My guys had to put a deposit down when the hotel already had my card on file for incidental. Charged them $200 and only gave them back $160 but would tell them why.

I wish I would have had a number for Hotels.com so I could be moved to a different hotel. The room was discussing/dirty/ 3 dead roaches. 1 towel, ice machine broken on all floors, people smoking marihuana and drinking in the parking lot, refrigerator broken, the a/c was off when I arrived and it was over 85 degrees in the room. It took hours for the room temperature to cool as it only worked on low. I don’t give bad reviews. But no one should ever experience this. I feel my $ should be refunded.

I travel frequently for business and have stayed in many hotels over the years, including some that weren't ideal, but I never leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, this experience was different. I reserved three rooms for our staff during a business trip. Every room we were shown had a strong moldy odor that made the accommodations unacceptable for our team. While the property appears to have received cosmetic updates, such as new flooring, those improvements did not address the underlying odor or overall condition. Because of the smell, we were unable to stay at the hotel and had to make other arrangements. Despite explaining the situation, our request for a refund was denied. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property and would encourage other travelers to consider alternative accommodations.
