I am handicapped and was unable to stay there as there was no room where I could get in the bed or use the bath. We had to go on to another hotel. The manager was very helpful and nice in finding me a place which did have facilities I could use. She is exceptional. For handicapped people you need low beds that can be gotten into and a roll in shower. I am old and use a walker. I cannot get into a high bed as my right hip is full of metal and I cannot get up there. There are a lot of handicapped people out there and we need to be able to find a place where we can get into the bed and roll into the shower. Normal people can use our facilities but handicapped people cannot

There was only one elevator, I requested a king room (my king room was confirmed on my reservation) but it wasn't available, the elevator was small, the carpet smelled musty and the handle to operate the shower/bath was broken. I needed more towels so the clerk had to take some from another guest room to bring to me. All of the towels were dingy.

Definitely needs updating, carpet looks nasty and the bed was absolutely horrible.. i could barely sleep due to how firm the bed was, outside of that the ac was cold and the room was quiet.. Definitely wouldn't stay there again..

The hotel is very unkept. Upon arriving we were given a room on the second floor. The smell of the hotel was the first thing I noticed upon entering. We took the elevator to the 2nd floor where the hallway was humid and hot. The carpet was also very dirty. The carpet in our room was almost sticky from dirt. The shower floor was stained orange and the shower rod was broke. The shower curtain also had slits so when we showered, water exited the shower. The hotel only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths so we had to use one of the towels for all the water on the floor. My husband and I ended having to share the only towel left. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work well and left it dark. Our window in the room was cloudy and difficult to see out of. The breakfast provided is not a continental style. It’s offered in a bag and includes a danish and a juice box.

Staff was nice and friendly. I arrived very late to the property so I didn’t want to cause a big deal. There was lots of bugs on the furniture, I didn’t see anything when I went to sleep but when I woke up the same bugs were on the bed. The room smell weird as well.

1st room given the toilet was yukie, no towels. 2nd room a little better, no iron, phone didn't work, the TV had lines going thru it color bouncing in and out had it replaced, someone wasted something on wall behind the nightstand it was also dirty behind it. The bathroom floor had long hair on floor and tub, no breakfast have to go next door to restaurant in convenience store. However the employees were nice and the bed was nice for sleeping, pillows sucked flat no firmness.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The clerk that checked me in had to reactivate my key card and was more than happy to do so. My room had a musty. There were stains on the bedding. When the clerk was made aware of it, she was more than happy and apologetic. She provided me with fresh bedding. The bathtub had a dingy bath mat in it and hair in it as well. When asked, the clerk provided the option for an alternate room. I took that room. It was better. I asked about an iron and housekeeping gladly provided it to me. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

We are traveling for my husband's work, so we will be here for a month or two. So far, everything is great! The beds are extremely comfortable, the whole staff is great! So friendly and they talk to you like you have been friends forever. Housekeeping is awesome. If you need anything, they are right there to help you. I highly recommend!

Nice and clean. Nice staff. Only complaint is the bag breakfast. There was set up for breakfast service so don't know why just bagged breakfast. Loud people staying there that day and night. One point we heard banging on a door repeatedly down the hall. So frequently we thought is someone working on something with a hammer. One guest could be heard talking loud in the hallway, like hollering down it at someone else during the evening and thr morning. We called front desk to ask about the thumping noises coming from above us and they said they would check on it. Now its only like 9pm but it was ridiculously loud. It stopped for a little bit then it turned into stomping around back and forth. It finally quit during the night but started right back up in the morning. The towels are quit small and the sheets to the mattress. But comfortable bed.

They stay was cool for the weekend. Not too far from town and Sammy’s down the street. The Mat on the floor of the tub is slippery and I didn’t get a chance to have a cover on my 2nd bed with no service at the desk.

My sister in law stayed Friday night and contacted me to not come in Saturday as they visibly saw roaches and sheets were dirty. I attempted to get a refund but was told I could not.

Staff was really nice. Toilet in room was not mounted good. Bed was hard and sheets don’t fit the mattress. But would stay there again.

They stay was cool for the weekend. Not too far from town and Sammy’s down the street. The Mat on the floor of the tub is slippery and I didn’t get a chance to have a cover on my 2nd bed with no service at the desk.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The clerk that checked me in had to reactivate my key card and was more than happy to do so. My room had a musty. There were stains on the bedding. When the clerk was made aware of it, she was more than happy and apologetic. She provided me with fresh bedding. The bathtub had a dingy bath mat in it and hair in it as well. When asked, the clerk provided the option for an alternate room. I took that room. It was better. I asked about an iron and housekeeping gladly provided it to me. The check in and check out processes were seamless.

Desk personnel: efficient, friendly. Housekeeping: clean and neat. It's an older motel. Carpet is stained throughout. Çarpet teeth were bare at the bathroom threshold. Ouch! Nice and clean. Nice staff. Only complaint is the bag breakfast. There was set up for breakfast service so don't know why just bagged breakfast. Loud people staying there that day and night. One point we heard banging on a door repeatedly down the hall. So frequently we thought is someone working on something with a hammer. One guest could be heard talking loud in the hallway, like hollering down it at someone else during the evening and thr morning. We called front desk to ask about the thumping noises coming from above us and they said they would check on it. Now its only like 9pm but it was ridiculously loud. It stopped for a little bit then it turned into stomping around back and forth. It finally quit during the night but started right back up in the morning. The towels are quit small and the sheets to the mattress. But comfortable bed.

The hotel is very unkept. Upon arriving we were given a room on the second floor. The smell of the hotel was the first thing I noticed upon entering. We took the elevator to the 2nd floor where the hallway was humid and hot. The carpet was also very dirty. The carpet in our room was almost sticky from dirt. The shower floor was stained orange and the shower rod was broke. The shower curtain also had slits so when we showered, water exited the shower. The hotel only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths so we had to use one of the towels for all the water on the floor. My husband and I ended having to share the only towel left. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work well and left it dark. Our window in the room was cloudy and difficult to see out of. The breakfast provided is not a continental style. It’s offered in a bag and includes a danish and a juice box.

Unless you are required to stay in or near Bunkie, Louisiana, avoid this place. Maintenance is needed everywhere: broken electrical cord on hair dryer, missing smoke detectors, damaged furnishings, supper sketch elevator, sections of missing carpet and to top it off: a hint of cat urine in our room! Disgusting! No breakfast! No room refreshing for a four night stay! This place should be closed by officials!

1st room given the toilet was yukie, no towels. 2nd room a little better, no iron, phone didn't work, the TV had lines going thru it color bouncing in and out had it replaced, someone wasted something on wall behind the nightstand it was also dirty behind it. The bathroom floor had long hair on floor and tub, no breakfast have to go next door to restaurant in convenience store. However the employees were nice and the bed was nice for sleeping, pillows sucked flat no firmness.

They are remodeling but the first floor is good. I've stayed several times, this is my go to place when working. The bed is super comfortable, clean bathroom. This is a quite place to stay. I highly recommend this for the comfort and and price.
