We got a friendly and efficient reception. Unfortunately, that proved to be the only good aspect of our stay. We received an email the day before arrival telling us that we should check in at the neighbouring Ibis hotel due to work on the Novotel reception. There was no mention of extensive work going on in the restaurant/bar area. I have no idea whether the restaurant was even open as signage directed you in to what looked like building work. Contrast this with another hotel on our trip where far more minor work was going on that had no effect on our stay. However, we received three messages prior to our stay informing us of work being carried out. I feel that we should have received far more pre stay information regarding the work and should have received it much earlier than the day before arrival. Our room looked dated and in need of a complete overhaul. It was far below the standard we’ve experienced at other Novotels. Very disappointing.

Passage d’un soir dans ce Novotel Chambre quasiment égal à L’ibis Rouge situé dans le même Bâtiment…. Manque d’amabilité du personnel, Aucun lit bébé disponible alors que la réservation a été prise pour un bébé de 2ans et surtout aucun message pour nous avertir, chambre mal insonorisée, nous entendions tous les clients dans les escaliers, aucun ascenseur… bref une fois pas deux!

Altijd verzorgd en een goede service We waren dit jaar veel te vroeg onze rit was beter verlopen , we kwamen om 10:30 aan en we hebben direct een kamer gekregen , Omdat er nog een familie kamer vrij was die al of nog proper was. Wat we super vonden want we waren wel moe! Een dikke pluim voor het mooie en vernieuwde zwembad, En ze zijn nog volop aan het veranderen ! Wij gaan er nu al een 3 tal jaar en zullen er jaarlijks 2 keer blijven gaan! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen, Ons zien jullie nog veel terug komen

A fuir ! Hotel bruyant, vétuste, avec des équipements d’un autre siècle ! Et c’est un 4 étoiles… sur la fiche oui mais en vérité c’est du niveau d’un 2 étoiles sauf le prix ! Passant plus de 250 nuits par année à l’hôtel cet établissement se situe dans le top des 3 des plus mauvais !

Op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar NL was dit een goed gekozen pleisterplaats. Meteen naast peage keuze uit wel 20 hotels. Ik koos voor Novotel vanwege goede eerdere ervaringen. Ze stelden niet teleur. Het enige onhandige vond ik douchen in een badkuip met een douchescherm tot halverwege het bad. Dan alles nat, zeker met die geweldige waterstraal! Maar uiteindelijk is dat het probleem van housekeeping.

Op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar NL was dit een goed gekozen pleisterplaats. Meteen naast peage keuze uit wel 20 hotels. Ik koos voor Novotel vanwege goede eerdere ervaringen. Ze stelden niet teleur. Het enige onhandige vond ik douchen in een badkuip met een douchescherm tot halverwege het bad. Dan alles nat, zeker met die geweldige waterstraal! Maar uiteindelijk is dat het probleem van housekeeping.

Raum für 4 köpfige Familie war ausreichend und wir konnten gut schlafen aufgrund der gute Fenstern Isolierung & Lage des Hotels Frühstück war gut .Preis Leistung in Ordnung Personal war auch Hilfsbereit und freundlich von daher die 5 Sterne

Très bon séjour pour notre réveillon en famille. L'absence d'eau chaude pendant une journée de lendemain du réveillon en plein hiver c'était pas terrible et surtout aucune solution nous a été proposé.

Manque d’amabilité du personnel, Aucun lit bébé disponible alors que la réservation a été prise pour un bébé de 2ans et surtout aucun message pour nous avertir, chambre mal insonorisée, nous entendions tous les clients dans les escaliers, aucun ascenseur… bref une fois pas deux!

Bonsoir, Comme souvent chez novotel, après plusieurs séjours au Novotel d'Avignon, Le Novotel de rivesaltes est parfait à tous niveaux...Chambre spacieuse, literie remarquable et très grand lit...Repas du soir magnifique.Cet établissement sera à l'avenir notre hotel pour chaque départ en voyage en Espagne. Altijd verzorgd en een goede service We waren dit jaar veel te vroeg onze rit was beter verlopen , we kwamen om 10:30 aan en we hebben direct een kamer gekregen , Omdat er nog een familie kamer vrij was die al of nog proper was. Wat we super vonden want we waren wel moe! Een dikke pluim voor het mooie en vernieuwde zwembad, En ze zijn nog volop aan het veranderen ! Wij gaan er nu al een 3 tal jaar en zullen er jaarlijks 2 keer blijven gaan! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen, Ons zien jullie nog veel terug komen

Op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar NL was dit een goed gekozen pleisterplaats. Meteen naast peage keuze uit wel 20 hotels. Ik koos voor Novotel vanwege goede eerdere ervaringen. Ze stelden niet teleur. Het enige onhandige vond ik douchen in een badkuip met een douchescherm tot halverwege het bad. Dan alles nat, zeker met die geweldige waterstraal! Maar uiteindelijk is dat het probleem van housekeeping.

Op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar NL was dit een goed gekozen pleisterplaats. Meteen naast peage keuze uit wel 20 hotels. Ik koos voor Novotel vanwege goede eerdere ervaringen. Ze stelden niet teleur. Auf der Rückreise von Spanien haben wir hier übernachtet . Raum für 4 köpfige Familie war ausreichend und wir konnten gut schlafen aufgrund der gute Fenstern Isolierung & Lage des Hotels Frühstück war gut .Preis Leistung in Ordnung Personal war auch Hilfsbereit und freundlich von daher die 5 Sterne

The Novotel reception was under construction so we had to go through the neighbour Ibis hotel. The swimming pool was really nice , beautiful and perfect temperature. Although the biggest problem was the presence of wasps all over the swimming pool

We got a friendly and efficient reception. Unfortunately, that proved to be the only good aspect of our stay. We received an email the day before arrival telling us that we should check in at the neighbouring Ibis hotel due to work on the Novotel reception. There was no mention of extensive work going on in the restaurant/bar area. I have no idea whether the restaurant was even open as signage directed you in to what looked like building work. Contrast this with another hotel on our trip where far more minor work was going on that had no effect on our stay. However, we received three messages prior to our stay informing us of work being carried out. I feel that we should have received far more pre stay information regarding the work and should have received it much earlier than the day before arrival. Our room looked dated and in need of a complete overhaul. It was far below the standard we’ve experienced at other Novotels. Very disappointing.
