The bathroom was filthy! Dirt and hair all around and on top of the baseboard, and a collection of gunk in the corners. The tub facade had dust and hair on the outside panel, and brown stuff in the corners. The metal tissue box was splattered and dirty.

I really do like what this hotel offers. Great price for services offered. Location convenient, but not on the main road. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, laundry facilities, free breakfast and more. This visit not so happy about the cleanliness of the bathroom! Lots of long black hair that was not mine, all over shower, sink, floor and towels. I cleaned this up myself.

Ive stayed here many times but this time there had been a toilet issue in one of the rooms and the whole second floor stunk like nasty septic tank. The tv/cable didn't work well, 1/2 of the channels were stuck or screen was black. And over all quality was just bleh. The front desk girls are soooo nice!!

I stayed one night. The hotel was safe and comfortable. I wish the internet was working since the LTE connection in the area was weak. Wifi was nonexistent which forces me to not be on my phone, lol. Other than my attempt at humor there, the staff at checkin were effecient, quick, and pleasant. The location was just across the street from a Casey’s gas station which was easy to get to and from and fully stocked. I will have to stay again so hoping as they upgrade they work on the internet. A luxury for sure but I could use it for work.

Property was clean room was clean. The overnight shift employees was very loud. We stayed in a room close to the front counter, and there is nonstop talking and laughing made it hard to sleep. And when the employees/guest went out to smoke, you could hear everything they was talking about outside our window.

The check in staff where awesome and accommodating. Chasity had to be the sweetiest and most knowledgeable front desk operator i have ever worked with, she made our check in and check out easy and even got my family set up with an additional unplanned nights stay. 5 stars is not enough for her guest service skills. Will stay here again

It was clean and quiet, and the desk clerks were professional and polite. It appears to be in a safe neighborhood. The drink vending machine selection wasn't great, but the machine did work. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They provide free breakfast, but we overslept it, so I can't rate it.

Location was convenient for our plans to play golf at Mozingo. Staff was very pleasant although they had trouble figuring out to have each of our group pay their prorata share of the expense. Finally had to have one person pay the total and then others paid that person. Many would have preferred using their credit card.

Everything was fine about the room and property, however the breakfast was disappointing. We came down an hour after it started. The tables were dirty and there was very little left to choose from. The manager passed through the dining area, didn’t speak to us, didn’t appear to notice the mess or lack of food options and returned to the front desk.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Greeting us each time we came and went daily. Asking if we needed anything, and helping after hours when we did. They were fantastic. The breakfast was up to par with most hotels. They have a waffle maker, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, milk, juice and water.
