Brady at the front desk was awesome! All the other staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Service at Johnny's Steakhouse was awesome and the food was good. Pool was cold and some of the furniture in our room (419) seemed kind of old and I think needs to be replaced. Location was very convenient, clean and safe. We will stay there again

Nice property overall, but there were 3 things we found disappointing for a Hilton: 1) no staff available at check in (7pm), had to wait 10 minutes for someone to appear at the desk 2) there was no free coffee in the lobby 3) they allow dogs to stay there (and it was not a medical need animal) For someone with allergies this is a concern.

I chose this hotel for it high rating and did not disappoint. The pool was warm and clean. There’s a all you can eat breakfast on site ($14 pp) and was very good.The the lady attending/ serving it was friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was that we were traveling in a family group and visiting other family for the holiday weekend, so we needed space to gather and we felt like we weren’t allowed to do so in the hotel’s large lobby. We were told we couldn’t have any of our own alcoholic beverages in this area, we couldn’t play any games in this area and there are strict quiet times that seem too early for weekends. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with those types of restrictions for their common spaces.

We checked in for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Parking and check-in was great. Our bedroom was clean and nice we stayed on the second floor. Dinner at Johnny’s in the hotel was wonderful and definitely hit the bar for happy hour, the peach martini was fabulous. We had the specials prime rib & the sea bass both good. The hotel was quiet and comfortable however, our bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were not any better and we both slept terribly. The hotel compensated with a complimentary breakfast buffet which was very nice. The service at this hotel was excellent from the managers to the servers.

There was dried blood on the sheets and mattress pad, not just a little blood either. Our dog found a dirty sock and bottle caps within reach under the beds. The staff was helpful and quickly came with clean linens, but if your changing the beds for new customers, this is something that could NOT have been missed!

Beautiful hotel. We stayed in Junior Suite and it was very spacious. We were comfortable and happy. The bed was a bit firmer than we would like, but that is a personal preference. The sheets were soft and the room was well appointed.

I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and was told I am not allowed to get my benefits because I booked through Expedia. Do not book here. They put me in a terrible first floor room and then chased me down to pay them $14 for what everyone else provides as a free breakfast. Nickle and dime managers and owner. Cheap to the core. Stay away from this place.

One of my favorite hotels to stay at when traveling for work. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Everyone is friendly is the location is perfect. Very close to restaurants shopping and coffee shops!

Rented the junior suite for a night, it was very spacious with a separate seating area and TV, there was another TV in the bedroom as well. The doors between the spaces closed for privacy. It feels like a brand new hotel, everything is very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The steakhouse on the first floor is a fantastic choice for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!!
