The property was incredibly charming. We loved the goats, frogs and cats. They weren’t intrusive just added to the quirkiness of the place. For the price it was excellent. The walk to Sant elm was easy once we worked out the path rather than the road which was busy and no pavements. Sant elm is a fabulous holiday resort for high end bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was fabulous. However perhaps new sunbeds and outside seating in that area. We loved eating in the beautiful area covered by flowers and pomegranate trees. Fans were provided which was good as no air conditioning. Overall we loved the old traditional charm and beautiful setting.

A group of eight of us stayed here for four nights. The place itself is beautiful, set off the road in a stunningly peaceful area, with local goats that pass through adding to the charm. It's so peaceful, and the pool area is perfect with glorious views. Before arriving I had numerous emails with Homerti who manage the property, checking about this and that. I was advised that there would be washing up liquid, soaps, bath towels but not beach towels, questions like this. However, there was no washing up liquid, hardly any toilet roll, very little in the way of cleaning equipment, no dustpan and brush. The wifi never worked, even though someone came to ask about it (5G coverage is good however, so not a major issue fortunately). The hob only had one working burner, the other three would not stay alight. The bed mattresses are ok, but the pillows are very poor quality. No one slept very well. It's a wonderful place and I would go back, and it's a shame to have to point these things out, as they could so easily be sorted. The management and/or owners should make sure the basics are covered. It should also be pointed out that the Google maps route from the airport advises coming off the main road a few kilometres early. Do not do this, you'll end up on a very poor track, when a much closer entrance to the track is possible. The closer entrance is in the property pics, but not made clear enough. It's still a great place, we had a super time all in all.

The location is very quiet set between small mountains and in a forrest area with plenty of wild life. We really enjoyed the stay.

Gorgeous place in nature with birdies chirping. Given the price we would have expected the basics like dish soap, a sponge, toilet paper and hand soaps in the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay in at Sant Elm, Mallorca. The accommodation was amazing: a beautiful house surrounded by nature with a big swimmingpool and excellent facilities. The host provided a self-check in which was very convenient. The small village nearby was also very lovely with a small clean beach and numerous restaurants. Overall, very beautiful and peaceful accommodation and therefore a strong recommendation when you are looking for a great holiday in Mallorca!
