Die Appartements sind schön eingerichtet. Das Zentrum von Airlie Beach ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Trockners. Der Pool und Whirlpool sind abends nett beleuchtet.

Tv is very out dated and not capable of internet connection, this meant no net flix ect. Out door spa tub was not working and the self contained apartment did not have an oven. Loved the outdoor pool and was priced fairly.

The property is in a good location close to the marina Shute harbour. The pool was great and the staff were very helpful. The car parks are limited and if you’re lucky to get under cover it’s ok, however there seems to be an issue with bat droppings through the night from the palms above the cars. Rooms are nice and the spa is good, however the Sofa bed wasn’t good for sleeping on. The caretaker was awesome though and helped find an alternative trundle bed which was much better.

Great speedy washer, quick dryer, large frig, microwave, tv ( tho’ not large for the size of the room), plenty of storage. Easy access to the lift. Bedroom was not fully enclosed, with part of the bi fold door missing. Wifi was very unreliable.

Only found out on arrival they were serviced appartments and there was no service for the 3 days we were there. Close walking distance to the middle of Airlie Beach but the driveway is a killer for walking home. The pool, spa and BBQ areas are well maintained and clean.

Bathroom shower leaks out from under door due to the shower head angle, mould in shower tiles and seals all-round. Ceiling fan noisy, provide cutting boards but no knife to cut with, only had 3 forks in room, fridge freezer all.iced up about 2inch thick icy. No welcome book providing small instructions on tv use or general information or tourist things to do in the area. Reception staff member needed a new shirt, grey in colour not white also so small gapping at every button exposing her underwear and skin, Would not recommend have stayed in airlie beach mutiple times from houses to units , wouldnt rate it more than a 2 star, paths and hallways not sweep of dead leaves clearly been there longer than a week ans still there after our 3 day stay. Wont be back😮‍💨😮‍💨 disappointed

The room was very dusty, there was mold on the doors in the bathroom. Electrical appliances had broken switches. The mattress was terrible. I have never slept on worse. The spa was dirty and required a rinse before we used it. The price requested for this unit was on the higher side in the area and we were left disappointed, the room we had was definitely in need of a revamp. Communication with the management was excellent.

The young fellows above us were very rude load and very disrespectful they had there music playing till 10 then they went out and came back at 4 in the morning and played there loud music again till 9 in the morning .the air-conditioner leaked all over our kitchen floor we used our towels to wipe it up .no compensation was offered for our troubles not happy

I liked the proximity to the boat and bus terminal. However even though the Boathaven was across the street we couldn’t cross there and had to walk a km to reach the hotel and the last 300 m we on a steep incline. The staff were great and very accommodating. Thanks for the papaya Brenda!

First time trip with my partner and it was a terrible experience. Policy says no parties and no loud noise however we had a bunch of drunken teenagers next door and couldn’t sleep all night then we were moved to another room and a couple had an altercation and were smashing objects. We weren’t even compensated for the inconvenience. Never staying here AGAIN! Also the set up of a door between rooms is extremely unsafe!!!! Disaster place to stay !

Personnel conciliant, nous avons pu laisser notre voiture après le checkout en attendant d’aller à l’aeroport en fin de journée. Nous n’avions aucune vue dégagée au rez de chaussée. La chambre était petite mais petit bacon sur la vegetation. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter à pied Brisbane.

It was a beautiful harbour view,nice clean pool and room. Close to shopping area, restaurant /cafes near by . 10 minutes walk to the port . Saff was very nice and helpful .

We had a spa balcony one bedroom unit. It overlooked the property and the port. The room was spacious and it had a full sized fridge, microwave AND a dishwasher which was a pleasant surprise. Even though there is only a fan in the bedroom, the living room air-con was sufficient to cool the entire unit. The rear car park was close to the lift. We enjoyed the communal hot tub which really was relaxing. We are not exactly spring chickens but we were able to walk to town, maybe 10-12 mins casual walk. It was sprinkling rain and on the return we hopped on the bus, which stops across the road. The driveway from the road is steep but did not cause us any problems, the upper levels are accessible by a paved walkway at the side of the building. There is some traffic noise when sitting on the balcony, there was a cruise ship in and the port was very busy, once inside with the doors shut it was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook.
