JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel

The hotel has fantastic amenities - pool, gym, spa etc all wonderful. Stay was ruined by the staff who are some of the rudest I’ve ever come across. Reception staff and those by the pool. Avoid this hotel!

We lived this hotel. We had a doyble bedroom suit - everything you need is it. It's a very large flat with two perfectly equiped bathrooms, one has a bathtub overlooking the city - fabulous. There is a big fridge for all the fruit you can get, big bin, lots of kitchen and wadrobe storrage. Views are wonderful. Aircon is good, although I prefer wuthout. You can hear the traffic with open patio door, o wore ear plugs at night. All the staff are super professional and polite, they will answer all your questions with a smile. Breakfast was very good, their chef prepared a vegan dish for me every morning - thank you very much! At least three types of fruit every morning, together with some salad bits and at least 2 vegan cooked options. My family enjoyed all the regular choices. The pool is fab - super ling and is open till 9pm, which is a bonus. Some tiles brike off so are a huzzard, my kids had to watch their feet. My son who is somewhat of a pizza connoisseur said the pool-side pizza is the best he ever had. They also serve fresh fruit juices and thai green coconut. All in all the hotel is an incredible value for money - we really liked it. We would deffinetely come and stay again. It woukd be nice if they coukd attend to the following: clean out mold in the bathroom, fix the pool tiles and the handle in the elivator, orherwise even though a little dated, the space and amenities and service you get for your money is outstanding. Absolutely fantastic hotel while staying in Bangkok as a family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was absolutely massive and very very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing. We had lost luggage flying into Bangkok and they were tentative to when The bags were delivered to the hotel. Breakfast offering was very nice. All area was very relaxing and beautiful setting especially being in the centre of a capital city would highly recommend and would stay again.

Spacious

Extremely dirty rooms. We changed room hoping to get a trashed one. Really worn down, unfortunately we had an even worse one than last. We left the hotel due to this. Bedsheets were stained, smelled like sweat. The curtains had something black brown splattered all over them. Looked like s..t. Walls had stains everywhere, the carpet had burn marks and clearly not vacuumed. Dust everywhere. Together with a lot of black hair in the shower this was one of the worst hotel experiences for our family ever.
