Decent hotel for the price, but very disappointing bathroom and housekeeping My three day stay left me with mixed feelings. The staff absolutely deserve praise. They were wonderfully friendly, check in was effortless, and they were extremely helpful with local directions. The room itself was spacious, and everything in it worked properly. Based strictly on price and service, it is a decent hotel. However, the experience was significantly let down by the bathroom and the total lack of housekeeping. The room was not cleaned a single time during my stay, even after I specifically requested it. The bathroom was in poor condition and simply dirty. There was an unpleasant smell, along with visible dirt and mold in the shower area. On top of that, the shower had almost zero water pressure.

The room we got was great with a kitchenette with all the basics, even washing up liquid. The bathroom was good too and the room itself was big enough for luggage and it has space to sit too. The bed was comfy. However, the pillows not so much and no extra pillows. The room had a very intense tobacco smell that it didn’t disappear even by opening the balcony. There were no hangers and when asked in the reception, the night receptionist had no idea where they could be and the morning receptionists could only find three clipped hangers, better than nothing but with a great wardrobe, some hangers would be expected. There was no hairdryer either in the room or bathroom and when asked at reception they were all gone. So the place has great potential but lacks some details.

I travel extensively for work and have stayed in countless hotels, but this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. We specifically booked an apartment because we needed a kitchen to prepare meals for our children. However, the kitchen was completely unequipped—there were no pans or basic cooking utensils. The only pot provided was so deeply encrusted with filth that it remained completely unusable even after we tried to clean it. When we went to the reception to request a clean pan to heat milk for our toddler, the staff flatly refused, claiming they had none available. The situation became so desperate that my partner broke down in tears at the front desk. Seeing this, another guest took pity on us and kindly lent us her own pot so we could feed our child. Furthermore, the listing explicitly stated that baby cribs were available. When we requested one (which I had already specified in my initial booking), we were told they were fully booked. Only after we aggressively pushed the staff did they finally bring us a crib, which turned out to be broken and unsafe. To top it all off, the room and the entire facility were unsanitary and unimaginably dirty (please see the attached photos for reference). A property in this condition has no place on a reputable platform like Hotels.com. Our stay was absolutely miserable, the staff treatment was unacceptable, and I will be demanding a full refund.
