We got three rooms for family members. Two of the doors would stick and have to be slammed very hard to get them to close. The room was not very clean, the mattress was sagging, the bed made a noise every time I got up. There were no tissues in the room. They did not clean while we were there and didn’t tell us when we checked in that this would be the case. Only one ice machine was working on the property and none of the vending machines worked. When we asked the attendant if there were any working machines on site, he simply answered “no.” My husband went down one morning to ask for more coffee for the room, no attendant was available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was surprised to see the Wyndham name associated with the poor condition of this hotel.

Check in was super fast and easy, and the room was beautiful. It was aggravating that the elevator was broken though and my room was on the third floor. Other than that though the stay was good, and quiet.

Our room was not the jacuzzi tub room I had booked, the fridge wasn’t plugged in and had mold growing on the inside, Our smoke detector kept malfunctioning throughout the night, our floor had a broken ice machine and the floor below you had to play for the ice and the drink macho was broke as well. I’m upset I spent $108 for the condition everything was in. I regret spending the money and time at this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very nice though.

They advertise there's a laundry mat but can't use it. Pool looks beautiful but the whole time the gate was locked and the house keeping the 3 days never came in and picked up the towels and change sheets even after i wrote a message. I'm not satisfied at all. Very disappointed and will probably not come back, especially more than 1 night.

Looked like no one has ever closed the bathroom door & cleaned behind it. No vending machines, when I got ice there was something black in the cubes. The pool was disgusting. At 8pm I went to ask a few questions & front door was locked already & no one to be found, although there was a notice saying front desk was open until 10pm.

They lied about early check in and charged me extra to check in an hour early knowing I was there for a funeral and had to get cleaned up and dressed . The place was dirty. The pool was closed . The outside was filled with drunks

This place is a dump......The room was ok with a newer bed for myself...... my employee had roaches in his room and had to move rooms. The back parking lot was seriously sketchy and we had to park in the front due to safety for our vehicle

Room was filthy, it looked like a place where there was a lot of illegal stuff happening. The bed had hair on it, we complained and they tried to accuse us of planting it. The hair was a long black straight hair, I have short red curly hair. They refused to give us our money back we were there not even an hr. We rented another room at the Ramada ran late to our engagement because of it. Came back the next morning to speak to management and to no surprise they were just as unprofessional as the man from the night before. Needless to say I had to cal law enforcement, they unfortunately could not get us our money back because it is a civil matter, but they express how the place was a dump and that they are not surprise we went through that, and that they re called there often.

Where do I begin, upon entry on my third floor room, the elevator was broken then a roach was by the bed. The sheets had stains and everything looked old and smelled moldy. The chair in the room was covered in gray dust. DO NOT go here, the price isn’t worth it. Let me stick to Marriott or Hilton smh

Room was not clean. There was grime over the entire bathroom - like someone used a sponge and water...no soap or scouring pad which it DESPERATELY needs. The floor was covered with crumbs in the corner. The one chair had pieces of potato chips. There was a 1/2" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Spotty wi-fi. Old run down = lipstick on a pig.

Roaches, mold, dirty sheets dirty floors and less than helpful staff. Came to the hotel late at night after arriving late at the airport. My family and I were greated by a very standoffish employee who interacted with us through a window that was taped up(red flags 1&2). our rooms were disgusting. Stained dirty sheets, mold in the shower, roaches in the room, and a stained floor is what greated us. We complained to the front desk to get some new sheets and pillow cases. After giving us a set of sheets for both beds, he said he was going to look for sheets. I waited 20 minutes and never saw him again. We emailed the manager (who was not on site mind you. When we requested a manager we were told they wouldn't be available until after 12pm. We called at 3 and still weren't there) trying to get a refund for the following night we booked with them. They pretty much told us to pound sand. Do not stay here. $20 a night more then their rate got us a beautiful room at La Quinta.

The room was dusty and dirty. Floors made our feet black. No remote or phone. Talked to front desk. His solution was to give me remote and phone..expecting me to put the phone in. No trash can anywhere in the room. Trash in corners. Black water came out of the tub faucet when I turned it on. When I went to check the blow dryer it was sticky and a layer of dust on top of it. I talked to front desk next morning. They mopped while we were gone, but still no trash can. Not worth the $140 a night I paid.

The bed was comfortable so that’s a plus. Super small bathroom, old tv style (can’t log into Netflix),the “comforter” was a sheet. So there was a top sheet and a “comforter sheet”. Not my favorite.

The room door (Rm 422) needed a strong shoulder punch to open. The AC rattled. The counter-attendant was largely disinterested. He looked and acted like he had just gotten up all 3 times I came to the lobby.

The third room choice was clean and comfortable. I think the bathroom floor perimeters needed a good cleaning using a stronger detergent. And it may be time to replace or resurface the tub. The sulfa water odor is noticeable, but the shower worked well. We slept well though the AC unit had a particular whine. There was no other noticeable noise in our room, although we were very near the highway. The room we chose and the beds were nearly equal to some higher end properties that are more than double the cost. The staff was nice and especially accommodating.

The motel is very old and the rooms need to be cleaned a bit better and the bathroom is just said. The smallest space, with the toilet located like three inches from the shower. You had to get into the tub to close the bathroom door if you were in the bathroom. The AC sounded like an airplane taking off. The main door into the room was very difficult to open and close. Also, the internet was under construction and was not available.

I got a king bed that was extremely comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The room was spacious and very clean. Heavy drapes kept the room dark and fairly quiet. A large Samsung TV with plenty of channels was a plus. So all good for the most part: WiFi was not working for my 3 day stay and the tub was extremely slippery. I would definitely stay there again.

Ive stayed in allot of poor hotels, but this one takes th cake.. Dirty, poorly maintained, th people next to us had to slam their door numerous times to get it shut--our door had something dragging on th bottom. My wifecwas afraid to sleep on the bed and pointed out several dirty places and dried food on th floor on a few places. Smelled bad, TV didn't work, low signal on WiFi, etc.. I'll write a book if I continue, but I think you get it.

Sue the housekeeper was very pleasant and willing to assist. The rest of the staff had attitudes. The young man that worked at the desk was very rude. He should not be working in customer service. We will not be staying here again. This is more of a motel than a hotel.

Check in was a NIGHTMARE I did my pre check in at 10 AM and I still had to wait in line at 4 pm for our keys. I was not expecting to have to wait in such a long line out the doors of the lobby. Very disappointed in that. But the manager started a new line for all of the people that had already pre checked in. Imo checking in needs to be better organized.

From the beginning the staff was very rude and mean. Not friendly at all. I requested a lower level room and the staff denied me the lower level room. It was 11:45PM and it was Wednesday night not a busy day at all. He assigned me a room on the 3rd floor.? My husband and I clearly saw a few empty rooms on the first floor.!

This place is dirty inside and outside. They don’t provide customers enough supplies; such as blankets. My room floor was dirty. And the attendant who worked Wednesday morning was very arrogant and rude to me when I tried to explain him that Tuesday coffee was bad.

I was very disappointed as they didn't clean the room or give clean towels daily. On our 3rd night I went to the office and got 2 clean towels. The front desk guy said they only clean the rooms and give clean towels every 3 days. We had a king size bed, only 2 towels, and about 5 tissues in the box. I will be back in the area for my grandsons HS graduation in May, but we will not stay there.

This place is an absolute dump. I booked my room for 5 days through the hotels app. The inn keeper tried to tell me that i only booked 4 days and tried to charge me the last night cash. He even deactivated my room key with my stuff still in the room. After arguing with him and a hotels.com rep calling him he reactivated my key so i could sleep on my last night. The fridge was making a really bad noise ans i had to unplug it to sleep. The room is really worn down and there were people just hanging out outside by their cars in the parki g lot.

The clerk who checked me in was very friendly and efficient. Then, after I had been in my room about 20 or 25 minutes, he called to make sure everything was ok! I've travelled fairly extensively the last couple of years, and stayed at some pretty nice places, but that's the first time in a long time anyone has done that. My room was very comfortable.

I had a work trip and this hotel was close to my the work property. For the short time it did a good at providing me with a safe and nice place to crash after the shoot. Great service and support form the local employees.

It was horrible. We checked in n found out there is no wifi, only in the lobby-there is no complimentary breaksfast- the room eas not clean-the pool was dirty and dark tunnels to get to your room, not to mention the area is not safe at all. My husband walked next door and the workers told him he shouldnt be in this area at night. They own the pawn shop with guns n even close at 6pm

Just an overnight stay. It was in a good location for what we needed. It was easy to check in and out. The bed was okay but the pillows, they were horrible. We felt safe and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean. Rooms had a refrigerator in the room.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Days Inn in Fern Park, Fla. It was a great experience starting with the check in, and meeting the manager Senji. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area with stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. All within walking distance. The hotel's ice machine was out, so he gave us a bucket of ice while the machine was quickly repaired. Our room was great, a big bed, clean bathroom, well lit, and no bugs. There was a table and comfortable chairs which we placed in front of the big open sliding window. From there we really loved the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor into a wooded forest. As the strong winds sent the treetops swaying, we enjoyed our happy hour and a to go dinner. Just a note. The non-slip disk in the bathtub have lost their grip over the years. But there are handicap safety grab bars installed in the tub, just in case. I still give the hotel 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. And when we are in the area, we will enjoy a stay there again. Thanks.

I checked in, took one look at the room and immediately left. The door to the room was rotten and stuck. I had to nudge the door to get in. The lift stank and there was homeless people. I have never felt so unsafe when I tried for a refund I got nothing back, photo were nothing like the real thing

Easy check in, airy rooms and elevator. The sink was not clean upon arrival; role of toilet paper was 3/4 empty and breakfast only served cereal, bagels and hot coffee. Other hotels serve fruit, yogurt, waffles, scrambled eggs and orange juice.

Breakfast was terrible. All they had was Raisin Bran, honey buns, Activia yogurt, stale bagels, and oatmeal packets that you have to make yourself. No hot food. Don’t even think about taking any food with you to your room or else they charge you $10. The pool closes way too early at 7pm. You can’t even bring food or water with you at the pool. They were doing loud construction for a majority of my stay and disturbing my sleep. The bathroom drain was clogged. And the bed didn’t have a real blanket, just a thin white sheet. The housekeeper was banging on my door like she was the FBI. She could’ve just knocked on my door like a normal person.
