Our stay at the Mint House was unforgettable! Great location! The staff were friendly, room and bathroom were very specious, beyond comfortable and beautifully designed. We had everything we needed even a dishwasher and a record player. Having a supermarket on the basement level was very helpful. Great for short and long stays. The rooftop bar has one of the greatest views of NYC. So hope to be back for a longer say!

If you are looking for a comfortable stay, with lots of room, comfortable beds, small kitchen then look no further. Mint House has it all plus a great location in a building with 3 top rated restaurants, a coffee shop and a grocery store. This is a great spot for a longer stay in NY with close access to multiple subway stops as well.

This was an extremely nice hotel. The rooms were huge with a full kitchen, full fridge and spacious sleeping area. The building itself was beautiful particularly the lobby and the fitness center was one of the better ones I’ve used at any hotel in Manhattan throughout my Many stays there. Highly recommended.

This place was great. Stayed in the two bedroom with my wife and 4 kids. My girls double up on one bed, my boys doubled up on the sofa bed, and my wife and I had the king bedroom. The kitchen is great which allowed us to cook a little at home to save some money. We are crossfitters so the gym in the basement was perfect for us to keep up with our workouts. The kids enjoyed the bowling alley, ping pong table, and pool table as well. Close to whole foods and the grocery store on the ground level was decent. The subway station across Pine street was able to get us almost anywhere we needed to go. We would gladly stay here again.

This place was fantastic! The rooms were amazing. The size of them are like I never seen before in NYC. They are more like apartments than hotel rooms. They are located within a few blocks of major attractions like One World Observatory and 9/11 memorial. Literally surrounded by places to eat and shop. The "room" has its own kitchen so having a supermarket in the basement of the building was super convenient. In addition, there is a gym, bowling alley and a golf simulator you can use. Overall this is my new favorite place to stay in New York

Our stay was fine the only think I would say it would have been nice to see and have a drink in the roof top bar however you couldn’t just go there you had to book which we didn’t know wasn’t the end of the world but it would have been nice

Mint House at Pine Street was fantastic! I will definitely be back! I took a staycation with them for my birthday and it was perfect. Check in was easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, a perfect sanctuary complete with a record player, a comfy bed, Mallin & Goetz toiletries and a walk-in closet. The room had a full kitchen too. The beauty of staying in the financial district on the weekends is that it’s quiet, so no noise! It was a peaceful and relaxing experience. Oh and did I mention the full service gym with a stream room and there is a coffee shop with food (Black Fox) in the lobby, their coffee is excellent! All in all a perfect weekend.

We stayed as a family of four for a week. Having stayed in a few places in New York before this felt very spacious. Well decorated and furnished. We had one kid in their own bedroom and one on living room sofa bed. Lovely staff who were helpful throughout. Excellent gym, good on site food market, lovely healthy food options at Blue Kitchen and also the downstairs diner was decent. Great location off Wall st and close walk to subway and battery park. Would definitely recommend, but take earplugs, ithe rooms are near street level, so traffic and construction noise and the aircon is loud. Oh, and the 63rd floor adults only bar is lovely, if pricey. Worth it for the view.

Stayed at the Mint House while visiting my daughter at college. 2 adults and 2 teens shared the room. Plenty of space for 4 large people, which is rare in NYC. Beds were comfortable including the pull out couch had down pillows, down comforter and memory foam mattress. Huge closet space and extra closet with dresser. Very clean - tiny bit of mildew on top of the shampoo dispenser but overall the cleanliness was excellent. The room and overall building was clean and quiet. Safe and quiet location in the financial district. Kitchen was very clean and stocked with basics. Would highly recommend and will most likely stay here again!!

The hotel is really well located for multiple subway lines and was easy to find on arrival in the area. Front desk was friendly every time we had cause to go there. There are plenty of options for food/drink locally, including supermarkets. Bed itself was big and comfy but the pillows were universally soft with no support and the pull out bed was squeaky. On cleanliness/housekeeping: we put two toiletries bags up on top of the bathroom wall units and soon found the dust was thick on top of them, I doubt any cleaning has been done up there for a long time! Used bathrobe was not replaced, bin liner not replaced either. AC was hit and miss, we did speak to reception about it once and someone was sent up but the system didn't seem to work well overnight. Kitchen area was well equipped and a big bonus and it would be the draw to get us to stay again. Bathroom was fine but don't love shower curtains. Bathroom felt functional but basic and not a luxury hotel experience. Biggest let down for us was layout. There is an insane amount of closet space/generally wasted space. The seating area with the pull out bed faced a blank white wall in the middle of the apartment, there would really be almost no reason to relax/sit there. To watch TV you'd have to go to the bed/kitchen area and sit on the bed. There was one chair plus the sofa bed for an apartment that should sleep 4 (we were only 2 though). The apartment was dark but location doesn't help with that.

Big rooms for Manhattan and many closets which is really appreciated when traveling with family. Fidi area has huge buildings everywhere so there is a lack of natural light in the rooms. Would recommend to have the rooms painted in a lighter color or to put more lights. The sofa bed was really not comfortable, noisy and too soft, need to be changed. Anyway nice stay

The room had very small windows and lacked natural light, and the keypad system took a couple goes to get used to, but otherwise a great stay.

Stayed in 1 bedroom, 2 pull-out sofas, 2 bathrooms -- HUGE!!! There were 3 of us; so we each had our own space. The front desk staff was amazing and went well beyond the call of duty to see to our needs.

Stayed here many times this was by far the worse experience From the maid crying on the room to the AC not functioning properly to the laundry detergent dispenser not working, this was not a pleasant stay and I’ve been a Minthouse fan from the beginning. Also the front desk person was pretty rude when I asked to note the things they were broken so they can be addressed. I won’t stay again and won’t be booking my teams there so it’s unfortunate.

Stayed here many times this was by far the worse experience From the maid crying on the room to the AC not functioning properly to the laundry detergent dispenser not working, this was not a pleasant stay and I’ve been a Minthouse fan from the beginning. Also the front desk person was pretty rude when I asked to note the things they were broken so they can be addressed. I won’t stay again and won’t be booking my teams there so it’s unfortunate.

The only problem was the fire alarm went off, firefighters came and left but no staff came out to talk to us or to tell the guest it’s safe to come back in. The staff sent 2 guys up with no badges and /or no phone call from staff that they were sending them up to do internet work in my room (although the room had internet), the lack of communication is a problem, of course they didn’t get in and I had a conversation with the staff. I must say the rooms are spacious and the website pictures are truly accurate. Easy walk to the piers, dining, local shops and stores and the exchange and 911 memorial.

I can not thank the staff at the Mint House enough. Dave and Zaire at the desk were incredibly helpful. We had a horrendous situation at a previous stay, where we checked out early. As soon as I called Mint House, Dave accommodated us, helped checked us in and made sure my family incl. our three children were comfortable. Thank you team for everything.

The location is perfect- right by the subway. There are so many great dining options within the building & right beside it. It is easy to connect to any area in downtown by waking - there is so much to discover. The staff are excellent in how they handle any request. All my at home food delivery was perfectly handled at the reception- I just picked them up when I was around. Any ask for housekeeping was answered right away and without any problems. They made the room everyday and it was big and great for my family.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mint House in NYC! Every interaction with the staff was delightful—they were friendly, helpful, and incredibly pleasant. The location in FiDi was perfect, with quick access to the subway and surprisingly easy travel uptown. Mint House exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay at one of their locations again!

It was very easy to walk to multiple metro lines. There was a small grocery store, and a liquor store around the corner, which was very convenient. Great area for walking, especially along the water.

The room was great and will bring us back. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The front lobby is tucked in the back of the ground floor, which is a bit unusual. The building doors are heavy and difficult to open, and the front of the building is under scaffolding. But overall we loved the room.

Mint House at 70 Pine is a perfect location if you want to explore the Downtown Manhattan. Major attractions are all nearby and within 10-15 mins walk. The studio is perfect for a family and who wants a change from the usual hotel experience. The groceries is located in the basement of the building and they also offer to pick them up for you. Will and the other staff were very nice and offered to show around whenever we wanted to find something. Will definitely return to Mint House when we get back to NYC

Great location in the heart of the financial district. Very walkable (2 year old w/stroller& 7Yo). Playground @ the Battery- SouthStreet SeaPort, Circle Line, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church. All within 8 minutes. Can’t change the NYC construction and lack of parking arrangements on site. Parking nearby - next block over but cumbersome with small children. No direct access to parking even though on next street over. On site restaurants discourage your patronage with children… do we went elsewhere. Deliveries available but is left at reception- will not bring to room. Two suggestions for improvement: add task lighting in kitchen & add light blocking blinds to bedrooms. Front desk was very accommodating- even help provide a misplaced iPhone charging cord! We’ll be back.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay, with lots of room, comfortable beds, small kitchen then look no further. Mint House has it all plus a great location in a building with 3 top rated restaurants, a coffee shop and a grocery store. This is a great spot for a longer stay in NY with close access to multiple subway stops as well.

The room was big. Kitchen was pretty great (though I'm not crazy about electric stoves - induction would've been better if they couldn't have gas.) Cleanest room. You could've performed operations in there. I had work to do s I pretty much stayed in my roof. But there's a VERY popular 1 Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs and a market (City Acres Market). Oh, and the building itself is a big beautifully preserved (or re done) art deco building. It felt brand news. Bathroom was small, functional, very clean and nice, but if they skimped on anything it was the bathroom. No counter space, but ample room on the little shelves behind the mirrors. Dining options are strong during the week, but many close up for the weekend.

Mint House at Pine Street was fantastic! I will definitely be back! I took a staycation with them for my birthday and it was perfect. Check in was easy, everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, a perfect sanctuary complete with a record player, a comfy bed, Mallin & Goetz toiletries and a walk-in closet. The room had a full kitchen too. The beauty of staying in the financial district on the weekends is that it’s quiet, so no noise! It was a peaceful and relaxing experience. Oh and did I mention the full service gym with a stream room and there is a coffee shop with food (Black Fox) in the lobby, their coffee is excellent! All in all a perfect weekend.

We stayed as a family of four for a week. Having stayed in a few places in New York before this felt very spacious. Well decorated and furnished. We had one kid in their own bedroom and one on living room sofa bed. Lovely staff who were helpful throughout. Excellent gym, good on site food market, lovely healthy food options at Blue Kitchen and also the downstairs diner was decent. Great location off Wall st and close walk to subway and battery park. Would definitely recommend, but take earplugs, ithe rooms are near street level, so traffic and construction noise and the aircon is loud. Oh, and the 63rd floor adults only bar is lovely, if pricey. Worth it for the view.

A unique property in the Wall Street area. The room is very large, which was a wonderful surprise. Linens were awesome. There was construction on the street and some loud noises periodically which wasn’t great. Nice to have a coffee shop in the ground floor also no restaurant in the hotel but separate restaurants and food options in the building.

bell'appartamento in una delle zone must di Manhattan ben servita dalla metro (non c'è un altro posto con così tante stazioni vicino, si va ovunque e si arriva da ovunque). Il prezzo è sicuramente troppo alto, ma ci sono tutti i servizi compreso il supermercato molto fornito a livello strada raggiungibile dall'interno e la cucina completamente attrezzata, e addirittura il giradischi). Durante il nostro soggiorno c'erano dei lavori molto importanti al grattacielo di fianco che non si interrompevano nemmeno di notte. Ecco perchè al nostro arrivo sul comodino c'erano mascherina e tappi!! avere difficoltà a dormire la notte per il rumore non è esattamente ciò che si aspetta chi spende quanto serve per soggiornare qui. Quindi la cosa andava indicata in fase di prenotazione o se ne doveva tener conto nel prezzo praticato. Non l'ho trovato corretto e questo ha molto influito sul mio giudizio della struttura e dei servizi.

Initial room was disturbed my construction noise 1st night and 2am for approx 1hrs. 2nd night disturbed at 3am by street noise. I advised the staff at the front desk that the mattress and pillow was not the same as my previous stay. They were soft with no support for my posture, pillows were like marshmallows. I was advised they were the same in all rooms. I requested a room change as l had to be up at 5am and couldn't tolerate the noise from the street. I was advised there were no other rooms. I woke up with a stiff neck and requested alternative pillow. My request was not actioned till the 3rd day by which time l had injured my neck and had to request a visit from a Dr at the cost of $2500 after logging a claim with my travel insurance. I was unable to do any planned activity due to the pain l was in and lost a day of my short vacation. I didn't receive any communication from the manager during this period. I was directed to Expedia who advised me that they attempted to discuss my case with the manager but did not receive any response. This is my third time staying here. The previous two times were prior to it being taken over by Kasa.

Staff all awesome. Checking late was easy - Alex super friendly and helpful. Great location to explore financial district, 911 memorial, Statue of Liberty. Crown Shay restaurant not to be missed. Convenient coffee and market in building. Very well-appointed comfortable space. Note gym has limited hours. Wonderful and would stay again
