Stayed here for a couple days at the tail end of a trip to Montana. Chose this location because it was fairly close to the airport, and it was definitely a good choice. Place was very clean and quiet, staff were very helpful. The guest laundry machines require coins to operate, and detergent can be purchased from the front desk. Also note that while the drink vending machine accepts cards the snack machine appears to be cash only, so I'd recommend having some coins on hand when visiting. All in all, excellent choice if you need a place to stay in Missoula.

Staff very courteous and knowledgeable. Facility was clean. Had an elevator for easier travel. Has a good breakfast. My son loved the omelettes so much. Our room had a jacuzzi tub. It was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here.

Very easy access off I-90 on north end of Missoula. Good parking for truck and trailer. Right next to a restaurant, fast food and gas station. Friendly staff and clean property. Slightly outdated hotel and rooms, but clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff member was friendly and very helpful in providing us with information on things to do in Missoula. The room was good for our one night break from traveling but there was a lingering odor of raw sewage throughout the first floor elevator area, in the elevator, and throughout the hallway on the second floor. The odor was not so noticeable in our room but it remained in the hallways.

The Super 8 on Reserve Street in Missoula was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were two walking paths within half a mile of the property, and many dining and shopping opportunities within a 1 mile radius. It was easy to get on and off the interstate to go to various areas in Missoula rather than drive down the very busy Reserve street. I would definitely stay at this Super 8 again on return trips to Missoula.

There was hair all over the room. Dog hair in the sheets, mens beard hair all over the faucet, pubic hair on the toilet. I had to wash dried broccoli off the table. The ceiling had missing patches of paint from leaks. The bathtub was dirty. When we reported this to the desk, they looked annoyed and said/did nothing.

Consistent and affordable. It is very clean and the staff is always helpful. I did not use the internet or tv. Just needed a place for the night. I have stayed at really nice places and have left some filthy places. This one is nice for the price.

3 times in 2 days I had to go to front desk to exchange key cards which didn’t open the side door or my room door. Front desk asked if I had a smart phone(doesn’t everyone?) that could be deactivating the key card? Breakfast was average

This is a solid 6.5/10. Clean so that’s good but it definitely needs a renovation. We were on the ground floor and they have lights shining outside the window all night so even with blackout curtains it still looked like day time outside. Bed is hard but not bad. Bring your own pillows they are terrible.

Positive - they helped us out by allowing us to check in early. Negative- we were not informed of their policy to not refresh our room during a two night stay. Had to ask for clean towels at midnight when we returned to our room.

We had a delightful check-in. Sheryl was thoughtful and thorough when we checked in. We were a group of five in three rooms and she coordinated where our rooms were located and every time we’ve spoken with her, she remembers the special nature of our trip and we have felt truly at home. She’s so sweet. We’re from out of state and it feels like Montana!

I travel all the time for business and have stayed here multiple times. BUT NEVER AGAIN. I have never been treated so poorly. VERY RUDE, VERY DISRESPECTFUL I understand people have bad days. But when you are in the customer service business you have no choice but to treat your customers with kindness and respect no matter what. Plus I have noticed this place is starting to go down hill, old and musty! I will never be back. I will pay more for the surrounding hotels.

Check in was extremely slow. Super nice older lady at the desk but the process was cumbersome to say the least. Surprisingly cleaner on the inside than it appeared on the outside. The maintenance on my room was poor. The shower curtain rod was almost falling down in the bathroom. I dealt with it as I’m not one to complain. Not sure I would ever stay there again. The experience was pretty underwhelming.

The Super 8 on Reserve Street in Missoula was very clean and quiet. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
