The Balcony with beautiful sea view. Anti slip mat in the bath. Grab rail attached to the wall for elderly clients.

Spacious and well presented. Brilliant location and view from the balcony is a good as it gets. Balcony Glass could do with a clean.

This is our second stay at 316 and as with my first review this is just about one of the best apartments in DuQuesa. Since our last stay all of the tiny niggles have been sorted so 10/10 for the agents DuQuesa Estates and the owner. Which brings be onto the agents - what a team. They were brilliant, Very responsive and a great team to be served by. Paul, Luna and Karen - thank you for fixing the problem I caused by arriving a day too early. Let me think about that.... no you're all a 10/10
