Excelente pequeno almoço. Muita diversidade. O hotel é muito bonito. SPA agradável. Estacionamento abundante. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos.

It was our second journey to Pamplona and we chose Luze El Toro again, because we had such a lovely stay two years ago. The hotel is very conveniently located in the suburbs of Pamplona directly next to one of the main roads, which makes it very easy to get to. Parking spaces are directly infront of the hotel and ample, so that you will always be able to park, even if you arrive late. The hotel itself is a most beautiful old building, which exudes the charm of bygone times, while the rooms and public spaces are renovated and top notch when it comes to design and equipment. On top of that, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a must for us, since we travel with our little family dog. We knew that the hotel, due to its age, does not have an elevator, and therefore asked for rooms, that do not require to walk too many stairs (our dog cannot walk stairs anymore and has to be carried). Wonderful Nerea from the reception team went forth and back to fulfill our wishes for both of our stays during these holidays. She gave us two most beautiful rooms and we could not have been happier (@Nerea: Thank you soooo much for everything!!!). We did not have breakfast, but chose the hotel's restaurant for dinner twice. We do highly recommend to do so. The service is very friendly and highly efficient and the kitchen simply is brilliant. Chose whatever pleases you from the menu, you will always be highly delighted. We can only recommend Luze El Toro and will defintely come back in the future.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage yourself. Personnel sometimes forgets to bill you for certain things, so budget for extra waiting time at check-out. The cost of spa is not included in the price of stay (even if you are staying in a suite), so you will need to pay extra to use it. Breakfast is very poor in terms of choice and quality.

We were staying in Pamplona in November at the beginning and end of a road-trip through the beautiful north of Spain. After our first stay, we immediately decided to book this hotel again for our way back home. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of town, which was important for us, as we were going on day trips from there. The hotel is easy to get to and offers ample of parking spaces. The building itself is rather old and has a very special atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely spacious but cozy at the same time and most beautifully equipped. You will not miss anything there! Most important for us was the pet-friendlyness , which is not too common in Spain. El Toro was outstanding, having a fenced little playground for dogs and preparing our room with a bed for our dog, bowls, directions for beautiful walks and dog-treats. We did not have breakfast, but we did enjoyed the bar they have, which is a very relaxing space in the evening, offering you delicious wines from the region. The staff is highly attentive and caring and does all to make sure, that your stay is a memorable one. On departure they even provide you with a little doggy-bag, containing water and an apple- we loved it. We would definitely stay there again and did highly recommend it to all our friends. A one night stop off en route home to UK. We had hoped to walk into Pamplona and explore but it was further than we realised and a bit too hot for our dog. Lovely hotel, obviously a popular wedding venue. Good parking and nice food for supper. Bar/cafe service during the afternoon was slow/hard to find a member of bar staff.

L’hôtel est très confortable dommage que la salle de sport dénotent. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité.

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and a warm welcome. EV charging point available. Dinner menu a little disappointing. Great value would recommend.

Lovely bright clean room with a great shower and large fluffy towels and amenities Staff are really friendly and breakfast offers a nice variety with very fresh produce There is a nice walk along side the hotel and opposite where there is a park if you have your dog with you

We were initially impressed by overall look of the property, the atmosphere was inviting and it was impeccably decorated. On closer look we noticed areas in need of improvement, starting with bathroom and stained ceilings in our room. The staff was not very welcoming to non-spanish speaking guests. The breakfast buffet was definitely overpriced for the selection offered. I was also woken up early by people speaking loudly outside our second story window and noise from the nearby busy road. Did not use spa services, none of this was offered or explained when checking in.

Personnel très accueillant et attentif. Très bel hôtel! Bon petit déjeuner buffet. PS: je ne donne pas la meilleure note car dans notre SDB plusieurs sections de la douche avec la moisissure

El recibimiento correcto , llegando la habitación que está bastante limpia , pero el cuarto de baño le falta un montón de mejoras, la habitación 313 el sácalo está roto y con destrozos,falta solo una capa de pintura y se podía disimular muchas cosas,la rachiola movida y sin juntas de unión,las 2 puertas principal y del baño hacen ruido,y al final desde las 17.33 que llegamos hasta el día siguiente sobre medio día nos quedamos sin TV, porque no había manera de arreglar las 2 compañeras del hotel de saltarín en solucionar el grande problema porque venimos desde Valencia- pueblos afectados por la DANA, a descansar, a desconectar y a olvidar la Tragedia sufrida miles y miles de horas peto no a desinformar sin tener el único medio de información la TELE , porque allí en Valencia ni hablar de televisión que están rotas o con humedades etc, etc y realmente para volver a este Establecimiento o como mucho recomendar a algún familiar o conocido creo que no tiene relevancia o sentido, en pocas palabras nos sentimos de muy mala suerte entre sábado y lunes por la madrugada, luego te acostumbras y intentas no acordarte de la que estás viviendo, muchísimo mejor que en la zona Valenciana pero pagando una fortuna para encontrar la habilitación pobre de c. y con muchas cosas de reparar y de hacer y sin el único medio de comunicación, porque no tenemos ganas de nada…!!!

This is such a hidden gem of a hotel and so reasonably priced. It’s always so clean and the staff are lovely. The room is big and fresh and they allow dogs

We booked a double room but were given a two bed apartment. Sound good but it felt like managers staff accommodation as the stairs up were marked very badly, like it was a service area. Sorry, we have stayed before but this did put us off. My advise, paint the stairs, put a sign on the access door with the room number on it and spend some time deep cleaning the bath and stairs

Lovely hotel , very nice staff , big rooms and huge beds , nice cold air con and big bathroom etc . Kettle or core machine in rooms too . Nice meal in restaurant and drinks reasobaly priced . Second visit and back again in November

Al estar reformado en estilo rústico el aislamiento acústico en puertas y ventanas es prácticamente inexistente, si te toca un vecino ruidoso no pegas ojo en toda la noche...

Fabulous hotel with well decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Lovely courtyard. To get to Pamplona you need to take a take a taxi which cost us 14€. A lovely two night stay and recommend.

The hotel stay overall was a good one. The room, staff, cleanliness, bar, food/breakfast and outside seating area were all very good. Pamplona isn't easy to get into unless you have a car. As an older property the rooms soundproofing isn't great.

Air conditioning in the room was not very efficient

Spacious restaurant, excellent food, but standard room was disappointingly small and dark, and very noisy throughout the night, especially from cleaners and early morning deliveries.

The staff very friendly, quick check in, facilities are great, it was my first time staying at this property and definitely recommend it and if needed we will return.

I stayed here for the San Fermin festival and I stayed for 12 days in this hotel. What truly stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was courteous and eager to help. They even went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute request I had with no hassle. This was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had. I highly recommend el toro hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and exceptional service. They even provide free shuttle service during the festival. I would suggest they change the menu for breakfast buffet in the morning but other than that everything was amazing 😊

Excellent location but quite a way out from Pamplona

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. 15 minute taxi ride to old town. Breakfast was good.

The room felt humid. The air conditioning was the worst had to sleep with the windows open. Windows have no screens. Tranportation from the hotel to the center of town was the worse I’ve experienced in my days of travel. There is no Uber, taxis are almost non-existent. The hotel offer a small van shuttle but once it’s full your out of luck. We were left in the city with no way to get back to the hotel. Ended up taking the bus that drops you off a few miles before the hotel and had to walk the rest of the way. I would never stay here again. The staff tried to be helpful but the hotel is definitely lacking.

A truly exceptional hotel, full of character and history, very friendly staff and ideal for the motorway. Definitely on our list for our next trip to Spain from the UK.

Lovely hotel and close enough to the city if you don’t mind being oma few km’s away. Peaceful and perfect for couples

Very antic looking hotel that has been upgraded. Excellent and very friendly staff. Pretty expensive, but then again I stayed there during the Running of the Bulls and hotel rooms were at a premium. Restaurant prices were also very high. Hotel pretty isolated, but did have a hourly shuttle service into Pamplona Center.

Lovely building, excellent breakfast. The decor, and the friendly staff, make it feel warm and inviting; it could so easily have felt dark as it’s a such an old building. Peaceful countryside setting.

Spent one night after exploring Pamplona during the day. Liked being out of city center with easy parking. Room was very comfortable. Dinner at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a very good experience!

This is my third visit to the hotel, always great attention and the staff very courteous and friendly. Breakfast had everything you would want to eat, and the dinner and lunch menu to ruval any high end restaurant. Highly recommended

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Excellent menu for dinner and reasonably priced.

A beautiful quiet property with lots of charm. Dinner on the terrace was very nice but the buffet breakfast was not very good. We paid more for it than at any other hotel on our trip but the selection was much smaller. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
