Property is under major construction and they are still working at 10pm!!! Cutting cement cinder blocks and power tools. Very noisy not disclosed at booking - walls are paper thin, no coffee in morning. Was not what was advertised!! Feel I should be compensated for this very poor facility. Tried to contact but could never connect with anyone

The place is undergoing a major renovation. Like others have said there is construction debris and noise outside. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and nicely done. The bathroom is not big but there is a very nice kitchenette. If you can look past the dust and noise you’ll have a great stay. Once the construction is done this place will be very nice.

Pool was open but unfortunately super dirty. Kids wet bummed they couldn't get in. Overall felt like a safe area. Target is right next door. Within 8 mins by car you're downtown. Reasonably priced during busy season. Would probably stay again

Staff: Great lobby staff! Replenished coffee and tea service. Gave us additional towels and bedding when asked. Proximity: McDonald's, Albertson's and Target are conveniently close. Amenities: Tea, infused water, and coffee with non dairy creamer service was available. Laundry area was bug infested and two of the four washers and two of the four dryers didn't work.(Coin and credit card operated) In house kitchen was clean with soap, cutting board, knives, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils readily available. Freezer over fridge refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster were a nice touch.

Good property. We got a double bunk room that was clean, updated, and included a nice little kitchenette. Pool was still closed in mid-June, so we didn't have a chance to use it. They also offer coin-op laundry onsite.

The hotel was nice. Not walkable to town square but a short drive. We used the pool which was well kept and towels there to use and plenty of chairs and loungers. Also had grills next to the pool for use. Room was clean and had a kitchen. Would stay again.

The washing machine is out of work.

Unique room with full size bunk beds, efficiency kitchen. Everything was in excellent condition, we had a courtyard facing room. Nice clean outdoor pool. Highly recommended!

It took me over an hour to get into a room that wasn't disgusting. The first room I was given completely reeked of cigarette smoke, I went back to the front desk and was given another room. The front desk was very understanding and informed me that the whole hotel was non-smoking, but that their cleaning staff should have caught that and fixed the issue. The second room I was given looked fine at first, until I got ready for bed. When I pulled back the sheets I quickly realized that the sheets were completely soiled and had never been cleaned from the guests before. There were multiple stains all over the sheets with clumps of hair sticking to the stains. Once again the front desk staff was helpful in getting me into another room, although they didn't have any more King rooms and had to downgrade me into a double bed room.

My bed was covered in feces upon arriving and my shower was filthy. The staff said they would clean the shower and never did. For the price point - stay anywhere else.

Location is great and close drive to downtown. Having a kitchenette was nice. Shower was really small, similar to a cruise. We also found hair on one of the beds so we were not comfortable using both beds.

Room was to have a kitchenette and said it came with pots and pans, plates etc. it did have plates/forks/cutting board even, but no cooking surface. We ended up going out to buy a hot plate, but we chose this room specifically to safe on eating out. Loved the bunk bed set up, loved the large fridge, just disappointed in the lack of stovetop. Also not the cleanest as far as hair still on towel, one towel the first day appeared to be dirty, dirt still on floor of bathroom like a mom had picked up dust bunnies and it dried there. Overall would stay there again, but there was room to do better and have a more accurate room description.

The hotel was very clean. The cleaning crew tidied up the room every day. For those that are light sleepers: the walls are a little bit thin. My husband is a very light sleeper and he would wake up to people coming and going. Our fridge was a bit loud. We ended up unplugging it while we slept and that helped my husband a ton. For basic accommodations it was great. It was down the road from a Target, McDonald’s and local restaurants. There is no “do not disturb” sign, so expect your room to be cleaned every day while you are out hiking unless you speak to the front desk.

The property is newly renovated so it looks clean on first glance, but my bedding was dirty, and so was the shower. Good thing I brought my own bedding and pillow! I had to go buy a mattress pad from Target because the bed was horribly uncomfortable! I told the front desk I DID NOT want a turn down service after finding my bedding that I brought from home folded up on the chair and more dirty bedding put back on the bed. They ignored that request and cane into my room AGAIN and threw MY bedding on the floor!!! I have NEVER had a hotel throw personal bedding on the floor after a turn down service. I was FURIOUS!! The "kitchen" (the whole reason I booked this hotel) is not a kitchen, but is simply a microwave, toaster, fridge, and sink. Which is basically what every other hotel already has. This hotel is far from any restaurants and does not serve breakfast, so not having an actual kitchen, or at least a hot plate, really annoyed me. There was a large group of men that sat at the designated smoking area, right outside of my room. They sat there all night, smoking, drinking, and BLARING music all night. I did not appreciate that! Luckily, I was able to get out of my reservation 4 days early, and booked a much nicer hotel closer to the town square. Overall, I give this hotel 2 stars. I would give it 1, but the staff were helpful in getting me out of my reservation early. Don't book this hotel. It is not worth it!

Rooms are very small. Shower is ridiculously small. Feels like a time capsule

We had a double queen bunk bed room. Nice room but a little smaller than we expected. My only complaint is that the floors are thin so being on the first floor, we heard a lot of noise from the room above us with people walking around, etc… Also would’ve been nice to know the pool was not open. Pricey but I think that’s the general vibe of the town. The WiFi was also not great from our location.

For almost $650 per night, I would expect some kind of functioning Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very poor. The kitchen it had enough plates, the microwave worked well, the fridge kept things cold. The selection of tea was very limited.

This hotel was in keeping with Jackson Hole -- OUTRAGESSLY expensive. I've never paid this much for a hotel room, and I don't think I've ever experienced a hotel room this small. It has a partial kitchen, but there's no place to sit if you want to eat something. I've also never used a shower that small. It seemed newer, and was clean, but....

Great price. Great staff - your overnight guy was lovely. Good location. Newly renovated. Loved all the hooks. Room was a bit small but bathroom was big. Queen beds would go a long way - the doubles felt like twins!

Unclean room room right after we had to wait 10+ minutes for the cleaning lady to be done. Tiny room, with mold in places and cracks in most of the fixtures. As well as a spider. When I went to the manager to complain about my concerns she was nothing but utterly rude and disrespectful. Zero customer service. Could not believe the lack of professionalism for how much you are paying

We were tired when we arrived and were greeted by ChryssyJ and Brendalee. They were super nice! They got our stay off to a great start! Our room had been recently and completely renovated. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly, professional, and helpful. Top notch! The room was pristinely clean and quite comfortable. The convenience items (fridge, microwave, dishes, sink, shower, shampoo, conditioner, soap, linens) were very nice and appeared brand new.

Abby at check in was trying…but check in took over 45 minutes as our reservation showed on Expedia, but not on their system. Long wait for tired travelers! Reservation wouldn’t download to the motel’s system. Abby made 2 contacts to see what caused the problem. But a long wait.

Arrived at midnight due to the delay of the flight. Staff at the front desk is very helpful.

We loved our room that we had here. It was almost like a small studio apartment with a small kitchen including items to serve food! It was a very busy weekend in Jackson, however it was quiet where we were. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a prepaid room via Hotels.com. When i checked in at 8pm, the clerk said no rooms were available. However, after calling her manager, she offered me a bunk bed room used for children. It sucked. I thought the reason for a prepaid room was a guaranteed room. Idiotic management

We loved the flavored water and free coffee. Both delish! They have a great quiet spot for working too. Fire pit and heated pool are a nice bonus. The location is perfect too. You can walk to target and a few restaurants. Driving to the town center is less than 5mins or a cheap uber ride. We will be back for sure .

Decent, buget accomodations. While the rooms were a bit small, it was comfortable for the several nights. Note this is also a residential hotel with contractors and seasonal workers stsying as well. Quick walk to get groceries next door.

Close to restaurants, shopping and town. Convenient location to visiting Grand Teton National Park. Beautiful area.

Decent budhet hotel...a half hour pleasant walk thru the suburbs to Jackson Town Square

Rooms were small but updated and cute. I liked that they had nice gas grills you can use by the pool although we never used them. They only had one ice machine that was always empty. The bathroom towels were very small and cheap. The shower was a quarter of a circle and not much room. You had to check out the hair dryer from the office. Location was convenient.

The price doubled on the second night to $400 a night. The towels were paper thin. Housekeeping left a dirty cleaning rag in the room after the first night and there was no hair dryer. There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. In no way was it comparable to a $200 or $400 night hotel!

Expensive. Should at least include complementary breakfast. Ground level rooms have no privacy and too noisy due to proximity of the parking lot.

Nice place, stayed 1 night. Check in was easy, attendant was very nice, she also recommend a great Asian restaurant “Noodles.” Room was small but my kids enjoyed the cuteness! Room had double bed bunk bed, sofa, tv, tiny kitchen with sink, fridge/freezer and restroom with standing room only shower. Right off the road, a mile away from downtown and within walking distance to Target, Subway & Mexican restaurant. We didn’t get a chance to test the pool. No breakfast, we ate at a local bagel place.

Property is located near to Jackson Hole town square. They don’t offer breakfast but there are restaurants nearby. It was clean, staff were friendly and supportive. Housekeeping was not great but it was okay.

It’s Jackson - extremely overpriced for the quality of hotel. Rooms are old and tiny, not the comfiest beds. Staff was friendly. No breakfast.
