there is a small gate that offers shortcut to pratunam area but it's open BTW 7am-7pm. after 7pm, u have to walk a long way back to the hotel. the hotel is OK, needs to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the lift. abit old and not sound proof at all. anyway, it was livable and convenient

It is the location as other reviews stated. The building and rooms itself are outdated like most hotels. The staff are all helpful and very friendly. The room is clean. If there is something in the room especially the shower head or sink not working properly you can let the front desk know so they can help address it. It is in the heart of Pratu Nam right behind the huge Biyoke hotel and the local vendors mostly clothing shops and some street food vendors. It i ls couple blocks to the airport link BTS. It's about 30 minutes walk to Central World and Big C. 20 minutes walk to Platinum Mall and palladium mall before the big intersection. I stayed there three times already. They have a good massage place next door.

We had a pleasant 5N stay with family at KC Place Hotel Pratunam. The location is good; it is near the malls in Pratunam, where the shopping district is, but it is on a quiet interior road. Although you can hear the train come in, it is not that loud. The staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The cafe served good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at affordable prices. Cleanliness was topnotch, the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, hot and cold shower. The room size was also adequate for 3 people with medium size bags. The only downside was that the walls were so thin we could hear other guests opening doors, walking the corridors, laughing in the next room; and In Tower 1, the lift is located on the mezzanine; you actually had to climb 1 flight of stairs to access it, which we wanted to avoid since we were traveling with our 75-year-old mother. There is a massage place downstairs, which is very convenient to get before bedtime. It was overall a very convenient and pleasant stay.

Overall is ok, there are only few minor concerns like water accummulating at the water closet side when having shower, room locations not so ideal for seniors as it is walk up but it was stated from the start and kids is considered in headcount in per person per room. But the staff tries their very best to provide comfort and best of service. Location is good. Will recommend for able bodied adults as it suits the price not for seniors or issues with mobility

Easy access from the airport rail link station. But not facing the busy main street, it was relatively quiet. The guest room we stayed was small, but it was very neat and clean. The staff was so nice.

A little expensive for what you get IMO. there were 5 mosquitos in the room that I had to kill on the first and 2nd night. definitely not an ideal situation. Overall an okay stay.

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage, direkt beim Pratunam Market. Es hat eine super Verbindung zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, aber ich hatte im Badezimmer und vereinzelt im Zimmer sowas wie Fruchtfliegen. :(

Location perfect, just 2min from Rachapraprop railway station. Hotel itself is clean but outdated. Room basic, low sealing made it feel a bit uncomfortable.. ac is old and noisy, could not keep it on during the night. Breakfast ok, nothing so special (you order from the menu). Friendly staff. Overall good stay for 2 nights.

サムイ島に行く前にバンコクでプラトゥーナム市場は行きたくて選びました。少し古いですが価格は安く必要な物が揃っていた点は良かったです。賑やかな場所柄か夜中の廊下の声が筒抜けな事と線路が近いため騒音が気になりました。

No safe in room. Note on door says safe avairable 24 hours. Front desk says no, only accessible 7am-9pm. I book lower rated hotels to limit staff interference, but they insisted i needed someone to take my bags to my room. No. I. Do. Not. Attitude of front desk suck - hand out 'passport' not looking at me on arrival. I get foriegners are scary, just show some basic respect. Not sure how they found so many who wont smile - did not feel like the welcoming Thailand I have experienced over the years.

The website pictures may be very dated. The condition was not as nice and felt very old and not well kept. We paid in full before arrival, and then they requested a cash deposit when we arrived. Lucky we exchanged money ahead of time. The attached restaurant was average and service was less than average. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The towels were very old and seemed like a towel used to wash a car, not for use in a hotel. Shower and bathroom were okay for 1 person only. 1 day, the staff didn't have room cleaned by 2 pm after us being away for 7 hours, then we had to leave the room again for an hour to get fresh sheets and more old towels. The refrigerator was good and super cold. The television option was just about zero, so bring your laptop if you want to watch any programming. They did have a cute French Bulldog as a staff member. So, well below average experience for the price.
The website pictures may be very dated. The condition was not as nice and felt very old and not well kept. We paid in full before arrival, and then they requested a cash deposit when we arrived. Lucky we exchanged money ahead of time. The attached restaurant was average and service was less than average. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The towels were very old and seemed like a towel used to wash a car, not for use in a hotel. Shower and bathroom were okay for 1 person only. 1 day, the staff didn't have room cleaned by 2 pm after us being away for 7 hours, then we had to leave the room again for an hour to get fresh sheets and more old towels. The refrigerator was good and super cold. The television option was just about zero, so bring your laptop if you want to watch any programming. They did have a cute French Bulldog as a staff member. So, well below average experience for the price.

Great hotel. Great staff. Very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent room with nice balcony and view. Perfect location within easy walk to Boyoike and Main Central, huge Big C. The front desk staff here was great and nice. The rooms were clean and refreshing. The food was super delicious in the restaurant, I think the Chef is well trained. Highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located close to a market and within easy access of MBK Center, which was the pick-up and drop-off point for the tours I joined. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The beds were quite firm, which may not suit everyone.

there is a small gate that offers shortcut to pratunam area but it's open BTW 7am-7pm. after 7pm, u have to walk a long way back to the hotel. the hotel is OK, needs to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the lift. abit old and not sound proof at all. anyway, it was livable and convenient

It is the location as other reviews stated. The building and rooms itself are outdated like most hotels. The staff are all helpful and very friendly. The room is clean. If there is something in the room especially the shower head or sink not working properly you can let the front desk know so they can help address it. It is in the heart of Pratu Nam right behind the huge Biyoke hotel and the local vendors mostly clothing shops and some street food vendors. It i ls couple blocks to the airport link BTS. It's about 30 minutes walk to Central World and Big C. 20 minutes walk to Platinum Mall and palladium mall before the big intersection. I stayed there three times already. They have a good massage place next door.

We had a pleasant 5N stay with family at KC Place Hotel Pratunam. The location is good; it is near the malls in Pratunam, where the shopping district is, but it is on a quiet interior road. Although you can hear the train come in, it is not that loud. The staff were all friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The cafe served good breakfast, lunch, and dinner at affordable prices. Cleanliness was topnotch, the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer, hot and cold shower. The room size was also adequate for 3 people with medium size bags. The only downside was that the walls were so thin we could hear other guests opening doors, walking the corridors, laughing in the next room; and In Tower 1, the lift is located on the mezzanine; you actually had to climb 1 flight of stairs to access it, which we wanted to avoid since we were traveling with our 75-year-old mother. There is a massage place downstairs, which is very convenient to get before bedtime. It was overall a very convenient and pleasant stay.

Couldn't have picked a better place. Pratunam was a great choice. Friendly Staff, tipping the hosts taking care of your luggage is appreciated. The place is tucked away in a dead end. Felt safe at night even when it looked sketch. Walked to night markets, Platinum Fashion Mall, centralwOrld, and MBK Center in a day without issues. Like Vegas, but waaay better.

今回も２泊利用。エアポートレイルの駅からすぐ近くなのが便利。これまでは連泊だと洗濯にちょっと苦労しましたが、大通りをはさんだ反対がわにあるセブンイレブンの路地を入ったところに２４時間のコインランドリーが新しくできていたのでさらに便利になってました。

Location perfect, just 2min from Rachapraprop railway station. Hotel itself is clean but outdated. Room basic, low sealing made it feel a bit uncomfortable.. ac is old and noisy, could not keep it on during the night. Breakfast ok, nothing so special (you order from the menu). Friendly staff. Overall good stay for 2 nights.

It was too hot in the room and the position of AC is that is blowing into you when you are in bed. Shower didn't had hot water. Breakfast I only ate once because of the early flight. It was ok but they had only 5 or 6 different choices on the menu.
