Overall hotel is OK, but not 5 star hotel as they present it. Food very good. Staff doesn’t speak English (only front desk). Hotel is quite popular - a lot of guests, so expect lots of people everywhere. Unfortunately, facilities and equipment are quite limited for this amount of tourists - expect long waits for coffee and water (they have one water machine for the whole restaurant).
