New Hotel Modern spacious rooms well equipped for family getaways near tourist attractions, hot breakfast, happy hours, the parking garage is not gated and they still charge overnight. Highly recommended

Check in was easy and front desk was friendly. Rooms were clean, comfortable and decent size. Bed was comfortable, shades good for dark room, great air conditioning.... nice and cool. Bathroom clean, shower amenties nice and full, only downside was only half glass wall which seemed a bit messy with water on the floor. Housekeeping came every other day, but you could get anything you needed if asked. Had a bar with a happy hour from 5 to 8 with drink specials avaliable and after that drinks available until 10. Bartender was nice and made great cocktails. My husband and I met some really nice people at the bar, good conversations. Breakfast was good, typical stuff. Only negative is area is small so it was crowded trying to get the food. Plenty of room to sit and eat. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend and we would stay here again. Nice job Towneplace.

Great property to have drinks by the pool after a day of shopping!

the good; staff is nice, hotel receives your packages, included breakfast, pool, gym and bar. Walking distance from 2 mayor outlet malls and restaurants. Safe area too. Big room, comfortable The bad ; they charge extra for parking (over an already expensive stay, 26$ per night) and its open parking so no security, bar has no food at all, breakfast gets boring quickly, they only semi-clean the room every 2 days.

All in all excellent hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Some wear and tear in the room for such a new hotel. Pool area is very nice but water was very cold for being heated. Great housekeeping and very helpful front desk staff. Enjoyed our stay

Loving hotel close to shops and restaurants. The room was spotless and well equipped to cater for yourself if needed. Nice pool and free breakfast was a nice touch. It was advertised the bar opened daily from 5pm, we went for a drink at 5.15 and it was shut, disappointing after a busy day out and about.

Stayed at the hotel for the Disney Magic Kingdom and Epic Universal experience with the kids. This place was very close to all of the attractions, had a great pool, and breakfast. Definitely recommend to the families with the kids.

Really amazing hotel! The hotel is located just opposite the outlet malls on international drive, and is only a really short Uber/drive to Universal and sea World. The hotel itself is the perfect combination between being relaxed and welcoming and having almost every amenity you could wish for! The staff are welcoming and so helpful. The rooms are all suited with a really well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer (a must for the Orlando heat!). The room we had was enormous with a full size dining table and chairs and 2 queen size beds and more than ample storage. The bathroom is great and like everything else, really well designed. There are ice machines on every floor and an easy to use and reasonably priced laundry. There is a pool that was quiet for the whole 2 weeks we were there with great seating and pool loungers. There is also a BBQ area that guests can use. Breakfast is included every day and has great options. The on site bar opens out onto the pool and is well stocked. So many dining options nearby, and the hotel is perfectly positioned for access to all of Orlando’s attractions! Really, really amazing stay here!

Great location, just across from Premium Outlet Mall, safe to walk to. Several restaurants walkable from hotel. Hotel was very new, clean and in nice condition. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, cereals, waffles etc Pool was heated, and kept clean. Only downside was the intrusive music around the pool area. It could be an oasis of calm …….. if it wasn’t for the music.

We arrived from Miami with a 1 year old and 10 year old. Exhausted and wanting to eat UNOs and sleep. The beds were disgusting with hair and stains. We have videos and photos. So I simply called and asked for everything new. I was willing to change everything myself which I started too change everything and put my daughter to sleep. Well the cherry on top was the new sheets brought by staff in a plastic bag had white milk or something crusty. While I was changing the sheets I touched it on accident vomiting from how disgusting. So we spent 2 hours there and packed up and booked another hotel. The hotel then mentioned to Expedia we are a no show?!?? Excuse me???? I have pictures and video and a key card left over

All hotels clean the rooms and change the towels daily. This hotel is the only one where the guest must ask in advance to clean the room and change the towels !!!. I recommend informing cleary this to the guests during the checking

Disappointed to say the least. This place was definitely not that clean but it worked for what we needed it for. There was a hair in the shower when we got there and we were not supplied with fresh towels. The walls and shower seemed to be in a bit of disrepair. Bed was ok.. no bed bugs at least. The biggest issue I had was that you have to pay to park and when you scan the QR code it says valet but there is definitely no valet. We paid over $400 just to park for 4 nights. Why?? It is close to a Starbucks which was great because breakfast was mediocre at best.

Our suite was like an apartment. Very spacious and clean complete with a full kitchen and stocked with cups, glasses and plates. The bar was really nice and the breakfast was very very good. Highly recommended by a seasoned traveler.

Breakfast was bellow average. Carpet inside the room smelled really bad. Staff in the other hand were welcoming and friendly.

Clean large updated modern bathroom and room. Only thing missing is a safe in the room. Outlets are walkable and McDonald’s is minutes away.

The room was great and the hotel was close to the parks. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in our bathroom. The shower and sink were ice cold. Other than the temperature of the water, the room was clean, bed felt great, and the morning breakfast was awesome! Hopefully the water was just a temporary fluke. We have stayed here in the past and never had a problem with the water heater.

The review is for one bedroom suite on 6th floor. First of all, both rooms have wall unit a/c. In the bedroom, the a/c stopped working in the middle of the night, something triggered the fuse. In the living room, the sofa stands next to the a/c, therefore it makes it difficult to sleep due to the noise. We had to switch that one off. The suite doesn't have anything to put suitcases on. We didn't see safe either. The USB ports at the desk didn't work and there were none next to sofa. The bathroom doesn't have any a/c, not even a ceiling fan, so no fresh air in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are located on the same wall where shower is. Should be on opposite wall. It took 7-10 minutes for hot water to start running.

The biggest complaint about this property was the shower. The water pressure was so pathetic it took longer to take a shower. Also, for some reason the shower stalls have an opening towards the back, there is no door and water starts escaping out onto the floor. We had to angle the shower head towards the left some just to mitigate some water getting out. Also, you have to pay to park daily. The shower situation is as by far the most irritating. The AC worked well and the room is large and clean.

Great location. The only recommendation is that the room needs better lighting. Love the space and kitchenette even though I didn’t use it.

I have two remote jobs I had to work while my husband was at a work convention. I stayed in the room, which was like a mini studio that felt like home. I was able to have an office space with reliable internet and fresh delicious breakfast in the morning!!! It was perfect for what we needed. And for the fact I spent most of the time in the room, it was comfortable and enough room to make me feel like home and not in a cramped hotel room! Highly recommend!!!

Great location, safe, and clean modern hotel BUT the AC does not have a function to stay on and the bed and pillows are not comfortable

I loved almost everything however the pullout sofa was the most horrible thing for someone to sleep on. We had to purchase a blow up mattress. Staff was excellent!!

The elevator and hallway had a smell to it that never went away. The pool was somewhat small and not exactly private. Apart from that, a wonderful stay. Had no problems with the room and it was comfortable and quiet.

First and foremost, customer service was terrible. Greeting on arrival was not friendly and I felt as if my arrival was an inconvenience. When I checked in at 11pm, I was sent to a dirty room (bed clearly used, trash, etc) and went back to the front desk. I wasn’t offered an apology, just given a bigger room which was not needed as I was only going to be at the property for 12 hours. When I got to the new room, there was no hot water to shower and the aircon wouldn’t shut off to sleep. I had a cold shower from a shower head that was rusty and had no pressure. In the morning, I reported the issues with my shower and asked if I could have a late checkout as I had an international flight home to Australia at 5pm. Again, I was treated terribly, not offered an apology, received an eye roll and an offer of a 1pm checkout. Breakfast was served on paper plates and in a small crowded room so after waiting 10 minutes for anything hot or edible, among other frustrated guests, I took a muffin and left. At 12pm, housekeeping staff walked into the room unannounced and said I had to depart. For such a short stay, it was incredibly disappointing and a horribly way to end a long trip in the US and I am amazed I had to pay $300 for the experience.

I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff. When I called to inquire about my reservation concerning a hurricane, the woman on the phone had a horrible attitude and did not answer my question or help in anyway. The woman at check-in was not friendly & even directed me to pay for parking when it was on my reservation that parking was free. Now I have to call to get that reimbursed. Also, the entire system for parking is ridiculous. You have to download an app? I understand why the hotel isn’t 4 stars. The hotel was nice but the complimentary breakfast was lacking by complimentary breakfast standards. Unfortunately, despite it being one of the more affordable hotels, I will not be returning.

I got to the hotel early at 11am and they didn’t have any king bed room available until 12pm. I was planning on going to universal for the day and they happily made accommodations to take my bags for the day until I got back. When I got back they didn’t have any room available but saved me a suite free of charge since I had shown up earlier. They staff was very nice and happy to make sure i had a room. Would stay here again!

The front desk staff was very helpful. Whenever we called, they were more than accommodating. They shared restaurant recommendations as well as the best shopping in the area. The bartender was very welcoming and The breakfast staff made sure the seating area was clean in there was plenty of food.

I stayed from 11-16 july with my wife and 2 kids. The first night instayed i went out came back no house keeping service. I askes front desk they said after every pther day you get housekeeping services. Okay second night i went out and came back in the noght still no house keeping service. So that means no fresh towel and no new bed sheets. I went to front desk to complain and they said tomorrow i am planned for house keeping service. Okay The third noght again i cam into my room and atill no house keeping service. No trash bags and no toilet paper no new towel no bed sheet. So i called front desk to conplain. They said sorry but i waa schedulee for the 4th day. It's the worst hotel i stayed in. 5 days and on the 4th day i get a house keeping where the next day i am checking out. I stayed in room 208. I will put the room number also so the people of these hotel can see it. The worst worst satu ever. Never they will see me again.

Our stay at this TownePlace Suites was very comfortable. Check in was a little slow. There was a line when I walked in but no front desk personnel to check us in. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. Thank God, the person who checked us in on 7/26/23 6 PM was wonderful and professional. He went over the most import info about the hotel in record time in the most professional way possible. He didn't mind when I asked him to repeat something I missed. From there, the rest of our stay was great. The room was clean and ready for us when we walked in. The bathrooms were spotless and well stocked. You can always pick up additional items you need at the front desk. The market had things that we need in case we're too lazy to drive out to the many convenient local stores in the area. Speaking of stores, this hotel is right in the middle of two outlets: the Orlando Outlet Marketplace, and the huge Orlando International Premium Outlets. Both are within walking distances. Swimming pool looks very clean and inviting, if only we had more time to swim. Breakfast in the morning was a little hectic on Saturday. The food area is on the smallish size, but well stocked. We didn't have any problems waiting for food to come out. Everything was there and fresh when we got there. They have a good selection of breakfast items. Checkout was uneventful. We just dropped off the keys at the drop box at the front desk. Still fresh and new. Only negative is daily parking fees.

Charged me for my service dog that was wearing a service vest and I repeatedly told the receptionist that he was a service dog. When I came in late receptionist was eating at the desk and was more interested in the bowl of food then helping me. Gave off negative vibes with attitude. Booked 4 nights but stayed one. Will not be staying there again. I travel a lot and have stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Do better!

Hotel is located near Universal studios, 6 min drive. Very new hotel, breakfast included. Big rooms. Surrounded by fashion outlets and eateries… best value for money….

It's right beside international outlet shopping, small but selection to keep busy for couple of hours. But no Walgreens or decent Ross had to Uber. 10mins to Universal. Pricey I felt compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Orlando for what was within walking distance

Excellent location

It was clean and the staff were very nice. Easy one night stay to go to Universal that was so close by. The breakfast was just ok, but overall a good stay, we would definitely book again. The construction all around it is the real nightmare and our GPS went crazy trying to find it, but there are many good restaurants right next door and a huge shopping place across the street. Thumbs up on most counts 👍 especially the friendly front desk staff. What a difference it makes when you are welcomed in by smiling faces ! Keep it up !

I stayed at TownePlace Suites Orlando last Monday, and I had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was a nice surprise good variety and everything tasted great. One of the best parts is the location it’s super close to Universal and right near a lot of restaurants and shopping spots. Definitely a solid choice if you’re visiting the area. I’d stay here again without a doubt.

Breakfast is posted from 7-10am. Many breakfast items finish within 2 hours and staff do not refresh the items. When asked, they just say there is no more.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was the fact that the free breakfast was empty an hour before it was supposed to be closed. There were no eggs, no bagels no anything except cereal and milk. We waited around for about 10 minutes and nothing came out so we left and had McDonald’s across the street.

We appreciated the hotel's excellent location, convenient for numerous shops, hotels and eateries, and the well-maintained building though a little added care in certain areas would elevate the experience even further. However, I must highlight a major concern; the breakfast offering during our 8 day stay. Variety was notably limited just two to three dishes daily. On some days only two dishes were available, with scrambled eggs served each morning, yet inconsistently prepared. Additionally, a third chafing-dish warmer was always left in place, creating confusion as guests assumed more food was coming. This led to several residents waiting unnecessarily and interrupting our meal as I found myself explaining that no further items would appear, because it was not nice at all seeing. This issue significantly impacted the breakfast experience. As there are many alternative hotels nearby, I strongly encourage management to urgently review and improve breakfast variety, consistency, and presentation. Ensuring all dishes are clearly available and replenished or removed when finished will greatly enhance guest satisfaction. On a positive note, I would like to commend one staff member, a consistently energetic and cheerful young man who always welcomed guests with a smile and kept the breakfast area exceptionally tidy. His positive presence did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. I think that with these adjustments, the hotel would offer an even more compelling experience.
