This was the second time we have stayed here. First time not bad for the rate, had a first floor room that was not fancy but clean. This second visit however was horrid. We were told there was no working elevator and no first floor available. My husband has terminal cancer and I am pending major back surgery so stairs are a significant problem for us but we managed. Only to be met with a room that was less than clean (including questionable stains on the other beds blankets and the walls in several places), bugs everywhere, and not even properly stocked. (Literally ONE towel for two people...) To make the experience better at 6am someone was pounding on someone elses door yelling for Alfredo and whistling for a solid 5 minutes. Nothing was done of course. My husband and I travel to the area fairly often but we will NEVER step foot in this place again.

The lobby stunk had to get our own towels I guess they live there you can see like their little apartment through the window sometime and they're living in luxury while the rest of the hotel is dirty
