We used this hotel as a stopover for our drive to Ohio. Check in was amazing and quick. The room was clean. Beds are comfortable. Some things are a bit dated and the handles to the bathtub were broken but overall a great stay. We were a little disappointed that the pools temperature was very very cold. The room was cold as well as the water.

Needed a quiet place to rest for a long drive. I was very happy with my stay. Pool looks very clean although i didnt use it, gym was very clean, staff was helpful. At breakfast coffee was very good. Booked a king bed, room was very spacious and clean. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I'll start with we were issued a refund, that we did not ask for. But, when we checked in there were several dirty washcloths and hairs in the tub. The rest of the room was fine. We brought the used and wadded up cloths to the front desk and Tara, staff person on duty, was going to call mgmt. When we got back from dinner, the room was not cleaned and we could not get moved. Tara, said she couldn't have it cleaned because our things were in there. What happens when you stay more than 1 night? It gets cleaned then. It was disgusting. She said housekeeping would deal with it in the morning. I cleaned the shower. We use Hampton for the consistent, quiet, clean room. Not this time. The morning team did refund our monies, but we would never stay there again. Even the manager said it was disgusting and we should have been moved to a different room. While it was nice that they refunded our monies, it didn't make up for a poorly cleaned room and an indifferent staff person at night.

Check in person couldn’t care less about getting up and I had to ask where the room was. Room was just barely clean. Bathroom was not clean. And this was a suite. Been staying there for years traveling through the area. This was the best hotel in the area for a long time. Not any more.

Front desk staff were truly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfy. Walls are thin though and could loudly hear my the people to the left and right of my room. Downside is the surrounding area as there are not many options to eat.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had mistakenly booked the wrong night and would have had to pay full price because of the late cancellation fee. The manager, Eugene Eccley, was so kind and understanding. He allowed me to receive a full refund and I was so grateful!

Friendly welcome by Shaun when we arrived complete with warm cookies. The place is newly renovated. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning exceeded expectation- nice variety to choose from. Would highly recommend & would definitely stay again

Your staff is wonderful, breakfast was really good. Even though, they were re modeling, you would never know it. Denise and Sean took care of us, and when our room air was not working properly, they moved us immediately. The new rooms look beautiful.

Billy at the front desk was on the tail end of a 16hr shift and heat was polite, happy, and prompt! The hotel is clean and nicely kept. Dining in the area is very limited but do try the brown hil tavern/restaurant, friendly staff and very good and fresh food.

The hotel was great. They were in the middle of renovations, but there were no problems for us. There are not many choices for eating in the area and the restaurant we ended up at wasn’t great. But, it was probably the best of the 2 or 3 we found nearby.

The hot tub was closed, the pool was dirty and the water was cloudy, so we didn’t step foot in it. There was 3 of us taking showers in the morning and we ran out of hot water by the 3rd person. The free breakfast was terrible. The staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
