Stayed 2 nights

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. It doesn't actually have a stove, but has everything like bowls, cups, silverware, etc! Heather, the property manager, went way above and beyond for us! I would recommend calling her directly to set up any reservations you may need. She was amazing, and after staying at the same hotel for 5 years now, the upgrades, new management, and staff were 100% on top of everything. We will be returning again and again! Thanks Heather

Stayed 2 nights

This trip started out rough. We got a call earlier in the day asking if we actually needed 2 beds. We did and it was confirmed. When we arrived, the front desk lady was VERY rude. She said there were no rooms with 2 beds. I explained we confirmed earlier and she said it was too bad and “1st come first served.” After arguing about this, and telling her to call her manager, she threatened to refuse service and kick us out. It’s late. In Jackson. On a tournament weekend. I said no. She the “comped” us another room so the kids could have a bed BY THEMSELVES in another building. It was late so we made it work. After we got to the rooms, one of them had 2 beds! What an unnecessary nightmare. The manager called me the next day and was initially cross and demanded why we got a comped room. Instead of arguing on the phone, I walked in and talked to her. After explaining what happened we worked out a plan so that we only remain in the one room with two beds (which was what we reserved anyway). The manager, was kind when she understood what happened, but she was definitely frazzled. It’s a big place and I can tell they’re trying to remodel it. It seems like there might be people who actually live there. It wasn’t a bad little place once we got through the road staff who are apparently not working there much longer. But what a nightmare after a long day of traveling, I did have to do laundry while they 2/3 dryers didn’t work at all, and 1/3 washing machines left clothes soaked.
