was spotless. The staff was efficient and well informed.

There was someone's hairs left on the bath tub ledge, it was very clear that there was patch jobs all around, and my sheet was so thin i could see through it to the mattress

We checked in pretty late and the room was filled with a chemical cleaning product smell. Luckily we were able to open the windows to help clear it out. The bed was comfortable though. I think they need to do a deep cleaning and lay off the chemicals.

Hot water in tub ran constantly and not just a trickle. We’re talking flow and full heat. Mold on the ceiling and faucet. Writing on the mirror that could only be in steam that there was plenty of. The throw on the bed was dirty and looked like human fluids. The bed side tables and the rest of the flat surfaces were dirty and could have been easily wiped off. Headboard had some kind of liquid that had dripped/run down and not cleaned off. Bed was comfortable.

It was a little loud you could hear the TV from the next room. Walls are too thin.

Beds were comfortable and had adequate bedding.

The carpets are old. The a/c was not working properly in one of our rooms and 1 of the windows in one of our rooms was broken. Had this room been on the ground floor, this would have been a safety issue.

We paid for a room with a Jacuzzi tub, and it didn't even work. The toilet seat was about to slide off every time you used it and the counter in the bathroom slanted, so things would fall off of it.

This place appears to be in the process of some cosmetic updates. They should level it and start all over. The walls are paper thin. In room 123 I could hear every word of room 125's conversations after 10pm while trying to sleep. Then they woke up at about 2am and started loudly watching TV. I banged on the wall and they turned it down a little then turned it back up at 2:30am. There are few parking spaces where a guest can look out their window to see their vehicle. There's a parking lot out back but the hotel cameras are pointed away from the vehicles, only offering security to the dog poop area. Oh yeah, I could hear all of the dogs barking at 6:30am. The rooms are outdated with sloppy workmanship. See the pic of the old "blackout" curtains which hang unevenly and have worn through in several areas. There was no privacy curtain behind it.

Like the staff. They are having issues with TV. Remotes don't work. Issues with door as the plate moves and makes it hard to get back in the room.

Alina at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I would rate her 5 stars. I really enjoyed my stay. I would go back.

Almost nothing available for breakfast. Outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Booked room through Hotels.com but price wasn’t honored. Was charged almost double. Clerk brought price down some when asked and shown the price on hotels.com but wouldnt honor it. We stay here several times a year when visiting family but not anymore.

Property is in a shopping center although quiet. Staff are friendly. Experienced a toilet flapper issue to my assigned room. Front Desk Clerk was young and did not know how o deal with the issue at hand. I asked if I could be moved to a different room since Maintenance was not on property. Front Desk Clerk told me there are no other rooms available as Super 8 is booked for the weekend. She told me, she was going to notify the owner. A short time later the owner appeared at my room door. Apparently he resides on the premises. He confirmed the toilet flapper issue needed to be repaired and he made arrangements to have my wife and I moved to another room. Aside from this small inconvenience everything else was fine. Just suggest for the young front desk clerk to be trained on different situations for her not to panic and be quick to call the owner. She should know her position and what she can empower herself to do to assist a customer in any situation.

Booked a room, arrived around 10:30pm to get checked in as we had been traveling, told us they didn’t have a reservation for us even though I had proof on my phone and had paid…the hotel was booked up, we literally had no place to sleep that night!! Awful experience!!!!!

Very disappointed. Check in lady was apparently on drugs and tweaking out as we was checking in. Could not stop scratching her face and moving around. Should of just left then. Reserved a jacuzzi room, instead had a 1990 couch. Bed was hard as a rock, pillows followed. We had a 2 night stay and did not get fresh towels, hair all over the bathroom floor. Refrigerator was iced over and unusable. Breakfast was only waffles or cereal. And had to reuse the cup for the waffles as the person before me used it and no other cups avaliable for the waffle batter. No elevator in hotel, more like extended stays for locals. Would not recommend.

At 7:15 AM, breakfast was wiped out. Bagels, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and grab and go snacks were depleted. Niah, the front desk attendant, seemed put out when I asked her to replenish the food. I personally went into the back kitchen by myself to get what I needed. The back kitchen was filthy.

Property is near some strip malls, car wash and close to everything in Windsor.

A tad hard to find with construction in the area, but a nice place to stay for a night. Key cards worked sometimes had to get several new ones. Staff was friendly and the location was central to our needs.

I would stay there again. It was solid and checked all the boxes. Clean, friendly staff, good coffee. The area around safe with restaurants within walking distance.

Nice and quiet hotel. Easy access to the highway, as our events were in a another town that was sold out. Original stay was for 1 night while passing through. But canceled other reservations and stayed here all week. Quiet clean convenient. Not a lot of amenities, but we were not there much. Breakfast could be better.

We booked a king bed in regular room. Very surprised to see a jaccuzzi in the room. Continental breakfast options were extremely limited. No bread/bagels/muffins. Coffee was good tho.

We liked the very nice and large room with king bed, fridge, microwave, and sink. Good location in town. Included breakfast was a waste of time. Basically just coffee, yogurt, bread, and peanut butter. Unfortunately safe didn’t work and staff had to replace the hair dryer, but they got right on it.
