An elegant, beautiful home with outstanding outdoor seating options and a pool. On site secure parking. A delicious continental style served breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere. An unfortunate misunderstanding by the very excitable owners shortly after check-in with our paperwork and passport documents seems almost comical now. At the time we were made to feel like imposters trying to slide in on someone else’s reservation! No apology offered. The owner’s daughter and other staff more than made up for this gaff.

Lovely rooms, staff and amazing breakfast. Booked this room so my family could enjoy the pool and outdoor area prior to flying back home but were unable to due to all the mosquitoes. I had over 15 bites in 5 minutes

This place was a real find. The staff were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, the pool was a delight, our room was excellent. I don’t mean to try to overdue my review, but I don’t think I could. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a stay in this area. You might want to have a car to be able to dine out from here

Spacious room and gracious host. There was a lift inside the guest house to help bring up luggage to the upper floors. It was a perfect one night stay to relax by the pool before flying out the next morning!

What a great place. Family owned and operated. We only stayed one night but would happily stay for several days. The grounds are beautiful and private and there are several areas to walk or just chill on the grounds. The patio for breakfast was beautiful especially if you like flowers. The food was terrific and cappuccino was as good as any barista. We didn’t use the pool but it was inviting and well maintained. The walk to the square was about 4 minutes. Lots of dining choices and cafes. They also offer e-bikes which was a great touch. We would return.

It was a very nice artistic home with lots of nice space and a very beautiful garden. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect . The owner’s daughter was a very kind caring lady. We will surely go back when another chance arises.

The so called luxury suite didn't have a shower and the ceiling over tub was just 4'. You cant stand and take shower with hand shower. The whole suite was squeezed in an attic area with very low ceiling. Sheets and bed quite ordinary and not looking fresh and clean. Some of the lights didn't work and was not kept in good condition. Nearest transit was a bus and not metro and that was good 15 min walk but hotel staff said just 5 mins walk. It was good 1 hour and 40 mins to get to city center and attractions from the hotel.

We needed a place to stay overnight that was not far from the airport and close to the autostrada, as we were heading to the Amalfi Coast the next morning, and this spot was absolutely perfect for that. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully styled. The view from the property was stunning and made our short stay feel extra special. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared — a great way to start the day. Service was warm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt smooth and relaxed. It’s peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated after a day of travel. We already can’t wait to come back!

We just stayed one night before an early flight out of FCO. The property and owners were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The suite was large, clean, and beautiful. Small refrigeratory, tub/shower, sitting area, and separate bedroom. The grounds were beautiful as well. Very nice balcony for watching the sunset. Pool looked lovely, but was, unfortunately, was closed for our stay.

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting outside in the wonderful garden and on the balcony terrace. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.We enjoyed a nice evening walk to a nearby Italian restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and it was served to our table outside in the garden. If you can’t walk upstairs this isn’t the place for you, but if stairs aren’t a problem it’s perfect and we highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful!! This place amazed us! We stopped in Rome from Florence for our final night before our flight back to the states and didn’t want to go into Rome’s city center. Our room was enormous with a separate living room. It was an easy walk to some fantastic restaurants too. It was the perfect place to enjoy our last day. I wish we could have stayed here another day just to relax by their pool.

I truly felt like this is how the other half live! When our taxi driver dropped us off, he said that the neighborhood was the Beverly Hills of Rome! The house was beautiful and very well kept. The staff were wonderful, and breakfast in the garden was absolutely perfect! All of the amenities that you expect in a good hotel, with much more privacy. There is a shopping plaza and restaurants within walking distance, but it’s not handy to the train or downtown. Ideal if you have a car, or don’t mind taxis. I hope that I will get to stay there again!

We enjoyed the stay at this guest house. Our suite was nice and confortable. Breakfast was great and it was the perfect location to rest after a long day. We had a car so commute was not bad and the staff was very friendly.

The so called luxury suite didn't have a shower and the ceiling over tub was just 4'. You cant stand and take shower with hand shower. The whole suite was squeezed in an attic area with very low ceiling. Sheets and bed quite ordinary and not looking fresh and clean. Some of the lights didn't work and was not kept in good condition. Nearest transit was a bus and not metro and that was good 15 min walk but hotel staff said just 5 mins walk. It was good 1 hour and 40 mins to get to city center and attractions from the hotel.

Wow what an estate. It takes you back to a time in the 30s. The art the library the furniture and estate grounds were wonderful. We found an amazing restaurant and had a wonderful evening on out last night in Italy. Close enough to the airport and yet near the ocean.

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. We loved sitting outside in the wonderful garden and on the balcony terrace. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.We enjoyed a nice evening walk to a nearby Italian restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and it was served to our table outside in the garden. If you can’t walk upstairs this isn’t the place for you, but if stairs aren’t a problem it’s perfect and we highly recommended!

We loved staying in this gorgeous home. It was peaceful, quiet, exquisitely decorated with an awesome collection of art and furniture pieces. The breakfast is a feast for royalty with gracious service. We ended up staying for an additional night. Convenient to the airport for a stay abutting travel, but also a fantastic place to explore Ostia and the exterior of Roma. 10 out of 10

The place was clean, nice and very cosy, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend booking this place unless you have a car. We had a wonderful time at Raffaella’s childhood home, but unfortunately, we only had a day in Rome before leaving. The house was beautiful, especially the garden! The room was ready when we arrived and was quiet and comfortable, even with other guests. Lorenzo picked us up from the airport on our first day. The next morning, we had a delicious homemade breakfast. It wasn’t buffet-style, but it was a main dish with eggs and bacon, dessert, coffee, and juice. The dessert was delicious, and the cafe was great too! Raffaella communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful home in a quiet, nice, and clean neighborhood. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the center of Rome. If you prefer a quieter, more luxurious experience, this is the place for you. If you prefer the chaos of the center of Rome, you can stay there or split your stay. There is parking on site if you rent a car. There is a small plaza walking distance from the home for restaurant dining. We also met Raffaella’s mom and dad, who were both lovely people. The rest of the staff was very polite and pleasant as well.
