It was nice and quiet. The rooms were clean. It was close to town and had free parking. But the rooms don't have airco and there is no fridge.

Bon, le parking est bien et l'hotel est bien situé. Par contre, l'état des chambres est médiocre: ca sent mauvais dans la chambre et le rideau du velux ne ferme pas (tient pas). Brrrr, à rénover.

Nous étions cinq personnes la réservation le préciser bien et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux chambres doubles donc ne pas savoir où faire loger la 5e personne une chambre nous a été proposée en plus gratuitement certes mais les chambres du coup n'étaient plus adjacentes. La réceptionniste a fait de son mieux mais la personne qui a géré la réservation a fait n'importe quoi. Le ménage laissait vraiment à désirer, il y avait des poils et cheveux dans les draps du lit, la salle de bain était sale, papier toilette par terre...

All the members of staff I met were helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was not open on Sunday evening although the online information suggested it was. As I had driven for some hours and crossed the channel from UK that day, it was not a good way to begin my stay. I was tired and hungry. Luckily one member of staff was kind enough to make me something to eat. The rooms were tired and in need of some tlc. The approach to the hotel was awful, the road pitted and uneven. Shame, I usually find the standard in Ibis hotels pretty good for an overnight stay when travelling. Needless to say it is unlikely I will use the one in Senlis again.

Horrible wc presque pas d’eau qui coule. Chambre bien literie aussi. On est rester 3jours le lit a ete refait mais pas de nettoyage . La restauration inexistante. On nous as proposer un menu le dimanche juste poisson assiette legere maisprix exagérer, et lenpersonnrl nous poussait presque dehors . A 4 on as payé 130 euro pas d’entrée ni cafe. Je ne reviendrais pas

Rooms are no way near as nice as photos suggest. They are basic and to an ok standard for the money. Actually quite dated for Ibis. Biggest let down was AC did not work well at all as the control panel was locked even though it was the middle of August! Probably would not stay again.

The room and breakfast was adequate for our one night stay. However, the room was very cold and not possible to adjust the temperature due to centralized control at the hotel. Also, no hand towels or wash cloths, only one bath towel per person.

J’aurais apprécié avoir un plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire et du thé et un petit biscuit au bonbon de bienvenue.Il est également regrettable que le personnel soit quasiment impossible à joindre au téléphone pour avoir des renseignements car c’est tout le temps occupé. Enfin comme il y a deux ibis l’un.en face de l’autre on ne sait pas précisément dans lequel on a réservé sa chambre.

Une arrivée à l’hôtel un samedi soir à 21h15 et nous souhaitions nous restaurer. Ce n’était pas possible car la cuisine était fermée pour cause de sous effectif et il était trop tard. Je ne trouve pas cela normal lorsqu’on affiche une fermeture de restaurant à 22h30. Petit déjeuner, buffet en piètre état et pas de personnel ou peu présent. Départ sans personne à la réception. Bravo le service client. Pour le reste RAS

Bon, le parking est bien et l'hotel est bien situé. Par contre, l'état des chambres est médiocre: ca sent mauvais dans la chambre et le rideau du velux ne ferme pas (tient pas). Brrrr, à rénover.

All the members of staff I met were helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was not open on Sunday evening although the online information suggested it was. As I had driven for some hours and crossed the channel from UK that day, it was not a good way to begin my stay. I was tired and hungry. Luckily one member of staff was kind enough to make me something to eat. The rooms were tired and in need of some tlc. The approach to the hotel was awful, the road pitted and uneven. Shame, I usually find the standard in Ibis hotels pretty good for an overnight stay when travelling. Needless to say it is unlikely I will use the one in Senlis again.

The room and breakfast was adequate for our one night stay. However, the room was very cold and not possible to adjust the temperature due to centralized control at the hotel. Also, no hand towels or wash cloths, only one bath towel per person.

Une arrivée à l’hôtel un samedi soir à 21h15 et nous souhaitions nous restaurer. Ce n’était pas possible car la cuisine était fermée pour cause de sous effectif et il était trop tard. Je ne trouve pas cela normal lorsqu’on affiche une fermeture de restaurant à 22h30. Petit déjeuner, buffet en piètre état et pas de personnel ou peu présent. Départ sans personne à la réception. Bravo le service client. Pour le reste RAS

Horrible wc presque pas d’eau qui coule. Chambre bien literie aussi. On est rester 3jours le lit a ete refait mais pas de nettoyage . La restauration inexistante. On nous as proposer un menu le dimanche juste poisson assiette legere maisprix exagérer, et lenpersonnrl nous poussait presque dehors . A 4 on as payé 130 euro pas d’entrée ni cafe. Je ne reviendrais pas

Wir waren am Freitag vor Pfingsten zum wiederholten Mal in diesem Hotel und auch wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant war im Verhältnis Preis/Leistung auch O.K. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass die in Frankreich üblichen Zusatzleistungen wie Wasser und Brot zum Salat nur auf Nachfrage hin geliefert werden.

Basic at best. Location is on the outskirts of town in a petrol station. Bit of a walk (15min) into the town. Breakfast was really poor. There was no lighting as overhead lights had failed. (I did see people working on them the previous night, but obviously did not fix them). We had cycled from London to Paris. No bike storage, but staff said we could keep them stored in a conference room downstairs.

Rooms are no way near as nice as photos suggest. They are basic and to an ok standard for the money. Actually quite dated for Ibis. Biggest let down was AC did not work well at all as the control panel was locked even though it was the middle of August! Probably would not stay again.
