Sorry, I love accor and Mercure, but this was not worth the name. We made a reservation for 2 previliged room only 1 was. We had dinner included. But the quality well , we better would have gone to the MacDonalds. The room to simply said even the breakfast reservation paper was still the filled in version. The bed was worse than from our camping on holiday. Also don't believe that there is airconditioning that is locked to their desire. No this hotel caches your money but doesn't care for his customers. Bathroom filthy and the furniture in the room should be fixed. And nice of them to give the view of the most ugly building ever . It hurts me so much as fan from accor to see this happening. And breakfast, well you know what we place all eggs at 7 already up on breakfast, we don't offer real local things and Nutella we also will not offer. O orange juice is empty? You can wait 10 min. And l left with a feeling of saddnes

OK but rooms very hot and next to very busy road. Gym was very poor with very old equipment and only a few items. Restaurant was ok but nothing special. Reception and restaurant staff friendly. Not sure why I could have gluten free bread at breakfast but not at dinner one of few hotels you put an ironing board in my room when requested when I booked.
