Great location off the highway with plenty of free parking.

This place was absolutely, hands down, the best place I have ever stayed for the money. Yes, I have stayed in more upscale places, but paid WAY more. We actually stayed here for 2-1/2 weeks, which wasn’t necessarily our original plan, but we were so happy with the place and the price, we thought “why would we move”? So …. SUPER clean, really nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows and bed linens. Pool area was nice, but the one thing I wasn’t thrilled with is that the pool was not heated and we didn’t use it much for that reason. We sat out there and played cards with friends, which was nice, but spent very little time in the water. I can’t say enough about the high level of maintenance and cleanliness of this place. Will absolutely stay again without hesitation. The person who manages this place is a rock star! Heat the pool and the place is a 10! I do wish all hotels would go back to the 4 cup drip coffee makers. The pods make terrible coffee and I can’t use my own. Also a separate recycle receptacle would be good. Breakfast was pretty good, several options to choose from, hot and cold. Regular sliced bread for toast would have been nice.

Great location! Alot of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was decent. Had a lot of options including a waffle maker 😊. Sausages were good & plentiful, but the eggs tasted like they were bio-engineered (fake). Staff was great! Very friendly and prompt with service . Hard workers. Good customer service. Outside pool was nice but not heated and small. Room was very average. Low water pressure for 🚿 😞. Overall an average hotel considering the cost.

The elevators have not worked for over 2 mts thats very bad. They could serve better coffee

The elevator does not work and there are 3 floors. They should tell that in there ads.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was awesome! Only downfall was parking. Not sure if work was being done or they were guest, but they had 3 work trucks with attached trailers that parked all around the building taking up 6-8 spaces each!! Left little to no where for additional guest to park although there was a lot in back for large trucks and rv's. Room was nice only the curtains would not close at all!! Blinding sunshine bright and early and could not block it out at all!!

Our first room has significant water damage, smelled moldy and had black mold on the ceiling. They were able to get another room but only after acting like they were booked. The second room was much better, but still had a very, very musty smell. The second day the key did not work in the evening and after standing out in the lobby, 15 minutes, waiting for the clerk to show up, we finally found him out in his car. He fixed the keys, but then disappeared again. The bedding was not changed like I asked it to be, but he was able to get me new sheets to put on myself. The next day, I did write a note to the housekeepers and they changed the bedding. Breakfast was subpar but at least there was waffles that the kids could eat. The washer was out of service so that was super inconvenient to have to make time to go to the laundromat. The outside doors that you were supposed to use your key card, opened without using your card and the pool was easily accessible to non-guests, both are huge safety issues!

The property is tired and in need of a good scrubbing.There was no operating elevator and luggage had to be hauled up a very dirty concrete staircase. The front desk attendant was rude and mumbled responses.

A totally fine room near the airport. Staff were excellent. Subtracting a star because the elevator was broken longer-term which was a bit inconvenient.

The lobby was nice on first impression. The room had black mold on the ceiling, the carpets need to be replaced, the air conditioner needed a deep cleaning, dead cockroach in the tub plus other little bugs crawling around.it smelled like moldy. The cabinet where the refrigerator fit into was rotten an moldy. NO BED BUGS ! So that’s a plus. Carpets in the hallway need to be replaced. So what it boils down to is the Suites need a face lift in the worst way!

Only complaint I have is my room smelled like urine so bad, I think new carpets would fix that since my new white socks are not brown on the bottom

Staff was very friendly! Location was great. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Cleanliness was not up to par carpets were gross and room had a really bad musty smell and always felt damp.

I thought the hotel was amazingly clean. Especially the dining area. Our room was damp and musty smelling. Thankfully we weren’t in the room much.

everything was excellent, EXCEPT, the room (129 ) had a bad mold smell. one night we lived with it , because the room was in a good position pool & breakfast, oh and they give no choice reward points because of it being an orbitz booking

We just stopped to get some sleep between midnight and 5:30am because we were too tired to drive two more hours to get home after arriving in Miami on our returning flight. Very friendly employee checked us in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Would stay here again if I was ever in the area in need of a room.

Mold smell coming from vent in room. Front desk not helpful. The hotel has really gone down over the past 3 years.

The only thing that bothered us was that there are no black out drapes or blinds. Bright lights shining in and feel exposed

It was fine. I’d have liked a chair to sit in other than a desk chair. Otherwise everything was pretty comfortable. I didn’t expect the Hyatt Regency. Breakfast buffet was ok too. Very convenient to I 75.

The hotel staff, grounds, and room were very nice. Had a problem with the AC, so the room was not very comfortable. Reported the problem, but did not seem to be fixed.

I choose the hotel because they offer a room with queen beds and I paid extra for that They have a room with full bed ignoring the the reserve I prepaid for it The bathroom had no exhaust fan ( removed) Water in the shower no pressure

The hotel is clean. I will say that. However, there is no water pressure in the shower and the elevators do not work.

It was located near to the interstate for easy access. The staff were friendly but the pillows were too soft .

Our AC did not work in room.. upon changing rooms we had to pay upgrade because there wete no more rooms like we had. The room we were put in smelled musty so they sprayed it and we had to stay outside for a long time because of the smell of spray . It was just an inconvenience

Check in was great, nice staff. Beds were …LOUD… every move results in a loud sound of springs which made sleep difficult. Room was clean. Breakfast had hot options which are always appreciated.

Friendly staff and nice room. Room did not have a full dark curtain, so they were nice enough to find a room that did. Accomodations include free breakfast, basic gym, pool, and 2 small lounge areas.

Front desk was friendly. The air conditioner was broke in our room and someone was smoking in the room next to us . She moved us to another room with no problem.

They have the most rude lady there Doesn’t let you eat the completely breakfast in peace She is an older lady and it’s very rude with everyone not just us

We stayed two nights with four people — two adults and two teenage daughters. At check-in, we requested a second-floor room, which was granted but immediately regretted. Near our room, a large group of teenagers was shouting, laughing loudly, and banging on doors. We didn’t enter the room and went to the front desk to request a first-floor room away from the noise. The clerk said no double-bed rooms were left; the last was taken just after us. She mentioned several baseball teams were staying for a competition and said she had talked to coaches about noise but couldn’t guarantee quiet hours. The noise continued and worsened around 10 PM with boys running, stomping, and yelling. When I asked the clerk for help, she said another team had just returned and caused the noise but refused to come hear it herself. At 11 pm, I saw adults and kids loudly arguing and running in the hallway. When I politely asked them to keep it down, a woman angrily told me to “go to bed.” I complained again to the clerk, who blamed me for choosing the second floor. She offered only a king-bed room on the first floor, but that wouldn’t fit four people. She said two rooms were possible only if we paid for the second. I asked to speak to a supervisor; she claimed to be the supervisor but said a higher one was only available the next morning. We stayed both nights but were disappointed by the lack of help and accommodations. The staff blamed us rather than fixing the situation.

It was a good location and housekeeping kept busy keeping it clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I got to the hotel and all seemed fine. Check in was a joke because they put me (handicapped) on the second floor because that’s where “all the double rooms ware” but I have difficulty navigating stairs but she wouldn’t let me use their “elevator”. She said she tried to put us in a first floor room but the computer wouldn’t let her because they wouldn’t allow for three people to stay in the room but the person in front of me was allowed to stay in a first floor room with three people. I FINALLY get to the top of the steps just to find the fire door is BROKEN and I can’t get through it. When I do make it to my room and turn down the bed there is garbage between the sheets. There was no hot water for my bath or shower the next morning. And while breakfast wasn’t great it was about the only thing that was good about this hotel. The front desk girl when told about the fire door at the top of the steps simply told her she would put in a work order for it, IT’S A FIRE HAZARD!!! This hotel from start to finish was a complete disaster.

Quiet and clean hotel that looks like has been recently remodeled. Not fancy, but good value for the money and conveniently located (about 10-12 minutes from FCGU and 5 minutes from lots of shopping and dining off Alico Rd - 1 exit South).

I've stayed here several times in the past year and I've found it to be an amazing value. It is near the airport and the highway, giving you convenient access to anywhere you want to go.

An excellent check-in and the rooms are very good. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds and lots of pillows and room. The area is off the highway, but there are lots and lots of options for travellers for meals and other services. The hotel is set back from the commercial components and appears quiet to us.

Good location, interesting decor, good breakfast, but the heating did not work in my room. Very convenient to Fort Myers Airport.

Close to airport and interstate

Easy access to the main highway. Fast food within walking distance. But the best part is that the hotel was spotless and quiet.

I was very pleased with the condition of the room. It did smell a little like cigarettes but everything was clean. The room was spacious with a couch and desk. The shower was large and everything was working properly. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, danish, waffles etc.

Our stay was 14 days. Other than the marijuana smell in the hallway, everything else was great. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and the staff was excellent.

Loved the complimentary breakfast! Really made a difference in the experience, and also the staff was so friendly!

Staff not competent and breakfast was not great. Juice and coffee machine was out of service.
