Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Virgin Zion National Park

Place was very nice, clean and nice pool and jacuzzi. Tv service was out but burger than that great place to stay!

Comfy beds and pillows, friendly staff, Keurig in room, laundry facilities ($2 in coins which the front desk can give you or a few machines will take a laundry app), plenty of parking for vehicles of all sizes, and quiet. My husband and I checked out the pool and hot tub and that was much needed after hiking. Most of all we loved the views. We got to choose whether we drove into Springdale or La Verkin to eat. We would stay here again.

Conveniently placed on the way to Zion NP and reasonably priced as compared to the hotels in Springdale. The pool and hot tub are also nice.

Stay at a lot of Marriott properties and this one is not well taken care of. 3 out of 4 dryers did not work and checkin staff seemed new and not knowledgeable.

The pool was beautiful and very clean. The entire place was very well kept. Staff was friendly. It was a short drive to Springdale to catch the shuttle or into the Zion National park to the get to the visitor center. They had a small selection of snacks and foods to purchase which was nice when going out for dinner was not planned. Most restaurants are in Springdale with a handful the opposite way towards Hurricane

The pool and jacuzzi at this property is perfect after a long hot day hiking! The beds are comfortable and rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is great. 10/10 would stay again

My family and I had a great stay on this property. Very clean, breakfast was great, and the laundry facilities were nice and helpful. The view from the gym is amazing! I was sad to check out and will definitely recommend to others traveling to Zion.

This property was immaculate at all times. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The free breakfast was great and fresh throughout the service hours. Absolutely no complaints at all. This place was absolutely amazing for the price. I highly, highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for our trip to Zion. Location is decent the only problem we had was the fact that there were hairs in our bed and when we asked to be moved the next room also had hairs on the sheets so we ultimately decided to just remove the sheets. Aside from that the stay wasn’t bad.

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been to!!! Coming from Vegas, where the hotel rooms are run down & disgusting! I was highly impressed with how new & clean everything was. My standards are definitely higher now that I’ve stayed here. I hope it stays clean like this forever. Loved the bed & the pillows they were soooo comfy. The air conditioning was amazing & super cold. The only downside for me was the tv shows selections. Nothing to watch when you just want to lay down & watch tv. Pool was beautiful. Wish they had 2 hot tubs for the amount of space there is. Parking lot is free & also really big, plenty of parking spaces. Perfect location, right in between Springdale & Hurricane/St. George distance. Really happy with my stay! Definitely coming back. Keep up the cleanliness!!

Very nice and clean property

After a two week long road trip to visit the Mighty 5 and the Grand Canyon, this was the nicest, cleanest hotel we stayed in; and also the least expensive. That’s to say that you’re getting more bang for your buck at this hotel than many of the others available at the large Utah parks. The king sized bed suite with pull out couch worked perfectly for my family of 4. There were two TVs which was nice to be able to watch what we liked in our areas. The bathroom was large and so was the shower.

Room was not vacuumed our entire stay of three nights. We read numerous reviews about great breakfast, but the cartoned milk and yogurts were sour, eggs were seemingly powdered--this did not change the 3 days we were there unfortunately. On a good note, the staff were quite friendly and they quickly let us know that the community's power outage was fixed in a timely manner. Very good location with its proximity to Zion National Park and the views surrounding the property were lovely.

We stayed 5 days. They asked me when I checked in if I wanted the room serviced everyday or every other. I requested daily service, but they never came. On day 3 I complained and requested the trash at least be taken out.The front desk man was rude and said I'd have to request service in advance. I reminded him they were supposed to service daily and that if he didn't at least tak out my trash I'd bring it to the front desk myself. He finally agreed to have the trash taken out. The room was never serviced the whole week. The room looked clean on arrival, but we found several dead cockroaches in the corners. We chose this hotel because of the cool splash pad, but on our last day it was turned off due to "wind". It was windy earlier in the day, but they still didn't turn it back on even after the weather passed. When we checked in, they assigned us an occupied room and the resident rightfully freaked out when we came in unannounced. Makes me question the security of the hotel if they give just anyone the key to your room. The breakfast was good and the luggage carts were nice. They only have 2 parking spaces by the front entrance, and all the rest are far away. The elevator by our room was broken, but the one by the front desk still worked. We were assigned a handicap room instead of the room we requested that was occupied. It was fine, but had a shower literally no bigger then a phone booth. No exaggeration. Despite the problems we encountered I may consider staying here again

Newer. hotel. Rooms are wonderful. Very clean, spacious, bright, comfortable. Linens fresh rooms cleaned daily. The breakfast is terrific! I highly recommend this hotel!

Noisy neighbors had the TV on very late & walls are paper thin!

I don’t need to be a part of this rewards program to watch tv. How about giving us a room where the tv worked? I also observed the front desk worker engaging in a conflict with another guest. Staff at the desk was very unprofessional.

Clean room, walls a a little thin. TV next door was on all night and kept me awake. No coffee at breakfast. We had to wait for 10 cup coffee pot to brew, of course it was gone quickly. Eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Needs improvement.

Great stay for 2 nights. The property is beautifully landscaped with mountain views. It's about a 13 minute drive into town where you can pick up the shuttle busses to the patrk. The rooms were very clean and updated. We were surprised though that we could hear voices in the rooms beside us. The breakfast was a little crazy and not the greatest selection. The staff was very helpful at check in. We would stay here again if passing through.

The room was lovely. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean. We loved the outdoor pool! Unfortunately, the guests above us were extremely loud, turning on a bath or hot tub late at night and we could hear the phone of the neighbors next to us. While this was not the fault of the hotel, both situations prevented us from getting a good night’s sleep. ,

Fairly new property, pleasant room, breakfast was convenient. This hotel is clean and modern and parking is plentiful. The shower in the room was odd, the shower head is all wrong and sprays across to the back of the shower rather than down on you. The lack of electrical outlets by the bed is more than annoying. I’m sure someone thought it would be more aesthetic to have all the cords for lights and clock being fed into some enclosed panel behind the bed, but there is no place to plug in a laptop or charger or in my case, a CPAP machine!

Everything felt brand new. Very good restaurant, Balcony One, was just a few miles away. Only disappointment was the mini fridge in the room. Smaller than majority of hotel room refrigerators and no freezer compartment.

The place is beautiful. The front desk person was not so friendly. Also TV remote did not work we asked for a replacement which they handed to us & it still not work. They were sorry , but nothing they could do.

Staff was great. Good info on the park visit. Room, facilities, and breakfast were all very nice. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about getting around Zion, along with other events happening in the area. I drove in and ended up getting there way before check-in and they were very accommodating on such short notice. All of my interactions with the staff were great. The hotel seems new. Everything was spacious and clean, just like you’d expect from a Marriott property. And, so reasonably priced for the area. Definitely exceeded what I thought it would be. It says it’s 20 min from the park, but the views on the drive make it completely worth it, you don’t even realize the time has passed. It’s nice to also get outside of the heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic once you’re outside of the park. Bonus, you get a perfectly unobstructed view of the sunset while sitting in the hot tub.

The breakfast is complete crap. The selection would actually be quite nice, but the quality is just so bad, there’s nothing enjoyable about it. There’s not a single fresh item in that breakfast buffet. It’s just like airplane food. The staff at reception was ok, but not very nice.

Great location about 15 minutes from the town of Springdale, making it easy to pop in and out to grab food or to Zion NP for hikes. Very clean, very modern and comfortable. Decent breakfast but nothing special.

Beautiful property. Very close to Zion without the high price tag. This was my 2nd time staying here.

A perfect place to stay for visiting Zion. You are out of the crowded Springdale area and just a very short drive in the morning to the visitor center. Good dining options are nearby in Laverkin and Hurricaine.

Absolutely loved our family stay here. It’s 15 minutes away from Zion NP. Beautifully located away from the business of everything. Surrounding quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to come back! Breakfast was also a big plus!!

Very nice hotel. Short drive to Zion. There is not a lot around the hotel, but it was nice to get away from the crowds around Zion. Other reviews mentioned the friendly staff and I couldn’t agree more with that statement.

Great stay and breakfast service was great! The staff kept making sure everything was clean and filled for people to continue eating. Overall stay was great and and less than 20 mins from Zion National Park.

The location was beautiful and the staff was great. They just need to do something to manage the flow of people for the breakfast, that was terrible.

Wish there were more hot breakfast selections. Every day it was sausages. Wish there was bacon.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the room clean. The breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were powdered and tasteless but the sign said free range eggs.
