This is our third stay at the Best Western in Madill. We will soon begin construction on our home nearby and will stay there frequently during construction. They are very friendly and check in is a breeze. We are able to take our dogs with us.

Despite a little trouble with hotels.com, Dulce and her manager, Bo, reached out to me personally before check in and were able to resolve the trouble and even allowed me to check in early. The hotel was clean enough to make me overlook small cosmetic issues. The room was big and comfortable. The shower’s water pressure made its own weather pattern somehow and I had a time keeping the curtain drawn, but I ultimately decided it was funnier than it was inconvenient. The pool area was peaceful and private. The breakfast buffet was fresh and even had a coffee machine capable of producing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. All in all, it wasn’t a fancy place, but it seems well taken care of and well managed.

Several places to eat close by and shop. Felt very safe inside and outside. Parking was abundant. I parked right by front door. Room was large, clean with microwave and refrigerator. Only thing I missed was a coffee pot to make coffee when I got up but got some with included breakfast. Staff were friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. Very nice stay.

The room was very big and comfortable. However, the duvet was stained and the bench was ripped. We forgot our shampoo and were glad to see they had it provided until we showered and there was no shampoo, conditioner and minimal body wash. The breakfast wasn’t good either. The fruit was old and half the topping for oatmeal or yogurt was empty. 1 oatmeal packet available when we are at 7:30. The waffle batter also tasted sour. We drank a glass of orange juice and left.

On Hotels.com it specifically states that "the price you see is the price you pay". Upon check-in I was asked to pay an additional $25. When I showed them the stated price that I had agreed to, they assured me that they would "make it right". The next day I got an alert on my credit card for the full amount including the extra $25 and when I went to speak with management about it there was no one there who could address the issue and the desk lady informed me that management was "asleep and couldn't be bothered". She proceeded to text someone about the issue and was told that it was the difference between taxes and that it happened all the time. I got a receipt that showed the breakdown of charges and that was a lie. Simple math. This clearly used to be a smoking allowed hotel and still smells like it. My original intention was to stay at the Best Western in Ardmore that I have stayed at before and absolutely love but they were booked for the room that my husband and I wanted. I spent over $400 for 2 nights in this place and could continue complaining but I won't. Best part about it was the lady who checked me in and actually TRIED to fix the problem and the super sweet cleaning lady.

The lady at the front desk was a very friendly and helpful. There were a couple things in our room that were looked over by the maid. Our window wasn't completely shut and when I opened the curtains there were two wasps in our room. Not a big deal. I was able to deal with them. Our Kleenex box was almost empty and what was in it was wet. Everything else was fine. It's an older hotel.

Check in was hellish at best, the front desk clerk was rude. In the two years we've been visiting this location the deposit for incidentals has gone from zero to $250. After making the deposit the clerk simply threw my room key on the table and continued playing on her computer i received no information about what my room number was or where to find the room, at that point I was unaware if they even offered breakfast much less what time it was, I found out the next morning it was supposed to end at 9:30am however when i arrived at 9:00am they had already closed the breakfast down. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

We were in town for the funeral of my father. We arrived around noon. While the hotel itself was totally fine, we had to wait 3 hours to check in. When you don’t know a lot about the town you’re in, wasting 3 hours is kinda hard.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Check-in was a 30 second simple chore (we pre-booked), location, convenience, staff help and accommodation, quiet. When visiting this part of the world again, this will be our only option.

Property appeared to be clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean however the body soap and shampoo dispensers were both empty, so good thing I brought my own. Free breakfast was a little disappointing only meat selection was a ham slice, no sausage or bacon. No egg selection either you ate scrambled or you skipped.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament in Ardmore. Everything was terrific. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot. Our room was great and the beds were comfortable. And it didn't cost us a fortune. Plus, there were food options next door to make life easy. I would gladly stay here again.
