El personal excelente, la limpieza bien pero nos encontramos con el pote de amenites de crema corporal estaba utilizado y casi vacio, una lastima porque el hotel es excelente y eso da un poco de mala sensación, la habitación en la que estabamos esta un poco de mal aislada, nos llovio toda la noche y no paro de hacer ruido una chapa q estaba afuera de la habitación.

Great Hotel but rooms are small. No microwave in rooms or lobby. No coffee in rooms or lobby. Staff and cleaning ladies were great. Only encounter a problem with a phone call from a spanish friend and they wouldn't to my room and he new my room number and name. If it's a privacy act then why have a phone in room. Also no computer services to use. They have room for a couple with printers. Utebos a nice town and has great people and train service to Zaragoza. We will be back.

We had a brief stopover at this nice hotel. Excellent service at check in and good service in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite which was large, very clean but a bit soulless. Sadly, the bed, although large, was so hard it was like sleeping on a bench.

Buena ubicación, para acceder en coche al Centro de Zaragoza aún estando en las afueras.Atención muy buena por parte del personal, resolvieron incidencia de cambio de habitación sin ningún problema. Muy limpio y cama doble estupenda de 2x2. Baño limpio amplio y de calidad.

Quartier pas terrible du tout. Accueil excellent. Style hotel impersonnel... Chambre bien, mais mal ventilée. Sdb bien, mais WC non séparé et porte sdb est en fait une jolie porte en verre mais qui ne ferme pas. Très calme, sauf quand on ouvre les petites fenêtres légèrement basculantes pour aérer. Parking ss-sol très positif mais accès et surtout sortie compliquée. Repas du soir très moyen. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel super.

Las habitaciones estaban bien equipadas y eran cómodas. El personal era muy agradable. Cogimos desayuno y lo vimos muy completo, disponía tanto de opción dulce como salada. Algo que nos encantó es que pedimos leche de avena (Ya que somos intolerantes a la lactosa) y sin problemas nos sirvieron un tarrito con leche de avena calentita en la mesa para que pudiéramos servirnos los cafés. La experiencia general ha sido muy buena.

We had a brief stopover at this nice hotel. Excellent service at check in and good service in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite which was large, very clean but a bit soulless. Sadly, the bed, although large, was so hard it was like sleeping on a bench.

Quartier pas terrible du tout. Accueil excellent. Style hotel impersonnel... Chambre bien, mais mal ventilée. Sdb bien, mais WC non séparé et porte sdb est en fait une jolie porte en verre mais qui ne ferme pas. Très calme, sauf quand on ouvre les petites fenêtres légèrement basculantes pour aérer. Parking ss-sol très positif mais accès et surtout sortie compliquée. Repas du soir très moyen. Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel super.
