The room was very clean and I was able to request cleaning from the app - so convenient. Staff was very helpful. Only complaint, they only have 4 elevators - so it was a bit of a wait anytime we wanted to use them.

The hotel was clean and a 6 minute walk to the Kia Arena which was ideal, and the staff were nice and helpful. However, they charged daily for parking ($25 a day) and the ice machine didn’t work. I don’t think guests should have to pay for parking and if there is a fee it shouldn’t be so much per day. These are the reasons why I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5.

They were not prepared for a fully booked hotel. No rooms were ready because they let the previous night guests have a late checkout of 4pm when check in was supposed to be at 3pm. There were lines for all the elevators as well as being backed up for valet parking.

Did not like the parking system, and it was not expected since we had to use a credit card to self-park. The lobby, strangely enough, is on the 18th floor… also not expected or explained. Outside of that, excellent location if you’re going to the Kia Center. Walkable and safe.

We had no issues with the stay itself. The host who checked me in was prompt and professional. She recommended local places to eat and visit. The room was clean and tidy. We had a delay in retrieving the car, however, it was after the game. I would recommend that the valet send a more accurate wate time or text when the car was ready as we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes.

freat location and so close to Kia Center (walk) and places to eat. Great coffee shop on site. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Only negative is there is no pool.This is Orlando and no pool :(, unexpected for a Florida hotel. Other than that i had a great expierience.

Upon check-in the parking was full and there were no alternative parking options, but worse the elevators were inoperable. Rooms start on floor 20. This was very frustrating. Fortunately, the staff was calm and polite during this chaos, but their hands were tied without many options for recourse — it was a sh*t show. Once we arrived in our hotel room, we found it to be worn and not very clean. The floors were extremely dirty. It’s a very very loud hotel overlooking the freeway. It’s a perfect location for walking to the ikea center (less than 5 minutes) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s also in a great location—within walking distance to the Kia Center and plenty of food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! Hotel was clean, staff was welcoming. It was almost too quiet! Thankfully they had a sound machine I was able to turn on to help me sleep. Only negative would be, I with the lighting in the rest room was better. It was very hard to do our makeup with the darker lights.

The location was very convenient to where I was working, but it was next to a noisy highway, railway, and construction areas. The most annoying thing about the hotel was the lack of hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water but not the shower. Even after letting it run, it never got hot.

We liked the room very much. The corner room was spacious but beware you will hear the street noise more easily as well. Bathroom was fabulous and overall nice and comfortable. We like the room cold however and the air never went down despite us setting the thermostat. Could be user error as well.

Great location for church street restaurants and Kia center. You can hear interstate all night from rooms. They provide ear plugs and sound machine to help. Nice and clean and otherwise great.

Nice hotel, convenient to stay to go to Kia center and Camping world events. Staff was terrible though, the valets and front desk staff were more interested in their own conversations vs assisting guests. If you are staying here, lower your expectations for customer service.

Stayed for the Ateez concert because it’s only a 5 minute walk to the Kia Center and had a wonderful stay! Staff is friendly and helpful, cafe in the lobby is great, and the valet is convenient. Staff even gave us free waters as we returned from the concert in the late evening, highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay. I was asked to leave 100$ for any room service or dinners i might have during my stay additional to my room amount,i saud okay and gave the 100$ being promised if not used it would be returned at the end of my stay. Well i have waited 2 weeks now and i have yet to see that return,i would really like to know where it is because i did not order room services, nor eat dinner there,nor asked for any extra amenities.

The hotel overall was very nice and clean but there was an incident. My boyfriend went to the gym and I stayed alone in the room to get ready, after taking a shower, I was in the bathroom getting ready in a towel when a man walks in completely, the door shut after him. The door to the bathroom is a sort of glass with a film over it so I thought it was my boyfriend but it was not. I think the guy realized he messed up because I said hello and he walked out. At this point I was quite freaked out, i could have been changing out in the common area and if he was knocking prior, I did not notice because I was in the shower previously. I understand that this was an accident but still as a woman alone it was quite scary and we even had the privacy please sign on the door. All the front said was that it was an accident and that the male housekeeper was new. But then the next day, the day of checkout, again a housekeeper knocked very lightly while we were in bed sleeping, did not even give anyone the time to answer and opened the door again. Again, the privacy please sign was still on the door. Did not really feel safe after the initial incident.

It was so convenient getting to the arena for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. Very short walk and perfectly safe, which was very important since it was just me and my teenage daughter. Our room was very clean and the shower was wonderful. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable and no room service, which are both very important to me.

I love that this hotel is centrally located in downtown Orlando near the KIA center and the Dr Phillips Center. My favorite touch was the rooftop bar and outdoor lounge! The only con is that it close too early. I recommend it stay open until at least 2 am.

Storage space in room very compact. The Sky Bar was very nice for drinks and food options. It can get very busy and you can eat at the bar, which is ok, would recommend booking for seats even if staying.
