At check-in, first rep did not find my reservation and was asking if the booking was in any other name. I produced hard copy of Expedia confirmation and another rep completed check-in process. The first rep did not come back to acknowledge that my reservation was there! Next, I asked if there was a business desk and computer for me to use. Front desk pointed me to a room which had a desktop, monitor and printer. It was switched off and there were no instructions how to turn on, and there was no help available. I did not dine at the property so no comment about that. (Tip: I walked to Inox next block and ate at the Eat place. Good food, clean facility and inexpensive. Service a bit slow but good) Used the fitness center - one elliptical and two treadmills, there were 3-5 people wanting to use the machines! Checkout was very smooth. 👍 Overall enjoyed my stay.

It’s a great place to stay as a 4 star hotel. However it is quite short staffed for the traffic!! Staff are very friendly and scrambling to accommodate customer requests… Breakfast restaurant area is too small, food was excellent! All in all, it was a great place to stay, clean, great view. Hiring more staff and increasing breakfast area will make it better. Plus lift/elevator to be available to breakfast area too

Cleanliness and shower hot/cold predictability are a big problem. The house keeping team is always in the walkways at all times of day blocking access and leaving cables plugged in which cause trip hazard. The restaurant staff are very helpful with great service.

The staff needs training on handling passports and other sensitive information. The staff in the restaurant need training on customer service - we were seated at a table for buffet breakfast. We left our purse and other belongings at the table and went to the buffet line. By the time we came back an "important man" decided to take our table and we were moved out from there!!! The shower was toggling between scalding hot and super cold every 2 seconds. Taking a shower was scary due to that. There were insects and possibly bed bugs from what the dermatologist told me based on my rashes I developed after a couple of nights at this hotel. Location to the beach is great!

There was musty smell all around the hotel. It was so bad in our room that we had to take inhalers multiple tokens the first night. It was terrible. I think the rooms didn’t have AC running before we were in the room. The first night was terrible. When we complied they booked us to another room which was better but the same Amer chased us in the hallways. And also they charged an extra 4000 a day for the non-smelly room that they put us in. The people were pretty good overall. The best part is the food. The kitchen was awesome. The breakfast was the best part. Rest was below average. Will not stay there again though. :(

Room has seen better days. Toilet seat cover came off, sliding door for the shower needs some WD40 else it would be an exercise to get in/out, and the AC wasn't cold at all (it's cooler in the lobby/restaurant). Saving grace would be the staff's hospitality.

The hotel takes pride in their service- from check in to room service and dining. All requests are met ASAP. We even saw some guests being unreasonable but their needs were catered without any complaint. We highly recommend the Kai Reataurant. The chef is a very talented person who can make all kinds of Asian food and present them very creatively. We are there twice. Breakfast options were also great.

Staff were polite, courteous, always attentive to our needs and anticipate. The hotel is close to the beach althoutwe have to walk up the steep hill returning. View from our room is not bad. Breakfast included many varieties. Dakshin restaurant is excellent, we had lunch one day!
